This is the third time we stay at Novotel - Darling Square. We love the location and the service, that is why we selected the hotel for our holidays. However, there are few things that have changed since our last stay (around June) and in our opinion impacted the quality of the service. 1. The pool is very dirty. My daughter and another girl dedicated their time in the pool to collect nails that they found in the pool. There were also a couple of coke cans and a glass in the pool area - which can be dangerous if the glass breaks. 2. With regards to the bathroom in our room, the wall where the mirror is located was not cleaned properly. Also some of the towels seem old (with holes). Equally the bathroom door is dirty - displaying white parts that have no been cleaned. 3. Not sure what triggered the change in the internet connection. But it wasn’t easy to get the internet to work for the TV. We hope those issues are addressed. We love this hotel and would like to continue using it during future holidays.
