Customer service is wonderful there. My shower overflowed due to design issues and plastic lip not holding in the water, airconditioner needed cleaning and made a clicking noise, blue light flashing beside bed - did not have a cover, dust in ceiling vent in bathroom. I would not stay here again, stayed here for work and its closeness to a conference.

A tired venue. Everything works but everywhere in rooms, corridors etc walls chipped, marked, rust. Shame because its well located and if they cared to do basic maintenance and upkeep would be a regular stop
