The room was nice (bed, cleanliness), however the bathroom was filthy and very unpleasant. The floor was slimy, particularly in the shower when we first used it, with the walls also not being cleaned in a while. The tap in the bathroom was corroded; which is fine given it is quite old, but due to age, it was very hard to control and would spray water all over the counter. It seemed like the room was vacuumed and cleaned really well, but the bathroom was incredibly disappointing unfortunately and didn’t match the rest of the hotel. I’m not sure if we would return for another stay based on the state of the bathroom in our room unfortunately.

Wonderful view of Hyde Park and beyond. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room, the size of the bathroom. The refill water stations in lobby and friendly staff was great.

I stayed at the Pullman hotel in Hyde park. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, modern and well maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable (best sleeps I’ve had in awhile!). The location was perfect for attending events and exploring the area, with everything I needed close by. What stood out most was the level of service. Every interaction felt genuine and professional, and it really made the experience memorable. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend the Pullman to anyone visiting Sydney. I manage URBNSURF and we have a facility in Sydney that I sometimes attend for meetings, my cousin also plays for the Sydney swans so plenty of reasons for me to come back again soon, and the Pullman will be my first pick! Thank you to the team for such a great stay.

Our stay was mostly pleasant, but we were really disappointed, having booked a Hyde Park View room, when we found the windows were so dirty that we could hardly see out of them. I did complain at the front desk, and they seemed genuinely horrified. Hopefully, they fixed it before the next occupants arrived.

Excellent location, the views from the room were amazing on either side we booked 2 rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable with pillow menu. The in-room coffee/tea could use a refresh with offerings new tea products maybe a snack offering. We had dinner at the hotel Bistro Thirty 6 the food was delicious high quality chef standard and our waiter was delightful so attentive and friendly. Check-in and Check-out was great staff was authentically friendly with exceptional service.
