We had a wonderful stay at Ibis Budget Casula Liverpool.The check in and check out process was smooth and the staff - manager ( Sherelyn) was incredibly welcoming and professional. She made sure that everything was ok 🙂.The room was clean, comfortable and equipped with the necessary amenities needed.Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning with variety of options. From the time of phone booking with staff Angel who was friendly and helpful to check in and check out with the wonderful manager Sherelyn who goes above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and affordable. Overall , I rate the experience a solid 10/10 and would definitely return.

The only place where my Daughter & I stay when visiting family in the area. Staff go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. There’s been many a times when we have had to extend our stay due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff have always been accommodating. Miss Sher is absolutely beautiful, always a smile on her face and very understanding with the needs of guests. I cannot recommend Ibis Casula enough.

I was surprised that we now have to pay for parking . The car park was basically empty but still required to pay for parking. I go to Sydney for Canberra almost once per month and I usually found Ibis reasonable and good value but with $10 for parking while you are staying in their hotel is not worth it. So at the end of the day , with the additional cost of parking would give me an another option with a higher star rating .
