Was disappointed that the car parking deal is no longer. Have stayed several times because of the Travelodge deal, I will now have to think twice about staying. The location suits me & rooms are always tidy & clean.

Room allocated was as expected. It was dusty. The balcony area outside looked as if it had not been swept in years. This property is obviously an ex Travelodge. The air conditioning unit even says Travel lodge. It was noisy. No recognition of status on check in. No welcome drink offered. Shabby really. Staff not overly welcoming. Disappointing. Would.not stay again.

Check in process was quite lengthy and delayed and we experienced multiple problems. Had requested a room with two single beds via email over a week or two before check in time. Upon arrival, this was not taken into consideration. We were then told that the room we had been changed to was a room that could be changed to two singles but upon entering the room, it was a queen bed that couldn't be split. Over an hour later we were finally given another room after chasing it up multiple times. Once we had our final room everything was fine.
