Very very tired Hôtel

This hotel is both very very dirty and extremely tired. The rooms are tiny and the kitchens ill equipped The lobby is like a student common room and stinks of stale cooking

When reported the pee stains on the guilt, the front desk manager seemed unfazed and not accepting the problems he is responsible.

The air-conditioning unit in the room was so loud, it sounded like a small vehicle. There was also a leak from the ceiling that had been patched with a piece of plastic, but was still dripping down near the window/tv area. If you stook under it you would get wet. The staff were lovely, accommodating and welcoming, however the rooms were terrible. I have photos and videos in need. Being a loyal Accor Member, I am really disappointed.
