The location was so convenient for public transport and varied shopping. Having a microwave was an extra bonus that allowed the flexibility to self cater, though there are multiple choices of cuisine within easy walking distance. Friendly reception staff and cleaners also enhanced our stay. Great that sustainable aspects like “on request” ammenities are in place to reduce waste. If you are a poor sleeper you may notice traffic and environmental noise but that’s city life! We were impressed by the lack of noise detected from neighbouring rooms. Sydney Super Shuttles runs a service from the airport and return with direct delivery that is also highly recommended.

Check-in could have been better - I put in the online booking request via the app free text for our booked 2 rooms to be on the same floor. They were not, which added about 10 minutes to the check-in process. The staff were lovely and apologetic and fixed the issue but I don't understand why you have the free text request / instructions option as part of the booking if it's not looked at (this is the 2/2 bookings made via the app where I have added instructions that have been ignored). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I know this is the budget chain in the Accor range, but having a hand towel provided as part of the linnen is hopefully not a massive ask to make standard. Trying to dry hands with a flannel washer is not ideal

Best thing about this hotel is its location. Easy access to transport which is handy for trips to Bondi Beach & Junction and Olympic Stadium etc. Walking distance to Darling Harbour, the bridge and Opera House. Shops, restaurants on your doorstep. Room was small and basic.

Great Hotel In Central Sydney

Clean, tidy room. Staff friendly and attentive. Lovely little bar area, with fantastic wine and cocktail options. Close to some amazing restaurants and bars, and only 5 minutes walk to the Capitol Theatre!

Decent Short Stay

Staff were so lovely, room was totally fine for a couple of nights. Quite noisy, as our door was right outside the lift so we did hear the bell of the lift opening all night, as we stayed the weekend. Bathroom was well equipped, clean and modern. Room could do with a bit of an update, but clean and comfortable nontheless.
