Dear Ms. F., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your recent stay at Pullman Sydney Hyde Park. We are pleased to hear that you found the rooms comfortable, enjoyed the great views, and made good use of our gym and pool facilities. It is also lovely to know that you appreciated the chocolate welcome gift as an ALL – Accor Gold member, as well as the Accor Plus initiative encouraging towel reuse. We sincerely apologise for the difficulties you experienced with your booking and points redemption. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive conflicting information regarding the use of points, leading to the cancellation and rebooking of your reservation. We regret the inconvenience caused by the multiple calls required, the charging concerns during rebooking, and the fact that the booking did not appear correctly in the app, resulting in manual points not being deducted as expected. This is certainly not the seamless experience we strive to provide. Please also accept our apologies for the housekeeping oversight regarding the missing towel during your stay. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams, as it highlights areas where clearer communication and improved processes are needed. Dear Mr. A., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at Pullman Sydney Hyde Park. We are sincerely sorry that your experience did not meet expectations. Please accept our apologies for the room not being fully prepared for four guests, the limited in-room amenities, and the issues with the in-room phone and contacting reception. We also regret the frustration caused by lift delays during peak periods, which were impacted by maintenance and upgrade works. While our team assisted where possible, we acknowledge that communication at check-in could have been clearer. We are also concerned to hear about the confusion regarding your booking details and the lack of explanation or recognition of membership benefits. This feedback has been shared with the relevant teams for improvement. Regarding your comments about the television, we would like to advise that Smart TVs are part of an upcoming project to enhance our facilities and will be implemented soon.
