Staff were so helpful. Paul in the Restaurant the kids absolutely loved! This hotel was the friendliest I’ve stayed in, in years! The food in the Restaurant was Excellent! Rate it 5 out of 5! The Steak was cooked perfectly, the flavors just melted in my mouth. My wife loved the barra and went back for another the next night! The Rooms were clean, tidy and modern. The only thing I wished they had was the kids beds in a seperate room from ours. But overall the view of the City and comfy beds and pillows were so relaxing. The rooftop pool, Sauna and Gym were used by us and the kids and had a ball. Overall 9 out of 10 Stay!!!

The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel itself is nice and is in a good location; however, I do not appreciate having woke rainbow propaganda forced on me. The corporate pandering and virtue signaling is really pathetic - Accor clearly hasn't got the memo that it's 2026, not 2018 - normal people - even if they don't say anything - are tired of this nonsense. I will consider avoiding Pullman and the Accor brand in future, despite having been an active member for some time.

Hotel is in a great location close to Oxford Street. Very picturesque opposite Hyde Park. A short walk to the middle of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was a good size, and breakfast was great.

Check in was seemingly well done but; 1. we were told the two nights was booked in ok (as we’d booked via web page and then rang for extra night) but the next day we were locked out of our card use upon return we’re told ‘no room under that name’ staff initially handled this rudely until management stepped in to resolve 2. staff didn’t explain how to use the swipe card in the lift. 3. Having discovered there was no top sheet staff arrived with a doona cover to use - resulted in an uncomfortable night sleep - this was addressed the next day and the bed remade but clearly staff didn’t know what a sheet was! 4. The FTA Tv was fragmenting and pixilated- this spoilt our evening relaxation greatly 5. Consideration needs to be given to power point placement (under the bedside cabinet was very difficult to reach) 6. The lighting was either too bright(above the bed) or not enough (over the kettle area - for safety) 7. Gym met our needs but no wipes or sanitizer to use 8. Spa needs to hand rails

We also apologise for the lack of clear communication regarding the lift access, as well as the issues you encountered with the bedding. Additionally, we are sorry to hear about the television signal, lighting concerns, and the placement of power points, as well as the lack of sanitising supplies in the gym and safety features such as handrails in the spa.
