Arrived late due to flight delays but everything was ready. Only issue was night intercom didn't work

The location if perfect. Quiet at night and very accessible to nearby tourist spots. I just hope you can improve hospitality especially the Receptionist. We asked for an umbrella if they have because its raining, if we can borrow it because we saw a 1 umbrella in the reception area. he rudely dismiss us and told us NO we don't have. A little smile will do and not just rudely dismiss your customer.

As always, the room was clean and comfortable. Your lobby is super fun! The staff are nice. There's only one problem - last time I stayed with you, you gave me a super cute amenity (which I appreciated). This time, I didn't receive any amenity at all, let alone a cute one. Very very sad.
