Booked this as it was described as having a kitchenette. Room had crockery and cutlery but no microwave. Not really a kitchenette in my opinion. I was hoping to eat dinner in the room so had to make other arrangements. Also on arrival went to the reception desk to check in and was just lead to the self check in and left there. Was hoping the receptionist could have done the check in otherwise I would have just gone straight to the kiosks. Then I get to my room and the key doesn’t work so I had to back down to reception to get that fixed. Breakfast room was overcrowded and staff not keeping up with cleaning tables or replenishing cups and plates. Overall a very disappointing experience.
