We got upgraded with was nice but also we went from having a balcony to no balcony but the room we had was great the trams were just so loud and so many idiots but not the hotels fault Great reception staff and comfy bed and nice smelling soap

There were two addresses on the internet for this hotel. Our cab driver had difficulty finding the hotel. When making the booking it was not obvious that the shower was over the bath. Neither my husband nor I could safely use the shower or bath.

Lovely friendly staff, room had everything we needed but could of had more coffee sugar tea and the toilet was very awkward in 1111 too close to wall! Other than that gr8 pleasant stay!

Very poor experience. I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The room was still messy and dirty from the last customers. The kitchen fan was full of dust which made me very reluctant to cook anything. The shower was difficult to access in the ensuite room. This was not a good reflection on ACCOR hotels. As I highly recommend ACCOR hotels to my friends and family. The price for this hotel was absurd considering there was no use for my silver membership for my 5 free drink cards.
