My room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Close to Chinatown and transport. Heating was a little warm and no chance to reset it. Noisy vent system, lift a bit slow and lobby small.

Stinky foyer on arrival like dirty armpits. Terrible a/c in the room centrally co trolled that could not be adjusted, noisy and not cool enough. Phone in the room did not work at all. Had to store own luggage, no security id tag given. Loud noise at 6am woke me up

Was able to secure early check in which was perfect as we had flown into Sydney on a “red eye” flight, so was able to get some early rest. I had pre-booked the breakfast which was also just right for the price. Rooms was clean and tidy and quiet.

Room was well maintained, clean and tidy. I did notice a drainage smell on my second night which was present for the rest of the stay. The first two days, one lift was out of action causing delays. Staff were very friendly and welcoming

3 nights, mid week. Good location. Construction next door was occurring at night, and made access a bit difficult and quite a bit of noise. Every time I used the lift only 1 was operating, and wait times were as long as 15 mins at 8am to be able to get into the lift. Rooms were basic but adequate, reflecting the price. Not a stay I’d rave about, but it did the job for a reasonable price.
