I'm pleased to hear that you enjoyed the accommodation and were able to make the most of what Bankstown Sports Club has to offer. I do apologise for the issue with your room configuration. Unfortunately, a technical glitch on some third-party booking platforms can result in incorrect bedding information being displayed. We are actively working with those providers to resolve this. I also understand your frustration with the check-in process. As our entrance is located within a registered NSW Club, all guests aged 18 and over are required to sign in upon arrival.
