The drain did not work well in shower, the toilet did not flush well. The counter in the bathroom was really small. I do want you to know that the staff was extremely wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay overall at room 1414. The room air con wasn't very strong and the room would reach 27 degrees in the afternoon, particularly felt with an infant in the room taking naps. We also could hear the tap running from the room above us when they would take a shower or use the tap. While no fault of the hotel but would have liked to use the pool more during our stay but it was always packed early on each day. We used room service and that was prompt and food was warm. Used the bar for welcome drinks.

We sincerely apologise for the difficulties you experienced with your booking and points redemption. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive conflicting information regarding the use of points, leading to the cancellation and rebooking of your reservation. We regret the inconvenience caused by the multiple calls required, the charging concerns during rebooking, and the fact that the booking did not appear correctly in the app, resulting in manual points not being deducted as expected. This is certainly not the seamless experience we strive to provide. Please also accept our apologies for the housekeeping oversight regarding the missing towel during your stay. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams, as it highlights areas where clearer communication and improved processes are needed. We booked for 4 guests but there were only three towels. Phone in room didn’t work, I tried to call reception on my personal phone but no one answered and I tried for 30 minutes. We were in the 12 th floor and every day we could not use the lifts between 9:30 am and 10:30 am as they were full every time with people checking out as a guess (poorly designed hotel with inadequate lift size). One teaspoon with no other cutlery. Cups in the room were tiny, inadequate for pouring a drink more than a mouthful. Fridge was exceptionally small. No smart TV. Disappointed in general for a 5 star hotel.
