Recently stayed overnight for work. When I checked in I set the aircon to 16 degrees which was the coldest it could do. Returning to my room later that night the room was still warm. At night time I set the fan on the aircon to 1 (the lowest setting) and the aircon was still extremely loud, and sounded like it was blowing out air at full blast.

Buffet was sub-par. We were there for 4 days. No change in menu, stale fruits. My daughter fell ill having that food. Food services must definitely be improved. Anyway, breakfast is the only thing that they are doing properly.
