I understand this is a budget accommodation. But not being able to provide guest with a remote to be able to watch TV is ridiculous. A trip to Reception resulted in being given a remote for a completely different brand TV which was useless. Another trip back to reception and I was told it's not her problem and that all she can do is tell the manager to order more remotes. Later I tried using the Air conditioner, remote to the air conditioner doesn't work. Remote provided was for a different brand air conditioner. So no TV and no Air conditioning, next time will spend a few extra dollars for a not so budget accommodation.

We stayed on Saturday, 14th March in a standard room with 1 queen bed and 1 single. My daughter stayed in the single bed, and there was only a sheet so we had to use towels as a blanket to keep her warm. The mattress on this bed was shorter than the length of the bed, fortunately, she was short enough to sleep on it. The room was really noisy with the sound of the fridge and running water from the rooms above that didnt stop throughout the night. The bathrooms were not very clean. There were marks all over the walls. I had a shower and while i was able to use it, if i was taller (im about 165cm) it would have been very hard due to the height of the shower head. we would not be looking to stay there again
