Arr approx 9am. Stored luggage and advised room won't be ready till 2 pm. Totally understand as most hotels in stay in will be ok to check around 12 with phone call. Arrived about 1350 and room not ready and had to take a seat. Told them we are members and the guy said I know. On check out no acknowledgement how was your stay. Ask about bond refund and said will be done this afternoon. To this date still not done. We usually stay at metro where if a room is available we can check in. Not happy with the service with mantra

We appreciate your understanding regarding the standard check-in time, however we apologise that your room was not ready when you returned shortly before 2pm and that you had to wait. We also regret that your membership status and departure experience were not acknowledged as they should have been — this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Regarding the bond refund, this is normally processed on the day of departure, and we apologise if there has been any delay. Hi guys, I stayed at the hotel from Friday, 27 February until Sunday, 1 March. Unfortunately, the bed I slept in seemed to have bed bugs, and I ended up with a lot of bites. I also work for Accor, so please don’t take this as a complaint.I just wanted to bring it to your attention so it can be checked for future guests. I stayed in room 308. Thank you.
