It is always our aim to provide a welcoming environment for our guests. We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced due to the configuration of the bed in your room. Your comments regarding the gap between the mattresses and the absence of a mattress topper have been duly noted. We understand how essential a good night's sleep is for our guests, and we regret that this aspect did not meet your expectations during your stay. While we do not currently offer mattress toppers in our rooms, we are always evaluating ways to enhance our guest experiences, and your input will be considered in our future assessments. We regret that your room was not serviced after you contacted Reception and understand how frustrating this must have been. We are also sorry that our Aperitivo offering did not meet your expectations.
