Good location. Easy to find everything - food, transportation. Near Chinatown, Darling Harbour and CBD. Housekeeping fantastic - clean rooms. Reception efficient - supported us well. I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends going to Sydney. Good hotel for solo traveller.

Would be interested in your lawyers take on charging $ 1600 if the fire alarm goes off while using your shower and air vents.

The room is good but the sound proofing is not the best, can hear the other room opening their doors. No exhaust fan on the toilet, no complimentary water

No hot water

It is a great location and the staff are great but there was only hot water about 40% of the time. It was never really hot luke warm at best.
