We stayed 5 nights after Easter, the hotel was busy. The room was quite basic but comfy, bathroom could use a better clean. The hotel is in a good location, fairly close to public transport, there is an IGA and Aldi within walking distance and a few different restaurants to chose from.

I’m very sure I won’t stay there again. The room wasn’t clean at all and still have many stains everywhere. The tv chrome cast not work since the first day we arrived. I went down to the reception, they told me will have someone come have a look in 5 mins, but I was waiting for more than 30 mins. No one comes!! And they said the technician already finished day so the staff said they can change the room for us. The new room was smaller than what we paid for it, so asked for someone have a look tomorrow and see how we goes. We totally stayed there 5 nights and I asked for fix everyday, the answer are always said someone will be there 5 mins and never happened. The wifi signal keep cut off too in our room. Another thing happened second night, the fire alarm was on 12am and everyone ran down to outside and around the lobby, the receptionist still check in people and no one came to explain to us what’s going on and what should we do, so everyone just looked at each other and don’t know what’s going on. This is probably the worse place I never ever stay.

Smelly room, dusty and dirty

My room was really smelly, smelt like damp wet towel, the curtains were broken and dusty and there was hair on the bed before I even touched it Gross

Thought this hotel was a bit out of the CBD, but it wasn't and plenty of other guests were staying there too. Enjoyed a comfortable room with properly working air-conditioning. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I encountered a number of problems during my most recent stay. Initially couldn't use the automatic check-in as it couldn't find my booking. I While I booked a standard queen room, I was checked into at reception to a twin room. I came down to reception to request a queen bed room. The air conditioning in the queen room that was allocated to me was poor and even after several hours on 16 degrees it was still hot. I was then allocated a third room and the air conditioning was only marginally better. I have since cancelled my booking and moved to another hotel.
