The fridge in our room was so loud we ended up having to disconnect it at 3am because we couldn’t stand the loud hum any longer.

Dear Melanie, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about the noise from the fridge and the service you experienced at reception. This is not the standard we aim to deliver, and your comments have been shared with the team. We are also following up on the maintenance issue. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to provide you with a better experience in the future. Kind Regards, James Front Office Manager

Had to take up my own bags so I was pushing the trolley with all our luggage on it The opened my room with the key card reception gave me only to find that the room was still being used by another guest their bags were in the room still The it Was a hassle to try to call someone for help I was then given another room and honestly staff didnt really take me walking into someone else’s room too seriously then I started thinking what if someone walks into my room by accident thinking it’s their room because of the reception mistake Then on the second morning, we get woken up at 8 AM by a fire alarm drill. No announcements were made and as you can imagine our children panicked and got scared we had to call reception to find out what was happening and they said to us they don’t know they are investigating the cause of the alarm from our window, we could see the lifts because they are clear and we can see who’s going in and out. We then saw fire brigade, people coming out of the lifts onto our level. We open the hotel room door and my husband had a conversation with them asking what is happening. They were quick to respond unlike the actual staff members at the hotel they said one of the cleaners accidentally bumped the fire alarm button on the wall, and that was the cause of the drill that went off there was no announcement from the hotel, saying what was happening and for everyone to calm. Minutes went past then, and announcement came on saying that they have found the cause of the alarm and everything has been taken care of and apologies for the inconvenience. Basically, that was it. But to be honest the guests on the floor didn’t take it serious enough because we had seen them leaving the floor going down to the lifts to the lobby like nothing was happening then check out came and at call someone to bring up a trolley for me so I can put my baggage on there. They brought it up and left it for me and went back downstairs so again I had to take my luggage downstairs I have traveled all over the world, and by far this hotel in my own country has been the worst by far not because of the name not because of the location, not because of what the hotel itself has restaurants cafés, but the customer service was absolutely horrible and I will not be staying there again.

Hotel didn't do breakfast so had to use a location in the onsite Bankstown Sports hotel - as i am not a member and can't become one as you must have an Australian address, it cost me $25 for the worst breakfast ever, unable to use the 'members' discount around the facility meant it cost me a fortune over the 3 weeks i stayed there - Never again
