We enjoyed our stay although brief at this hotel. Hotel rooms were nice and the buffet breakfast had plenty of options. The staff at the front desk were lovely and very welcoming and went above and beyond and the breakfast staff were also friendly and kind to our baby. The carpark and price is also a huge asset to this hotel and we would stay here again.

Well located venue, usually no issues. With that said, the level of customer service during my last trip was very poor.

I contacted your hotel via email, which I had no response. I called twice to ask for an early check in which I understand isn't always possible. I arrived 30 minutes early and was asked to wait for my room to be ready. Four sets of couples came and waited after I had already been asked to wait and had staff come over to them and we're checked in before me. I understand that the order of people's rooms can't always be in order of service but I felt that because I had made the effort to contact the hotel on three occasions and that we are Gold Accor members that maybe our room may be on their radar. I waited 45 minutes before having to go an ask again if our room was ready to which the receptionist called another staff member to ask for the room to be released. I waited another 10 minutes and was finally given our room key. The key didn't work in the elevator for my floor and I had to wait to go up to the 23rd floor due to another guest sharing the same elevator. After having to come back down to reception I spoke to the same receptionist letting her know my card didn't work. She asked if I had tapped the card on the elevator reader before selecting my floor. I responded that I knew how they worked and she then activated my key properly and it worked. The accommodation itself was of a high standard and the meals we shared were also at a high standard. The check in however was terrible. I feel the communication could have been a lot better.

We stayed 5 nights and the police were on scene twice that we saw - felt quite afraid during our stay with what occurred in the foyer. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Rooms were very spacious and perfectly comfortable. The beers were very expensive in the bar.

IT problems checking in which delayed things. Huge room with nice view over the bridge etc. windows were very dirty tho spoiling the view somewhat .
