I recently stayed at Novotel Darling harbour square in Sydney to celebrate a special occasion with my sister. Firstly, I would like to extend my gratitude to Meddy, who made our stay truly memorable. She thoughtfully preassigned our room and arranged a special amenity that added a personal touch and made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and impressively eco-friendly, which we greatly appreciated. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved: 1. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited. 2. The front desk staff appeared unprofessional and were often unavailable when needed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, thanks to Meddy’s efforts, but addressing these issues would make the experience even better for future guests.

Staff at reception were so kind and friendly, and noting was too much of an ask for them would highly recommend this hotel :)

The hotel staff were so friendly and gentle there, was easy access to PT and so many food markets around very close by. Would highly recommend staying here.
