Loved our stay the accommodation and our room was well appointed, clean and welcoming. With the options of food and beverages morning, throughout the day into the evening was amazing with staff only to happy to help us. IT IS TRUELY A UNIQUE PLACE.

Bed sheets/quilt covers need more attention in cleaning. Bathroom, had no tissues, box was empty on arrival. Further more , I needed to book and extra day, and they charged me over $309.27 for 1ngt. That is a massive rip off. Was told well, due to Cold Play concert, they boost rates up. Well I was already booked in, they had the nerve to charge me $300plus, for what. Star is cheaper . I have a family home , but chose to stay here, just to relax, after a family loss. U people need to reassess your rates . If I was booking on that day, fair enough, I understand, but I was already booked in for 4nights. Anyways. It’s sad , how things/people have become.
