Overall very happy with our 1 night stay here. Travelled to stay here for the England vs Ireland game so expected to pay more for the 1 night stay, did think at almost £200 for 1 night was slightly excessive but when you look at the queues for the train station after the match I was happy I paid the price. Very convenient location about 5 minute walk from Wembley Stadium. Again expected the drinks to be pricey but again at £14 for a pint of Stella and a small bottle of Fanta I thought was excessive too. Staff were excellent could not help enough when required. Room extremely basic, no microwave just a kettle but again knew this in advance of the stay. Shower was great and beds were comfortable. Breakfast options were excellent would recommend highly. Overall would definitely stay here again for special events like England matches, my son loved the whole event.

Well located to Wembley Station and Stadium. Quick and easy check in. I was fortunate to be on the top floor with great views and a spacious room. Issue with the TV was sorted efficiently by the maintenance guy. Good nights sleep.

Stayed at a very busy event weekend, all staff very helpful despite the crowds. Smashing hotel, lovely staff. Amazing location for the Arena & Stadium. Nice & close to all 3 Wembley train stations too

I arrived earlier than usual due to work. On arrival I went to the front desk and one of the staff returned back to reception, I explained my reason for being early. Never paid for disabled parking on the premises before and a few for early even though I'm a loyalty member. I believe the lady who dealt with me afterwards was the manager was very professional. I became unwell and was told by another receptionist have a seat and we will let you know when the room is ready. All this time we both sat there waiting until my wife went and asked a question to say yes its ready. Then we got to our room and someone was drilling which was loud. I paid for comfort and relaxation not disturbance. I believe this is my first unhappy stay at The Ibis hotel in a very long time. We checked in on the 21/10/24 and left on the 24/10/24 without the receptionist saying anything or asking how our stay was. In general it was a total let down and disappointment in all aspects.
