Very poor lift service. Only one lift working on last day of our stay. 20 minutes to get luggage to ground floor. Stressful when running out of time to get to airport. Other days, only two lifts working.

The staff are excellent I can not fault them. Reception on Sunday 9th feb in morning was brilliant. Downside was no hot water on Sunday morning up till 11am. The detail things were noticeable showing a hotel needing maintenance. Our room 1716 had stains and cigarette burn hole on couch. The walls and kick boards around the lift areas where badly damaged and needed painting and making more presentable. The window near the lifts had window seals damaged and could see through daylight between joined glass with missing grout which looked dangerous. But the staff experience was wonderful and bar staff on sat 8th feb great conversation and welcoming . Suggest though better maintenance on the hotel is done to compliment the great staff experience. Good and breakfast room service fantastic also.

Room was comfortable - pillows were great. Maybe a little tired and could do with a 'tidy up'. Water marks down the wall in the corridor. Luke warm water in the shower in the evening and morning of my 1 night stay :( No internet connection - could access the network but no internet available :(

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We stayed for our anniversary and the staff left a lovely bottle of champagne and sweets in our room. It made it feel extra special. We loved the rooftop pool.

Generally good but air conditioning not working on arrival and struggled to make an adequate difference on a warm day. Even following maintenance help stil not working efficiently

Receptionist was lovely and extremely helpful. I arrived in the room and needed a tissues - noticed there was no box of tissues. There always used to be tissues, so not sure if there's been a change and no tissues are provided anymore, or housekeeping just forgot to put them in there, but I had to call up and ask for some. The pillow menu is lovely.

Average. Dated decor etc. Clean however not enough tea bags so had to request more for 2nd day. Socket in bathroom not working properly and thought it was hairdryer. Waited over half an hour for replacement. Breakfast ok - slow queue to get taken to table, long wait for hot drinks and slow toasters!

Apart from only 1 staff on at 6 30pmwhile 3 couples were checking in at the same time to wich we were the 3rd couple and had to wait 10mins at least,this set the wrong tone right off the bat,only other complaint was how dirty the windows were but was understandable with the dust storms etc
