Room was upgraded but without a view. Original room had Park view, but upgraded room although bigger overlooked building and car park. Toilet roll holder off the wall and rolls left lying around in Lobby Bathroom. Staff very accommodating and we had early check in which was great.

**Regarding the hotel quality:** I want to share my opinion: this hotel does not deserve its five stars. We encountered several problems during our stay. Towels were missing, some electrical outlets did not work in both rooms, and a lot of equipment was absent. We had to call to request what was missing. The staff is friendly, but there is clearly a lack of professionalism. The services offered are really not up to standard. The rooms are aging. Several elements do not correspond to the standards of a five-star hotel. Moreover, we are in Sydney and the prices charged are significantly above average for four or five-star hotels.

We are currently reviewing the issues regarding your second-night reservation, including the application of your Silver Member rate and the use of your points. The difficulty in obtaining a paper confirmation and linking the reservation to your account should not have happened, and I apologise for the confusion caused. Regarding the overall condition of the rooms and hotel facilities, I am truly sorry that your experience did not reflect the standards we aim to provide. Missing towels, non-functional electrical outlets, and required amenities not being available are unacceptable oversights, and your comments have been shared with the relevant teams for immediate follow-up. While we appreciate that you found our staff friendly, the inconsistencies you experienced do not meet the level of professionalism we expect, and for this we sincerely apologise. We also note your feedback regarding the room condition, ageing facilities, and value for money, and these observations are extremely helpful as we work towards improving our guest experience.
