We are delighted to hear you enjoyed the convenience of our location within Bankstown Sports, the dining options, the smooth check-in and check-out process, and the friendly service from our front desk team. It is also wonderful to know you found the breakfast buffet enjoyable. At the same time, we sincerely apologise for the condition of the bathroom during your stay. The issues you described regarding the musty-smelling towels, odour from the shower water, mould in the shower area, and the empty body soap dispenser are extremely concerning and certainly not reflective of the standards we aim to maintain. We are especially disappointed to hear that your guests in other rooms experienced similar concerns. Please be assured that your feedback has been escalated to our housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams for immediate investigation and corrective action. We are also currently addressing the elevator performance issues you experienced, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused during your stay. Dear Amy, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the significant inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We understand how frustrating the ongoing lift issues would have been, particularly over a busy weekend and during an event period. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by both the lift outage and the broken travelator, which clearly impacted accessibility and wait times throughout your stay. We also regret the disturbance caused by noise from neighbouring rooms and appreciate how disruptive the prolonged phone alarm would have been, especially during the early hours of the morning. In addition, we apologise that the housekeeping service did not meet expectations. The room presentation and servicing standards you described are not reflective of the level of service we aim to provide.
