Lovely very new hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Close to the city

The room was really cool, very nicely appointed. The whole property felt very cool and everything was well done. Staff were fabulous!

Stayed here recently and loved it. The design is fantastic, playful but polished, and it sets the tone the moment you walk in. Check in was smooth and welcoming too. Breakfast was a real highlight, the food was great, but what made it special was Alicia. She was attentive, warm, and genuinely made our mornings feel personal. She's the heart and soul of the place. The one area that let things down slightly was the bar. The space itself is lovely, but the service felt more like students filling in shifts than trained bartenders, it lacked the polish and elegance you'd expect from a hotel at this level. Overall though, a great hotel in a great Darlinghurst location. Recommended, and a big thank you to Alicia for making our stay memorable.

This hotel is very unique and is a lovely option for Sydney. The location in Paddington is close enough to everything but it's also lovely to be out of the central business district. The rooms are funky and fun and have everything you need. We had an extremely comfortable stay and the staff were fabulous. The Palamor restaurant was delicious and we loved the roof top bar. Amazing cocktails. So much to love. Highly recommend for couples, friends and work conferences.

A fabulous experience on every level! The reception staff were exceptional so welcoming, friendly and genuinely engaging with guests. A special mention to Jacob, who was fantastic and went above and beyond his role to make our stay truly memorable. His attention and hospitality were very much appreciated. The facilities were amazing and breakfast on the rooftop was exceptional such a wonderful way to start the day. A fantastic stay from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend and would happily return!

The Florence hotel had attitude, nothing wrong with Sydney but there was no atmosphere as per Florence a little bit disappointing

I stay at a lot of luxury hotels but I don’t feel that the service and amenities justify the price at the 25Hours Hotel Sydney The Olympia. The furnishings were not high quality enough for the Giant Studio. There was also not enough towels there was only enough for one person to have a shower and wash their hair. The hairdryer was a small travel size one that would probably be used in a 3 star hotel. The minibar was underwhelming it had no snacks. It didn’t even have water (you had to go downstairs and ask for it). There was no room service as far as food is concerned so to not have any snacks, especially on Monday when the Palomar restaurant is not open is a big fail. Even though the room was pretty big it was still pretty dark with all the lights on. The lights needed a user guide, it was incredibly difficult to work out what turned what on. I had to call someone because I had no idea how the toilet light turned on. Unlike other 5 star hotels there were no slippers or bathrobes and the tote bag you could use looked very used and should have been replaced. There was no umbrella. The pictures on the website for the room looked like you were getting a cinema in your room which was not the case. The TV took a long time to turn on and would randomly switch off. There were numerous occasions I contacted reception and no one was answering the calls so I had to go downstairs only to find there was someone down there. After staying at a lot of 5 star hotels and reviewing them it would take a lot for the best room in this hotel to move from at best 3.6/5 to a 5/5 star hotel. For the price people would expect a lot more. The one saving grace is the Monica Rooftop Bar where the food, drinks and service were amazing.

I think this hotel should not be classified as a 5-star hotel. - The rooms are small. - The cleaning service is very, very poor. - The reception staff were quite rude. - It was also quite disappointing, when I checked into the hotel, that I was asked to pay the full amount for the day even though that was not in the email or in the specifications of my reservation. I did try to book on the Accor app to have access to the breakfast and now that somehow didn't work. Overall I think the hotel is very well located but the rooms are substandard. The service and the cleanliness of the place are poor.

Handy location to St Vincent Hospital

Chose this hotel to be located close to SCG and within walking distance of city sights. Loved it! The room was comfortable, clean and modern with all the little extras. Staff were so accommodating. Would 💯 recommend and stay again.

The staff, the location, the room, the bulding, the breakfast, the rooftop bar, are all great. Amazing experience here.

I stayed there because it was convenient to St Vincent’s hospital. The concept is hip and the staff were lovely but the rooms are small and the airconditioning didn’t work. Weird bathroom set up as well. Plus what sort of hotel doesn’t offer room service? It should be pointed out if the three food venues don’t offer it.

Really nice experience with check in and cool looking room, the only downside was the aircon wasn’t working so the room was extremely stuffy and hot with no ability to open windows. Called reception and they were helpful but only solution was moving rooms which was a bit inconvenient at 11pm.
