Great location friendly check in staff within walking distance to central station, paddys market and many restaurants have stayed here many times in the last couple of years to go to festivals and concerts highly recommend to anyone needing a comfortable place to stay

Amazing 40th stay

We arrived a little early, the room wasn’t ready for us, so we completed the paperwork, dropped off our bags and mentioned we were celebrating my 40th Birthday. We went to have lunch and returned to get settled in the room where we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a beautiful chocolate. The one bed apartment was a great size for us with a (nearly) 2 year old. The only negatives for us was the positioning of the toilet in the ensuite (room 601) was not useable for us both being 5’11 and 6’1 as there isn’t sufficient room in front of the toilet for your knees. And the TV was not as smart as you would expect, it would have been great to be able to connect for our daughters shows during down time. Staff were absolutely amazing all the way through. We will definitely return for the perfect location (for our needs) right near China town.

Great location but noisy

Hotel is in great location. Check in was easy and I was told I was upgraded. Fantastic, except the room was on the 1st floor with the tram stop outside and poor sound proofing. This meant that my 1 night stay was not spent sleeping that much.

Water all over bathroom floor from leaking plumbing. Bathroom in poor condition.

Good location. Good staff. Bathroom needs refurbishing. Shower curtain, grout cracked and mouldy in parts
