I stayed on a business trip for 12 night had had to request house keeping to come and clean the room when it needed it. The staff told me it was every 4 days but it didn't feel like and when they did come in they did not make the bed nor polish any of the surfaces which were super dusty by the time I left.

At the same time, we sincerely apologise that the housekeeping service during your stay did not meet the standard you expected. As part of our sustainability program, our hotel provides full room servicing every third day of stay, with additional servicing available upon request. However, it is certainly disappointing to learn that when the service was provided, the room was not cleaned to the standard it should have been, including the bed not being made and surfaces not being properly attended to. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team so we can review the service delivered and ensure greater attention to detail moving forward. This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was in a great location to walk to the city and we had a fabulous view from our 6th floor room. Tours could pick up from here too.

My Patner was having surgery at the hospital across the road on arrival the beautiful receptionist let us book in early which was awesome we had travelled along way so it waa good to rest before surgery

The location is convenient and there are plenty of public transportation nearby. You can also walk to the city centre within 20 minutes. The room is spacious and clean. The view is also nice.
