Once I am inside the hotel the smiling receptionist welcomed me recognizing me, makes me feel like I’m at home.

the location is great, the room i clean, but the room temperature cant be adjusted, one manager is rude to customers.

A good location is probably the only plus. The bathroom was so small, and the shower door wasn't fully closing, so water would leak outside the shower. There was no internet inside the room. The connection was bad and so intermittent that it'd keep dropping off and would work only close to the door. The bed was comfortable enough. The huge downside is that there is no temporary parking space near the hotel to unload bags from the car. We had to park all the way at the hotel's parking space, 400m away, and walk with so many bags all the way to the hotel. Huge inconvenience. Our rooms were made when requested, but the rubbish wasn't even removed from the room. Services need to improve.
