limited parking and high room temperature

10 parking space only available for over 200 rooms in hotel which was priced really high for stay at £12 per night for parking. room temperature was too high to sleep comfortably in also. Hotel was also lacking equipments such as computers to sign guest in and out or phones in room in case of emergency. Not had enough tissue roll in toilets also. So overall experience was not comfortable at all.

I booked last minute because my train was cancelled. Me and my friend stayed while we went to the near by Sabaton concert. We where over charged by a member off staff for Pizza, however he quickly gave the money back for his mistake. We enjoyed a few pints, and had an overall good stay

We're in the process of replacing our door locks, and should have them installed by the end of the year. Unfortunately our hotel isn't equipped with air-conditioning. The units above the door in our room, are actually our heating system, though they don't cool. Receptionist very polite, explained everything that we needed to know for our stay. On day of leaving due to adverse weather, we asked about a taxi, and she rang one for us, which helped us immensely. Room was excellent, breakfast was also good. The only thing that I can fault was the bar on the evening when we arrived back. As there were quite a few people staying due to a concert at the arena, there was only one person serving which led to a queue, so I think on evenings such as this there should be more staff.

We were very dissapointed to find that the shower in our wet room was dangerous and not fit for use. Although an engineer was despatched promptly when we reported this he was unable to completely remedy this. We were offered another room but our committments meant that this would have been challenging. I remain convinced however that the housekeeping team must have been aware of the issues in this room. The provision of a squeegee and copious extra towels would have helped in the use of the shower. I would NOT have wanted to be a lone wheelchair user in this room!

Very convenient location. Wembley designer outlets is just behind. Few minutes walk to train and bus station. Friendly staffs and bartender Joe is friendly guy, and responsible to his works.

It would be nice to provide mini fridges in the room. We changed rooms but still had problems with very low sound level on the tv. A glass was broken in the room & although housekeeping were promised to clear it up I ended up hovering it up once we got back from the concert

Stayed for the night after watching a concert, room and hotel were both in awesome condition and would happily stay again. Only thing I would say, the bar could have done with more than one member of staff, especially after there being a big concert on at the arena.
