Obviously the location is what draws people to this hotel. The decor and interiors are really dated now and the hotel has the ability to be something great if it was given attention. The welcome drink was a bit redundant (bar only open Saturday night, but we arrived Friday), and even then it was a choice of 2 awful house wines. We also had 2 rooms but only one was eligible for the free drink, but afterwards I learnt if we were staying in the same room we could have claimed both drinks together under the one room. However the unwelcoming bar attendant didn’t seem interested in anything, not to mention helping inform guests of options. All up it was fine, reception staff were helpful and kind, but I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

However, we sincerely regret that several aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. We acknowledge your comments regarding the décor and overall presentation of the hotel. While we continuously work to maintain our facilities, your feedback highlights the importance of ongoing improvements to ensure our product aligns with the Pullman brand experience. Regarding the complimentary welcome drink, this benefit is offered in accordance with ALL – Accor Live Limitless program guidelines to ensure a consistent standard for our members across all Accor hotels. We regret that the offering did not meet your expectations and apologise for any confusion surrounding eligibility between your rooms. Please note that our bar operates from Tuesday to Saturday, and Bistro 36 is open seven days a week, offering both beverages and meals for guests’ convenience. We are also sorry to learn about your experience at the bar and the lack of engagement you encountered. This does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments will be addressed with our Food & Beverage leadership team. Additionally, we apologise for the inconvenience caused by the lift outage, the disruption to your room access despite a confirmed late check-out, and the lack of clarity around online and in-person check-in options. We understand how these issues collectively impacted the overall ease and enjoyment of your stay. Your feedback regarding loyalty recognition is taken very seriously. Our ALL – Gold and Accor Explorer members should feel valued and supported, and we regret that this was not your experience. These comments have been shared with senior management for review and improvement. Thank you once again for your candid feedback. Staff were extremely kind and ready to help. Room was large and the bed very comfortable. Room service menu was excellent. Recommend staying at the Pullman Hyde Park.

Overall good service, especiually from Paul in the reteraunt... no recognition of being a Diamond on check in... half bottle of wine...not even a bottle any more...and the wrong colour... whats the point of getting us to fiull in our preferences if its ignored!!! had to ring down fgor amenities... water.... nothing else... i remember when this hotel provided fruit, choclates etc... times must be tight...

As a valued ALL – Diamond member, you should have felt recognised and appreciated from the moment you arrived, and we regret that this was not reflected at check-in or through the welcome amenities provided. We also apologise that your stated preferences were not honoured. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when time has been taken to share these details with us. Your comments regarding the reduced and incorrect welcome amenity, the need to call for basic amenities, and the changes you’ve noticed compared to previous stays are all noted and will be reviewed carefully with our leadership team. Additionally, we regret the experience at the bar. Serving a Grand Marnier in a tea cup is clearly not acceptable and does not align with our service standards. This will be addressed directly with our food and beverage team to reinforce appropriate training and presentation. Thank you again for your candid feedback.
