What concerns me most is that you raised this during your stay and did not receive a response or resolution. That is not the level of care or accountability we expect from our team, and I apologise that we let you down. We understand how important a good night’s sleep is, particularly when travelling for business, and it’s disappointing to hear that noise impacted your stay so significantly. While the hotel is located in the heart of busy Chinatown, this should never come at the expense of your comfort, and we should have done more to assist you at the time.
