Bed fine, inadequate room lighting (no ceiling lights), only one rail in bathroom for two bath towels, hand towel and bath mat, no grab rails in shower recess, unattractive dining room for a 4-star hotel. I never did discover how to use the TV, I never found out how to bypass the page that opens when the TV is switched on; and I am not a dumb user of TVs, computers, etc. Simple hard-copy instructions in the room would solve the problem.

The hotel has been battling getting more than one lift operating for a few weeks. This was solved late in my stay this week but it did detract from the experience.
