Great location, large rooms however, increased maintenance and care is needed to reflect your brand. Front office staff fantastic but … Neither room phones were connected, once they were connected only 1 phone operated. There were 3 persons booked for our stay, only 2 glasses, 2 tea cups provided. Reception was phoned twice and asked to bring another set of the above, finally delivered. When using the room iron we were very fortunate not to use the steam function for my white shirt as when this was selected brown water and “gunk” steamed out. This would have been disastrous if I had been ironing my white shirt at that stage. Just not good enough for a Pullman guys!
