The hotel staff are lovely and the hotel itself is great. Room was clean & well equipped. Only negative was the bed. Rough sheets & the mattress was way too hard. Pillows were also not great. Ended up with sore neck, shoulders & back. Had one pillowcase that was different to the rest & was actually soft enough to sleep on, luckily. Not ideal when on a work trip & needing to be well rested.
