Bathroom fan would not go off after an hour of listening to it at 10 pm we was in bed but asked to be moved as no way could u sleep with that all night

Great location. Room excellent. Breakfast the next morning a major disappointment. Came down 15 minutes before the end and they were already clearing away. When my Partner who is vegetarian asked for some more scrambled eggs was told no sorry. Drinks also packed away before we had left. I understand not letting anybody sit after finish time but those already sitting should get the same service as somebody attending earlier in the sitting

Awful! My partner was unwell. I asked for new bedding so I can change the old ones, I was told housekeeping had clocked off and they were unable to do anything. I was asked to sleep in the end with sick inside even though the hotel had hardly any guests and they could have moved my room if they couldn’t give me bedding. Awful service, rock hard bed much better off paying the extra £20 and staying in the premier inn.
