The Reception Staff were very helpful in organizing a Day Room for me, at short notice. Quick, efficient and most friendly service was offered. Room was available immediately. Room was clean and tidy to a very high standard. Even though it was a Studio Room, it had the facilities and felt like an Apartment. Facing George Street, still there was minimal to no traffic/outside noise. A wonderful experience, for my first stay at BreakFree.

Wonderful front of house staff. Very helpful and courteous.

Conveniently located in central Sydney. However, it was difficult for us to climb into the bath with its steep sides to access the shower - hand rails would have been helpful. Surprisingly quiet, considering its central location and bed was supremely comfortable.

Room and bed quality were all good. excellent location. Very strange that the room did not have a toaster in the kitchenette. would be good to have cafe breakfast (nearby) or so included in the deal. reception received a parcel on my behalf but took quite a while to find it. would stay again on a budget trip but not for business because of the facilities.

Very helpful reception staff introduced us to this well appointed, modern suite located in the Haymarket. It was quiet over night and we felt well rested for our functions the following day. Reception held our luggage for us after our check out while we were busy in the city that day.

The staff member upon check in was friendly and provided an upgrade for us too see what the family 2 bedroom unit was like for further family holiday stays. I think his name was Sabhu. Sorry if I got that wrong. I have stayed there on a number of occasions and he is very good. Friendly and easy to talk too.

Initially, the phone was not working and the room lamp was somewhat damaged. Attempts at repairing the phone lead to a move change, after I completed a email survey (similar to this one) and the Hotel Manager made personal contact. Room I was moved as excellent, with a working telephone line. I appreciated the kind gesture of the bottle of wine, chocolates and crisps. Thanks

The hotel was nice, friendly staff and In a great part of Sydney but they offered no room service. I'm told it was set up that why by my online travel service but a 4 star hotel and no room service? I had to go to the desk to get fresh towels and toilet paper. My advice is don't offer that in the future it's going to leave guests unsatisfied, even Hotel 6 has room service.

The staff were very helpful and friendly in the lovely lobby, and the room was great. My one issue was that it was hard to tell if the cool air conditioning was working. Otherwise, a perfect visit and will definitely visit again!

The reception staff were inviting and friendly. House keeping not quite up to scratch, after the first night our soap,shampoo etc was removed from the room and not replaced ! The next morning we returned to the room to find the rubbish bin had been emptied but the plastic bin liner was left sitting in the middle of the floor.

Pretty shocked at the condition of the hotel.

Very dissatisfied. Looked great online, when we got inside the reception it didn’t smell very nice. The staff behind the counter were very friendly though. The hotel facility and the room was very dirty, definitely needs a good clean. The air conditioning in the room kept having a sewerage smell coming from it, which was absolutely foul. The walls were even dirty, along with the bathroom tiles. I think the hotel is aware of an issue with the air Conditioning smelling like sewerage, as there was air fresheners everywhere you looked. Left this hotel, and went to Meriton Suits. Cost $15 more a night and was incredible. Definitely overpriced! Overall not a good hotel, and I shall not be coming back here.
