Dear Jesse, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am very sorry to hear about your experience and the multiple issues you encountered during your stay. This is certainly not reflective of the standards we strive to uphold, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. These matters have been raised with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate attention. Guest comfort and wellbeing are of the utmost importance to us, and we deeply regret that your stay was impacted in this way. In relation to the sofa bed, I would like to clarify that the booking was made for two guests, which is why the sofa bed was not prepared in advance. However, we fully acknowledge that once requested, the bedding should have been provided promptly. I sincerely apologise that this did not occur and that there were no spare blankets or pillows available in the room. I am also very sorry to hear about your experience with our reception team and the lack of follow-through on your request. Not delivering on our commitments and making guests feel unheard is unacceptable, and your feedback will be addressed directly with the team to ensure immediate improvement in both communication and service standards. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and it will be used to improve our processes and prevent similar situations in the future.
