I had to wait over 20mins to even be served at check in. There was only 2 staff, who appeared to be having a process issue. Once I was served the process took a further 20mins. My elderly father who has mobility difficulties had to go up stairs to find a seat. The staff did not offer any assistance to us. I have stayed here many times previously and was disappointed. The bathroom did not have any extra toilet paper and I had to get more. The following morning at reception I was witness to an unfortunate event where an ambulance was requested as a person had been found unconscious in their room. The staff member did not know how to do this and had little understanding of the gravity of what was happening. Unfortunately due to the above reason I will be very reluctant to stay here again.

Only good thing was the location, i was never told the hotel was undergoing renovation so i paid full price for just a room as everything else was being renovated. Rooms and hotel are outdated, staff not exactly friendly. Not the stard quality and not value for money.
