We requested certain bedding. When we checked in, we didn’t have this. We called reception, they said they would arrange housekeeping to fix it. This don’t happen. There was also a water dripping sound all night. Hotel does look a little run down and needs a refresh. Good location though, walked out the door and straight on light rail. Staff were friendly.

reception staff told me that they would report me to my managers at my workplace due to having too many people in the room. i genuinely didn’t know how many people stayed as i was asleep and left it up to my accompanying guest, and while i understand that occupancy is an issue and i take responsibility for that due to being the main guest, i do not see why they think it is appropriate nor professional to threaten to bring this to my place of work as if my managers care what i do in my own time. again, i completely understand that having too many people stay is an issue regardless of whether or not i’m aware, however saying ‘i used to work at XXX, if you don’t keep it minimum i’ll report you to your managers at XXX’ upon checkout is kind of ridiculous. pull out sofa was also stained brown

I complained and have had zero contact appology or any effort to resolve my complaint i will never stay here again and will actively discourage anyone who asks me from staying here

That is not the level of care or accountability we expect from our team, and I apologise that we let you down. We understand how important a good night’s sleep is, particularly when travelling for business, and it’s disappointing to hear that noise impacted your stay so significantly. While the hotel is located in the heart of busy Chinatown, this should never come at the expense of your comfort, and we should have done more to assist you at the time.
