We are truly sorry to hear that your recent stay did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with excessive noise during the night. Please rest assured that we take noise complaints very seriously and are reviewing our procedures to ensure that disturbances are addressed promptly and effectively. As you mentioned during check-out, you were disturbed at 3:00 am by loud conversations in the corridor. Upon reviewing our CCTV footage, we were unable to identify any activity in the corridor at that time. However, we completely understand how disruptive even the perception of noise can be, and we apologize for any discomfort this caused you. Regarding the concerns about the carpet and toilet, we regret that these issues were not brought to our attention during your stay or at check-out. Had we been made aware, we would have done our best to resolve them promptly. Your feedback has now been shared with our maintenance team to ensure these matters are addressed. We truly appreciate your honest review, as it helps us improve our services.
