We sincerely apologise that the room was not cleaned to our usual standard, particularly with clothing left in the top of the cupboard. This should certainly have been identified and removed prior to your arrival, and we will follow this up with our housekeeping team. Regarding the bin liner, as part of our ongoing sustainability initiatives, we have removed bin liners from guest rooms. We appreciate, however, that this may be unexpected and inconvenient. Small but neat room and greatly located within the sports centre. You could spend a whole weekend in the same centre. So much to do and the room is comfortable and has a microwave if you wanted to heat up a meal.

Room was a little dated though clean. The restaurant options were great and resonibly priced. We did not need to step outside for anything. We were there for a business function where 2 evenings were within the complex. Drop off and pick ups were easy and convenient.

First gave me a room that had a bed which had a missing leg. Hotels not quiet very busy very noisy. The fridge in the first room was making a loud sound. The eventually changed me over to another room which again was extremely noisy from the outside a lot of people running up and down.
