Really disappointed with my experience. When booking, I had the choice between a Studio Queen and a One Bedroom Apartment with a balcony. I chose to pay the extra $100 for the One Bedroom Apartment because I believed I was booking a room with a balcony. As someone who vapes, having a private outdoor space was an important factor in choosing—and paying extra for—that room. When I checked in and went to my room, I was shocked to find there was no balcony. I went back to reception to ask what had happened, and the receptionist apologised but explained that it’s “the luck of the draw” whether you receive a room with a balcony. They even acknowledged that there should really be a disclaimer explaining this during the booking process. Had I known there was no guarantee of receiving a balcony, I would never have paid the extra $100. I feel the room description is misleading, as it led me to believe I was booking a specific room type with a balcony when that clearly wasn’t the case. I hope the hotel updates its booking information so future guests can make an informed decision and avoid the same disappointment

Booked through the Accor App, no problems. Had two flights cancelled on my return to Australia, contact two other Accor Hotels via the app, dates changed no problems. Mantra on the other hand too 2 overseas phone call to which the reply was "cant help you" 5 emails from myself, 2 phone calls from Accor Reservations and 3 emails before any response received refusing to change the date. All reservations were made under the same terms.
