We hosted a function and our keynote speaker stayed at the Pullman Hyde Park. The event went very well. The room was well laid out, the food was delicious with great support and the AV was flawless. Our guest enjoyed her week long stay at the hotel. We would definitely like to use the hotel for events and accommodation again in the future.

The room was good. The tv wasn't working and it took to long to fix it.

I only had one need and that was to fix the tv. I had to go to reception on one occassion as no one answered the phone and then followed up with a phone call on the second occassion requesting someone come and fix the tv. I waited for about 45 mins until someone came up to fix the tv. The next morning the tv didn't work again.

An overall pleasant stay, with particular thanks to Lauren on the front desk, whom attempted to go the extra mile for a customer. Sadly her efforts weren't supported by the in house kitchen, whom couldn't play there part in having room service ready for a pre discussed time.

Booking was cancelled but Lauren on reception was able to track it down and re-book us for the night. She was so helpful and was also able to contact our travel agent to help with re-booking airfares. Please take careful note: We brought home the door key to room 1709. We have cut the card in pieces. The man who helped me with our booking with AirNz was struggling with four people at once so didn't notice only one card was returned. Our apologies. Pam

Room size is good and it is a well located hotel. Only issue is there wasn't complimentary water upon checking in. Have to asked from reception. Room is not cleaned properly. Coffee mugs and used coffee sachets were left in the room even after the clean up. Very disappointing
