Room wasn't ready at check-in time. Staff gave me a complimentary drink and took care of my bags and I was in my room in under an hour. Great customer service. Awesome location. Very lovely room.

This hotel was well positioned to where I needed to attend an event. It was across from the park which was also nice. The restaurant downstairs didn't have much to choose from for dinner and the food wasn't great for the price but overall our stay was lovely. The rooftop pool was wonderful at night with the city lights

Still have not received my electronic receipt, which I made a point of confirming my email address. It is a seemingly simple thing, but requires me to ring up to chase. I'd much prefer hard copy to be honest. In future I will ask for a physical receipt. The room was fine.
