While we had already upgraded to a suite, we received a further upgrade to the Black Caviar Suite. The room was spectacular on the top floor with views in all directions. Service was impeccable and staff interaction at every level was friendly and engaged. Room service took a little while to get to us but the food was great and fresh. 9.9/10.
