We paid $500 for a junior suite, this was our first night away with our 5 month old baby so we decided to spend more then our budget as a treat and so we could have a balcony/lounge room when we put our baby to bed. As soon as we walked in we were extremely disappointed. The room was equivalent to a drive in motel room. Decor was old and outdated, the lounge was so small two of us could hardly sit on it, the balcony was grimy with not even one chair, the fridge was leaking, two TV’s hung crooked, neither was a smart TV. We asked for a cot multiple times, finally it came with no mattress so multiple folded up sheets were thrown in by the staff member to compensate, which meant we couldn’t use the cot in case our baby pulled a sheet onto himself. Don’t be fooled by the fancy reception, this place needs to adjust their prices or do some renovations. Would never recommend to anyone, only play was that the bed was comfy and big enough for the 3 of us.

Whilst a good and centrally located hotel, the venue is starting to age. The baths in the bathrooms are also not fun. Understand the elevators were being replaced but this casued sometimes some ridiculous wait times in hallways that were not air-conditioned on hot days.
