Great location, friendly and helpful staff, easy access to the Light Rail and to Central Station. The place does need a revamp - worn carpet, walls marked, cracked tiles and missing grout in the bathroom and a shower over the bath is not really senior friendly!

While this is a great location and the beds were clean and comfortable, the service and the quality of the room was below our expectations. The carpet outside the room was stained, the carpet at our doorway was peeling off, the sofa was heavily stained, the air conditioner in the lounge area was so noisy that we had to turn it off, the exhaust fan above the stove top could not be turned off, the fry pans were dirty/needed replacing and we couldn't fully open the fridge door because the nearby skirting board was damaged/swollen. A bag of rubbish was left at the exit to our elevator for two days and in one of the elevators, our floor level button was broken. We had to ask for our rubbish to be removed and for more toilet paper. Our service at reception was below standard - not very friendly or attentive. Door broken to the toilet in the lobby (card reader broken so couldn't enter). Disappointing, especially because we booked for 5 nights.
