Our Superior Rooms are designed for three guests with appropriate bedding, and we regret the oversight in preparing your room accordingly. Please know our front desk team is always available to address any immediate needs during stays. We’re pleased our central Darling Square location served you well for exploring Sydney’s vibrant precinct. Dear D., We appreciate your candid feedback; thank you. We value your continued trust in us over two decades and are delighted our consistency has contributed to your repeated visits. Our team takes pride in maintaining the standards that have made us your preferred choice for so many years. However, we sincerely regret the technical difficulties with the in-room entertainment system and the oversight in linen preparation during your stay we will pass it over to our maintenance department and Foxtel services. Please know we’ve shared your feedback about the bathroom amenities with our maintenance team as well for immediate attention. As well as the feedback about the blanket was shared with the Housekeeping department. Nonetheless, we’re pleased our central Darling Square location continued to serve as a convenient base for your Sydney experience, with easy access to Chinatown and ICC Sydney just steps away.
