I had a great experience at this hotel. facilities were clean and well maintained. The room had a separate sink from bathroom sink which was very nice. The restaurant downstairs had good food but was playing very loud music when we arrived at 11 pm. the location is great, close to a train station and lots of great restaurants.

Check in and out was easy, location is really good, beds were comfy - the only issue was the thin walls; I could hear the people next door all night which was sometimes difficult to deal with. Our first night there the fire alarm also went off and it was made unclear whether to evacuate or not.

No wifi, that is ridiculous in 2025, two rooms both no wifi

We always choose this hotel because of its position near Museum station and World Square shopping district. Rooms well-appointed and newly refurbished. We love having sink and cutlery/crockery but missed the microwave this time.

Room 903. I asked for a room away from the lifts. This was perfect. I liked the plates/ cutlery/ fridge. There's a shelf for a microwave and that would have been useful. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was ugly and noisy. Room was 'tired. There was a very stained chair- there's no excuse to have this. Although a cheap hotel in Sydney terms the furniture shouldn't be grubby and stained. Time to also change the carpet to something cleaner.
