What was expected to be a refined 4.5-star luxury experience ultimately resembled a modest bed-and-breakfast stay. The sole redeeming feature was the location. While the staff were consistently polite and courteous, overall hospitality and service standards were underwhelming. The value proposition did not align with the price point, resulting in significant disappointment. A few specific observations: 1. Housekeeping capacity appears constrained; rooms are not serviced if vacated later in the afternoon due to limited staffing. 2. The overnight menu is restricted and subject to availability. A $5 tray charge applies, yet no additional accompaniments or condiments are provided. 3. Complimentary drinking water is not supplied in-room. Guests are expected to bring their own bottles and refill from a lobby water filter. 4. Room dimensions are average and comparable to those of budget-category hotels. Greater transparency around these service limitations and amenities would have enabled guests to make a more informed booking decision.

Very clean rooms. Kudos to the housekeeping team! Lovely and friendly front office staff. Minor point for improvement is to upgrade the bathrooms as it has a weird funky smell.

One negative is that there is a man that sits close to the hotel, not on your property but constantly harasses your guests, he does push up (likely you know who this is) He makes the stay uncomfortable.

Everytime stay with you I have to follow up to get receipts & spend 15-20 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone to get an invoice sent that should be done as soon as checkout is completed
