Room is too noisy with the machine sounds, check in took a really looong time eventho I am an Accor member. House keeping really took a long time to help out needs (we just need cotton pads to remove make up), also we had to made the second call to make sure our needs could and will be delivered. We also can't pay our room with cash.

No bus or transit to Chinatown. We couldn’t walk uphill but rideshare worked

While the hotel has potential, the service fell short during our stay. We noticed towels were missing on day one, and despite explicitly asking the front desk to have our room cleaned before we went out on our last day, we returned in the evening to find housekeeping had been completely skipped. Since it was late, we just made do with the previous night's towels and utensils, which was highly disappointing. Better communication and consistency are needed to justify the rates here.
