On this stay we had my father in-law (Bob) with us. Bob has just had his left leg removed. We required an accessible room. The William Inglis staff were a huge help offering to take our overnight bags to our rooms! The reception lady’s changed our rooms so we could have a connecting room because I forgot to inform the booking staff we required an accessible room. We had dinner in the William Inglis restaurant the table was set up ready for us to wheel Bob close to the table. There is plenty of space to move Bob in and out of the restaurant. Thanks again everyone at the The William Inglis.

Clean, efficient hotel on beatifully manicured gardens. Only issue we had is that the fridge in the room is very ineffective and cuts in and out with a weird buzzing noise during the night.

This modern hotel is ideally located adjacent to Warwick Farm Racecourse- where we were attending the races. All staff we encountered were extremely helpful & courteous. The hotel itself is very modern & comfortable, whilst the Newmarket Restaurant served a delicious menu in a very relaxed & intimate atmosphere!

WE enjoyed both an upgraded room and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate my wife's birthday. The room was comfortable and the service was excellent. The steak in the restaurant was also very good.

We had a beautiful stay, we booked for our Anniversary and were given the loveliest room and welcome gift which made everything all the more special, The suite was designed so well will all the little details like good bathroom lighting, full length mirror, make up mirror, coffee machine and luxurious bath tub, the bed was like a cloud and the view over the stables was beautiful as well! Staff at reception were lovely and always warmly greeted us when arriving back or leaving! My husband and I didn't want to go home! Only feedback I will give is, (not that it bothered us) the mini bar fridge wasn't cold (we were in room 729) and there were no towels left in the pool area, we went down to reception to ask who informed that they were in the pool area bathrooms upon checking, they had all be used, we used a towel from our room and then later asked for some more bath towels which was no issue, a more regular check of the pool area wouldn't hurt as there were a lot of empty drink glasses on furniture that hadn't been cleared for a while. Overall those little things didn't affect our stay however I think it's important to mention as it may affect other guest's stays.

booked an overnight stay for a business meeting enroute to a family event, so had two rooms both of which were well set-up, one very spacious. arrived 11.30pm which wasn't a problem and was able to get slightly late checkout with no drama. The pool is fabulous. Unfortunately the gym was closed due to Covid but that's not the hotels fault. Second visit to this hotel and wasn't disappointed. Nice room service breakfast and cafe good too.

Disappointing

Due to Covid our trip to Fiji for our anniversary was cancelled so decided to just have a night local that we have not been to before. I am an Accor Platinum member and asked for early check in (only 1 hour) and arrived to find room not ready, okay we will wait in the cafe and have a light lunch only to find the cafe closed so head to the restaurant to find their lunch and dinner menu exactly the same so asked the staff if there was something lighter and told we could order from room service menu but no discount. Meal was bland and overpriced for what was delivered. Reception was going to call us when the room was ready but had to go to them over an hour later and finally got to our room which had been upgraded to find cleaning staff still there but left shortly after. Room was very nice and clean, large with a great view of the racecourse and comfortable. I had booked the restaurant for dinner weeks ago after checking the menu on-line and it looked good, that is when things went downhill. We both ordered BBQ prawns for entree and received TWO prawns on a plate with the head of the prawn bigger than the body and trying to get the meat out of the tail was near impossible, would be fine if you liked eating prawn shell. Main course eye fillet steak and lamb rack both ordered medium and both usually tender cuts of meat, eye fillet arrived well done and the bernaise sauce looked and tasted nothing like it and meat was difficult to cut even with a steak knife. Lamb rack was rare and tough, neither meal came with potato so had ordered a side of ships which were oily and just warm. Could not eat meal and was not charged for it. We then left and got Hungry Jacks which was a big improvement. Will try the restaurant again when thing get a bit more normal, maybe in six months. Breakfast was fair. A good hotel let down by it's kitchen.

The room and hotel are really good. The room service is great. Free abdundant parking was absolute key for us. The toiletries were great. Staff was mostly friendly. Coffee was delicious. One of the best ACs we've experienced. A few things which could be better: - the door-less washroom takes a bit getting used - the translucent doors of shower and toilet were very uncomfortable - the towels and bath robes were not all replaced as part of room service - didnt get cutlery for dinner - pool could be bigger for such a large hotel
