Well located easy access, close to the station bar staff was not friendly .can do better customer care

Went out with Friends for dinner & drinks nearby & wanted a Quiet & comfortable place to sleep afterwards. Ibis Styles Never disappoints its Clean Quiet & comfortable & you will get a good nights sleep there after doing what you need to do in Sydney.

The room was otherwise clean and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. However, there were a couple of maintenance issues that impacted the stay. The shower door would not close properly, which made using the bathroom inconvenient. I reported this to reception before going out for the evening, but unfortunately nothing was done about it during my stay. I mentioned it again at checkout. Additionally, there was water in the freezer tray. When I tried to empty it, the water went everywhere, which was frustrating and messy. Overall, while the room itself was comfortable, I expected better attention to maintenance and follow-up on reported issues.
