One of the reasons I chose to stay at Ibis Sydney Central was because I booked a "Package" via the Accor website which included: 2 free tickets to the Museum of Contemporary Art, Late checkout and free parking. Unfortunately, when I asked for my free tickets the Concierge had no idea what I was talking about and I was told it was an error on the website. I also was left with the impression that I had to ask for the late checkout that it wasn't part of my booking.

Good location, Good Price for what it is

We have been stauing in Ibis Styles Sydney Central once a year for 3 years now for my work christmas, its agood hotel, the recent renovations have improved a lot of what the hotel was lacking. Only thing i could mention is that the seal on the shower door leaked a little. Otherwise the room was comfy and spacious, was cleaned nicely and was a nice place to relax after a long day.

Great location and room for price

Room was great, air con great, quiet, comfortable. Unfortunately the stay did not start well with reception staff not acknowledging me whilst I stood at the desk for a few minutes waiting to check in. Whilst I understand one staff member seemed to be on a tricky call with a guest, the other staff member assisting her could have acknowledged me to say they won't be long. Just a tip for better customer service experience 😊
