Stayed for 5 nights.The room is clean & spacious. It has all the basic amenities and i love that Ibis has laundry services available. Breakfast is not bad although they serve the same thing daily. Location wise is quite accessible, 250m away from near Metro (Museum station) and around 1km away from city centre and hay market.

How come u guys don't provide any disposable cups, instead of buying the paper coffe cups at reception? And how come u don't provide any bottled water in the room, it's only1.50$ and i even can't buy any bottled water in the reception!!! The reply was those water in the back was for guests... Am i not guests?!!! Tap water is provided anytime but i don't like it! Overall, it's a good location and the maintenance came over on the second day to fix AC and tap but still gives me a awful experience in terms of the high cost of every night. It doesn't match the good experience!!!

The room was good, comfortable and clean. I was disappointed in the buffet breakfast though -- although this was also clean, it felt uninspired and sterile. There was little fresh fruit (on one of three mornings there were bananas, but otherwise there preserved apricots and nectarines were not nice, and watermelon/rock melon chunks were bland - maybe they'd be better as slices than squares, but really, I'm just not that into melon. The bacon was a bit like tepid leather; cold and chewy. The garlicky choy sum greens were actually pretty good, better than I expected. The bread was hardly sourdough - no substance to it (actual light rye sourdough, not supermarket stuff, should be amazing), and croissants were stale (on one day dusted with sugar - so I had none). Anyway, after the first day, I had muesli. So, breakfast could be better. I liked the sparkling water!

Our rooms were clean with comfy beds and crisp clean linen. It was big enough for our needs for an overnight stay. We attended a show at the Capitol , which is in easy walking distance and we enjoyed a pre theatre dinner in Me soo. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile.

Something to point out is having the main power switch turned off everyday when the room was serviced. This left the room very stuffy and hot and the food in the fridge defosted and warm!!

Stayed for a couple of nights in Sydney and hotel was just right. Being a gold member I was upgraded to a deluxe room at check-in which was nice. It was well located, easy to get to. The room was clean and well appointed. Didn’t get a chance to eat at the breakfast nook and restaurant but it looked good. Only fault would be the fire alarm blared at 6am on the second day.

For the last night of stay apart from my family, I opted to move to a smaller room, hoping that it will reduce my daily rate, but turned out that the payment was actually higher and included breakfast that I did not choose. I don’t know where the mixup has happened, but the hotel was uncooperative in resolving the issue for me, and I am very dissatisfied with their service and I would not recommend this hotel and definitely. I’m not coming back.

The staff were lovely, but when your neighbors used the shower or the toilet it felt noisy, the other residents are also noisy especially in the midnight.
