Check in was easy, The issue was with check out, the male receptionist charged my credit card, and would not provide a physical receipt. He advised me to on go online via an external entity. I advised him, you charged my credit card, you are required to provided a receipt/tax invoice, as I need it for work. After back and forth, he said I’ll do it this time, like he was doing me a favour. I stay in hotels all around the world and have never experienced this type of behaviour towards a paying customer. I appreciate you have policies, however this is ridiculous, it’s not my problem the way your invoices print out, if it shows commissions, he finally provided a tax invoice without the commission information. I left your hotel extremely frustrated prior to going to the airport , please note I worked for the Hilton group, and we never treated a customer like this, we always ensured they were treated well as part of the entire experience.

Location is fantastic, and hotel has everything there you need. The buffet breakfast 10/10. The rooms amenities are lovely, the beds comfortable and air conditioning works great.

Walkable to CBD and all the restaurants, etc. of Darling Harbour. Christena took very good care of us at breakfast each day, remembering our preferences and love for their very tasty banana bread :)
