However, we understand your concerns regarding family-friendliness and the restrictions for guests under 18. It is true that the casino environment may not suit every guest's needs, and we acknowledge that this can limit access for families. Regarding the Accor Loyalty Program, we value our loyal members and take your feedback seriously. While check-out times are set at 11 AM, we continually review our offerings and appreciate your insights. Additionally, we apologise for the absence of welcome drinks during your stay and the condition of the rooms on the 6th floor.
