We enjoyed our stay at Novotel Darling Square. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. A bit disappointed with the buffet breakfast, there weren't many choices and hardly changed in the 3 days that we were there. Also, would've been great if the A/C has been turned on prior to check in. There was a heatwave and a cooled room would have been nice. The pool area was stuffy, no ventilation, so didnt use it although we wanted to take a dip. We appreciate the friendly staff, especially Pete from the lobby bar who was really helpful. Lastly, thanks for the sparkling wine, it made our wedding anniversary extra special.

I stay at many AllAccor hotels. Just need sheets added on the Novotel hotel beds. I personally struggle to sleep as the Downers are to hot on there own without the option of the sheet covering you whilst sleeping. Thanks
