The hotel is adjacent to Bankstown Sports Club, therefore will require your valid Government issued ID, such as driver's license or passport, when checking in, as per "NSW Club Legislation". From 19th - 21st May, the Club will be doing foyer upgrades and access changes to the hotel lobby are in place. Signage will direct you to the hotel check in area.

My whole stay from check in to check out was wonderful. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean and well maintained. The whole complex was great. This was my first time over on business and the hotel is situated close to where I needed to be, that’s why I chose it. I will be over regularly and wasn’t sure about the quality of hotels in the area. After my first experience there I will continue to stay at your hotel, I don’t see the need to look anywhere else.
