I stayed there because it was convenient to St Vincent’s hospital. The concept is hip and the staff were lovely but the rooms are small and the airconditioning didn’t work. Weird bathroom set up as well. Plus what sort of hotel doesn’t offer room service? It should be pointed out if the three food venues don’t offer it.

Really nice experience with check in and cool looking room, the only downside was the aircon wasn’t working so the room was extremely stuffy and hot with no ability to open windows. Called reception and they were helpful but only solution was moving rooms which was a bit inconvenient at 11pm.

On the busline to lots of places. Easy walk to shops, bars, restaurants. Loved the bedroom space, green tiles, awesome shower. Helpful reception. Cool view from rooftop bar.

Accom and people were great . I decided to Eat at the hotel as i get 20% Gold Explorer discount for food and drinks and then when i went to check out i was told only 15% applies . This should have been advised when i booked as a Gold Explorer Accor member

Surprising hotel with a very cool ambience, with attentive and friendly staff. Good amenities, with a nice F & B services, restaurant, wine bar and outdoor bar.

Upon check in we were advised that breakfast was included in our stay - it wasn’t, we were handed a brown paper bag for our stay with a packet of chips and one coke and one water - felt cheap like a cheap Uber Eats delivery at a hotel charging $900 per night. The bedding was scratchy and felt cheap as well and the pillows were hard and dense. Our room was serviced once in our three night stay and no turn down service - even though on the second day we left a sign on the door to clean the room from 1pm. We arrived back at the hotel at 6 and it had not been done. Check in staff our disinterested and ill informed.

As an ALL Limitless Member i was impressed by the staff, their attention to detail and the friendly manner in which they all operated. My complimentary upgrade to the top room was most appreciated. The bathroom incredible and inclusion of the former restored staircase to the foyer was amazing.

I have stayed in 25hours a morning Europe. Hence I booked but this hotel was a disappointment. Very average hotel with minimal decor. Breakfast was nothing like in Europe. Water hadn’t be refilled everyday from downstairs.

I had an amazing stay, made especially memorable by the exceptional team and the comfort of the accommodation. From the moment we arrived, Lucie at reception gave us a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful and friendly. I asked her several questions about the city, and she provided accurate, thoughtful recommendations. Jacob was equally wonderful, assisting both me and my colleagues throughout our business trip. His helpfulness and professionalism immediately set the tone for a great experience. Angeline was also lovely, attentive and always happy to assist. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. I stayed in a corner room with an impressive amount of space, which made it especially enjoyable. Although my colleagues’ rooms were not as large, they were also very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Belen from housekeeping deserves special recognition. She was attentive to detail, thoughtful and genuinely sweet. Her care and consideration were evident throughout the stay, and she consistently maintained a very high standard. My mornings were made even better by Alicia in the breakfast area. She was knowledgeable, efficient and offered excellent recommendations based on my preferences. After my first morning, she remembered my order and asked whether I would like the same, which made my busy workday mornings much easier and saved valuable time. I was particularly impressed that she remembered the preferences of everyone in our group of ten, offering each person their usual choice while also checking whether they wanted any changes. That combination of efficiency, intelligence and genuine attentiveness is rare, and her service was outstanding. The location was also excellent, close to everything, yet far enough away from the noise to feel peaceful and relaxing. The Fitness First arrangement for guests was another fantastic benefit and made a real difference for those of us who enjoy working out while travelling. Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay. The comfort, location and facilities were excellent, but it was the warmth, professionalism and attentiveness of the employees, especially Lucie, Jacob, Angeline, Belen and Alicia, that truly stood out and made the experience exceptional.

I had a lovely experience at your hotel. It was very stylish and I loved all the little styling choices and colours. The bed was comfortable although the room aircon was a bit noisy. The amenities and products were delicious and luxurious. The rooftop restaurant was a standout. I had the best burger! One very very small criticism, as you cannot order room service and the cafe was closed around 3 pm, getting a takeaway espresso style coffee wasn’t easy. Everything overall though was stellar. Oh and a shout out to the girls at the front desk. Very helpful and friendly! Xx

Love the do not disturb book. Good fun . But . Without heing a party pooper . In a rush out the door. Or scramble to the door to put the sign out . Some times could be a real pain the arse for a quick do not disturb sign up . Half awake . Or sick . Or in a rush in the opposite or etc etc but fun keep doing it .

Hotel was in a great location for us. The hotel staff varied, lucie was great. I was annoyed that no one told me that there was a cinema in the hotel. i only found out after we checked out. Staff really need to inform guests of all the options available. The room was a bit filthy, needed a good vacuum, as there was dust bunnies all over the floor. Restaurant staff looked very unhappy, and the breakfast varied extremely from the first day to the last. this meant that we chose not to dine there for any other meal. Over all a great hotel, but i was a bit annoyed I wasn't upgraded, and didn't receive a bottle of wine like i do at all other accor hotels in australia on arrival, as a platinum member.

What I liked: Prime Location: Perfect spot in Paddington close to great cafes and shops. Top-Notch Service: Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. Ultimate Comfort: The bed was exceptionally comfortable for a great night's sleep. Good Value: reasonable amenities list and hospitality for the price. Didn't love as much: Compact Space: The rooms are not the biggest, though well-designed. Gym: Don't stay here if you want a gym on the premises.
