I left the hotel covered in multiple bites. I showed these bites to your hotel manager who dismissed my complaint and stated that this type of thing does not happen in this hotel, I can here by assure you that it dose! I would like my money refunded.

Everything was excellent apart from the breakfast which actually inedible as the food was over cooked and cold especially the sausages and eggs and it didn’t help that it took so long to be dished up and brought to our table. I know we are in awkward times but we have stayed at other hotels in these strange times but the food was at least hot and edible. We were very disappointed as we have stayed with you at this hotel before and had great food.

I loved the quietude. My only complaint is that the mattress was a bit too hard for me, because I have a bad back. By and large however, I enjoyed my stay. I really enjoyed the quiet.

My stay at the hotel was another,good experience,many thanks to Cliff for starting my days with such enjoyable breakfast, I am sure that management will appreciate,that breakfast is not complete without toast,provisions can be made to include the self service toaster, this can be well thought out in keeping with social distancing guidelines,very good idea to have breakfast pre ordered.

Stayed here at the last minute to celebrate our Anniversary as we couldn't go abroad due to Covid. I did put a note on the booking asking for a nice room, when we arrived we had two towel sculptured swans, and a bottle of Champagne displayed on the bed, i would say this was above and beyond what i'd expect from an Ibis Hotel and very much appreciated, well done Team Wembley!

When I arrived all seemed fine, however, I noticed the room was cold. Having tried to use the rooms air conditioning and giving it time to warm up, it never did. The staff were told on the evening of the next day. I received a portable heater and x2 towels upon request (no room service) however, having plugged in the heater it to did not work. The phone in the room did not work from I arrived! It was a very strange experience. Paulina was fantastic and very helpful. Other staff were also fine although 1 or 2 were a bit distant and did not make any real effort of being approachable. I would also add the rooms are a bit dated and could use a refurb. I would stay there again based on the customer service from Paulina and a few others. However, I would recommend that the rooms are given a once over at least twice a week. The batteries in the remote control needed changing also, so attention to detail would go a long way. Thank you.

Check in was quick and we managed to park easy , hotel was nice and clean and room was good and clean overall apart from the water dripping from the ceiling through the night which we didn’t notice until it woke us up as it was dripping onto our faces and shoulders etc . We were room 1409 in ibis Wembley.

Nice room shame about the noise

The staff were nice and friendly, the room was ok bu the duvet cover had a rip in the seam and the noise from the train station was very loud even with my window shut, hence not a good nights sleep. The air con wouldn’t come on so the room was warmer than I like to have it.

Basic Hotel but room was clean, and had everything you want. Staff friendly and happy to provide refills of tea, coffee and milk. Take-away breakfast due to Covid was sufficient although a choice of cereals and fresh milk would have been nice. Lots of building work going on in Wembley but as a base this did the trick.

Decided not to extend my stay

I stayed for 10 days and had the option to extend for another 10 but I decided not to for a number of reasons. Firstly, because my room could not be cleaned due to the hotel’s COVID policy and I had to insist on changing rooms after 5 days to refresh thoroughly. Secondly, the hotel WiFi became erratic for the last 4 days, and I could no longer rely on it for my work. When I reported the problem to Reception, he didn’t show much interest and told me to try switching my device off, which didn’t work. Thirdly, the overhead light in my room went off and the TV remote control battery was also about to die but I just didn’t feel comfortable reporting to staff or getting the minor problems fixed.
