Clean comfortable room . We had room on 9th floor for 3 adults. 3rd bed was single wheeled in type but room was big enough . Adequate for 3 nights we were there. 25 minutes ish walk to harbour etc.

Booking system is a scam ! No refund or changes to your booking unless you pay more money ? This system is offensive to us hard working i will think twice before staying here again

Great location, short walk to some lovely restaurants and the botanic gardens, bridge and opera house. Accomodation was comfy and had everything we needed.

Disappointing

I was very sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations and that several aspects of your room experience caused disappointment. I was particularly concerned to read your comments regarding the curtains, carpet condition, and the television light issue affecting your comfort and sleep quality. The hotel is very comfortable with large rooms, comfortable peds and pillows. There was, however, one drawback with my 'upgraded' room - at first it appeared that were was no hot water, either in the bathroom basin or shower. When I spoke to reception about it, they casually told me to turn the tap on and wait 'at least 10 minutes' for the hot water to start flowing. Obviously, this is quite an inconvenience. Every time I wanted hot water I needed to wait at least that long with water flowing until it heated up. There was no indication of this (clearly known issue) when I checked in. I feel like this should be fixed, or at least notify the guest and offer an alternative room. It's unfortunate, because all other aspects of the stay were great.
