Location is perfect. A short walk to the train, grocery shop, to Chinatown, to Syndney Harbour Bridge, and close many restaurants. Space is clean and comfortable. Hotel hospitaly is superb. Nothing bad i could say.

Confusing with the darling harbour location. Even staff at check in thought I was at the wrong place. A pain to get to. Location was central enough if not driving. Parking was expensive and did not allow for multiple entries and exits. Cleaning leaves some to be desired. Space inside the drawers of study table were sticky and I am quite sure I saw a roach run off. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. My daughter who had to sleep on it described it as ‘firm cardboard’. Dining staff Chris was exceptional with his service (not just to us) on the Australian day morning which was extremely busy. The restaurant front desk was confused with multiple bookings and unable to manage crowds. Lastly, when I went to queue at the priority check in for ALL ACCOR + members, I was told by staff the counter wasn’t attended and could I move over.
