Work related stay. Towels are very old and holy. House maids made my bed over a pillow in the middle of the bed under to cover two days in a row.

I particularly looked for a hotel in the Bankstown area, and this is probably the best in this location. Nice hotel with various international themed restaurants. The room is clean, but the only thing I didn't like is the bathroom, it feels more like a hospital bathroom and nothing of the hotel feel bathroom. Also the fire alarm went off at 3am which was an unpleasant experience. Overall I'll still recommend this hotel if your priority is 1 that is located in Bankstown.

had dilemma with family rooms, first wasn't guaranteed interconnecting rooms, had to book a family room for just 2 adults 1 teen. discovered both rooms had a sofa bed in them. was very badly handled, we booked for 4 groups, so paid a lot, having to have 2 family rooms ridiculous. very hard to understand the staff language. told max people in rooms is 3. even though the 2 small kids would have slept in sofa bed if allowed. have stayed many many time this time not so good

Clean tidy quiet except for the 3:30 am fire alarm. Do find the temperature controller touchpads you use hard to get to sense and adjust

Room was great. Bed and pillows were comfy, shower pressure was surprisingly decent for hotel water pressure. Room was spacious. Free parking was also greatly appreciated. Tv randomly turned and scared the bejesus out of me 😂

Have stayed here over a dozen times, had always been good but something different this trip. Staff are great to interact with, clean rooms, location ideal, restaurant options hard to beat, but some letdowns this trip. We got one of those two-single-beds-pulled-together thingos... nasty awful sleep!.. we kept falling into the gap in the night, trapping us, waking us up.. this bed set-up shouldn't be used unless with a good thick topper. We discovered in the morning the hotel has recently stopped providing coffee pods!... a pity... but the coffee machine was still in the room to tease us. And a minor issue.. one afternoon found the replacement towels not put away... if mistake, then that's ok, but if not, then 3-star standard.

Rooms that are close to the lift are noisy and cleanliness can be improved
