The location was amazing from Wembley but the hotel is in need of some updating. The hotel was very drab and wood chip on the walls, only one lift worked and was painfully slow. A couple said they had paid £400 for the night. If I had paid that much I would have been fuming honestly. Good points staff seemed friendly and bar area was not too bad, breakfast wasn’t bad either. Best part was the location you couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay after a concert at Wembley literally a 5 min walk.

We stayed at the Ibis for the Oasis concert at Wembley Stadium. What a perfect location, and the hotel cleverly themes to the band playing at the stadium. Our room was clean and comfortable, although quite small, and the bathroom and amenities are quite basic, especially for the price paid (they use dynamic pricing, so the cost more than doubles for major events). We found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location as we were attending concert at Wembley arena. Very busy due to boxing match at stadium same night but staff helpful and able to get a drink after concert. Room comfy and clean. Only criticism is that I needed to provide photo ID at check-in and this was NOT mentioned anywhere in the booking details and I had already checked in online in advance. Fortunately I had packed my passport but was not expecting this and was shocked that we might have been turned away.

We stayed 2 nights, as we had a concert booked in London. This Ibis was excellent, the best we have visited. The receptionist was so friendly & helpful, & the man for breakfast was such a joy. The room itself was fantastic, so spacious & we were lucky to be located in the 3rd floor. The only down side was that due to the heatwave, even with the air unit on the room was too hot at times. Fantastic experience & already booked here for our next visit to London

The room is basic, although has everything you need. The room was clean. 1 of the hotel lifts weren't working so took long to get in and out. The view from our place was of another apartment building, not very appealing. Altogether a good, central basic hotel conveniently located to walk to restaurants, outlet, train stations etc
