We enjoyed to location and generous size of the room, staff was polite. The bedding was terrible, worn synthetic blankets, lumpy very poor quality pillows. Room was only serviced properly 3 times in 10 days despite our requests and reports to the reception staff. Phone not working, balcony door handle in pieces. This was the worst Mantra stay we have had and considering cancelling upcoming stay at Port Douglas.

Well located near loads of places to eat. The room was comfortable and staff were very friendly

Hotel is very well located however the rooms are very deteriorated and not clean. There is clear evidence the property is run down and not cared for. Beds are old and worn out the tv is at least 15 plus years old. This is not worthy of an Accor brand.

Super noisy from outside buskers mostly House keeping was poor only coming to my room on the second last day of a 7 day stay
