I had my wedding ceremony on 13/03/2020 and tea station and fruit platter to be served to my guest , after the ceremony my guest wanted to have some drink and fruits , but the terrible staff stop my guest and told them no more to served , which is still have lots left over ! The lemon tea charges me $250 for just a jug ? which is rip off ! The event coordinator was professional,never reply email , even i called her ,she said she will email me back , but never get back to me ! I have to call her all the time to follow up the event !

As an accor plus membership it's such a shame that I've been told that I need to always let the people know that I am an accor plus membership. Aren't you know base on the room that we've been booked in? We have paid 50% breakfast as accor plus benefit.. but we paid a full price for dinner.. and the waiter that served as just said "oh it because you didn't tell us that you are accor plus member, and I can't help you, we are to busy to do it.. such a horrible response..

BEEN COMING SINCE DEBUT OPENING FOR APG HORSE SALES ALL TERRIFIC EXCEPT FOOD SERVICE ON SUNDAY NITE OF SALE IS SHOCKING WE WAITED FOR 1.5 HRS TO EAT OUR MAIN MEAL WHICH WE BOOKED A TABLE THE PREVIOUS NITE .AS SALES ARE ANNUAL EVENT THEY SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THERE WILL BE BUYERS AND VENDORS(CELEBRATING) DRINKS AND MEAL.......SO THEY DEFINITELY NEED MORE STAFF ON THAT DAY/NITE IN PARTICULAR THE ONE LITTLE COFFEE/SNACKS /AREA THERE IS ONLY ONE OF NOT SURE WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THAT ATTEND LARGE FUNCTIONS THINK......BUT THERE IS ALOT OF PEOPLE COMPLAINING.

The ideal hotel for my recent visit to Sydney. The location was perfect for my purposes, adjoining Warwick Farm Racecourse as it does. My room was modern, spacious and comfortable; the food and service in both the cafe and restaurant of the highest quality, while the food was very reasonably priced. Views from the rooftop pool and bar area, and my room, were fantastic. The room rate was surprisingly low given the standard of accommodation. My highest praise goes to the staff - those in reservations, front desk, cafe, restaurant, bar and housekeeping were all attentive, most helpful, and ever friendly and courteous. I have never encountered such outstandingly professional, warm and friendly service in a hotel of this standard; quite remarkable really. Having discovered the William Inglis, Warwick Farm, I would not stay anywhere else when visiting Sydney.

Love the location, staff are friendly and great, overall rooms and presentation is great however as an M gallery expect more from dining options especially in room service menu that is very very basic. I ordered burger on last stay and bun was dry and stale. Would hope for better options. Also digital TV in rooms freezers up, channel 10 the worst. This also happened on last trip and mentioned to front desk. Thanks and see you again soon.
