However, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness and maintenance issues you experienced in your room—this is not the standard we strive for, and we’ve shared your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate attention. Regarding the fire alarm, we appreciate your patience during this unexpected situation. For safety reasons, our reception team is required to attend the fire panel room during an alarm, which is why phone lines may not be answered promptly. In such cases, critical updates and instructions are communicated through the floor speakers to ensure all guests are informed. We’ll review our communication processes to ensure this is clearer to guests in the future. We also regret any inconvenience caused by the $200 pre-authorization hold. This is a standard practice to cover incidental charges, and the release timeframe depends on your bank—we’ll ensure this is more transparent in our booking information moving forward.
