Beautifully and conveniently located near the Botanical Gardens, the city and Kings Cross. The hallways and bathroom needs cosmetic maintenance to update and refresh them.

The hotel felt tired, bags are left in the lobby so feels a bit unsafe and the worst part was my room was located under the gym so the crashing and banging sounds were awful and could barely sleep. So overpriced and the rooms seem very old and tired and in need of an upgrade. Can’t believe I paid the price I did for this quality hotel.

Please allow me to explain that our room rates are dynamically priced based on market demand. As your stay fell on a high-demand date, the rate was higher than usual. That said, I completely understand how this may have felt from your perspective. As a valued Accor high-tier member, we always strive to allocate the highest possible floor available at the time of arrival. On this occasion, while Level 24 was unavailable, our team allocated a room on Level 23 in an effort to prioritise your comfort. However, I regret to hear that this resulted in a noise concern during your stay. Please rest assured that I will be discussing your feedback with the relevant department managers to review the allocation process and identify improvements for future stays. The views of the Harbour Bridge, Opera House, and CBD were worth the price alone. The room was fine and comfortable. However, I overlooked the lack of room service situation. In saying that, staff were responsive to requests for towels.

Unfortunately the shower over the bath wasn't in great shape! The shower nozzle poured out water like a water fall!! And the bath leaked the water out, from the ring around the plug hole. So there went my bath, which I wanted to enjoy, after lots of walking!!! Definitely an update needed for the shower/bath asap.
