Generally a good experience however the room I stayed in this time needed a bit of attention. Room #1406. TV smaller and remote not working, bathtub has a crack in it and assume some water is leaking out and the toilet smells of sewage quite bad and need to keep the lid on and flush regularly.

I was disappointed overall with how tired the rooms are, especially the carpets and the bathroom. Easy small improvements could be made like providing better quality towels and toiletries but the hotel needs some work. No slippers, bathrobe and the cherry on top was that my room wasn’t made! This should be disclosed up front when booking - it was not a nice surprise to come back after a day at work to find my room in the same state I left it…

Experience was OK - bedroom was comfortable, however guest experience on check-in a bit cold and dry, same on check out. My towel didn't dry at all, during the whole day, shower at 7:00am and shower again at 22:00. It stayed damp in the bathroom. I put the towel in the bedroom for the night and it was slightly dryer to use the next morning.
