Great location and price for basic overnight accomodation. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and receptive to comments. Unfortunately my rooms facilities were not clean as there was an unusual white fuid in the jug which mad it unusable and the bathroom was not clean, with residue on the toilet, basin and shelf. i identified all these concerns with staff.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a work trip. The staff were lovely and accomodating. Gave me recommendations of food nearby as I was not from the area. Hotels were tidy and the price was good. Would definitely stay here again for my next work trip.

This hotel was absolutely revolting. I booked as a previous gold member thinking that being a member of Accor the Ibis Budget would be basic, but clean and comfortable. However I was very wrong. It was not clean st all, and not comfortable… I was actually scared for my own safety staying here. A man before me was checking in with a ‘lady of the night’ and asked if I could join them… I was a solo female traveller and I had to ask for a friend to come and get me to my room as I was genuinely scared. People were smoking weed in their hotel rooms, and all night the slamming doors woke me up constantly. I probably had around 3 hours sleep. There was a party happening on my corridor and someone came out of their room to be sick as I was walking to mom A siren sounded that I thought was a fire alarm and still not sure what happened but apparently it was ‘all fine’. The room was disgusting, I didnt want my personal items to touch the bathroom as it was so filthy. The bed sheets had stains on them. My chair had blood all over the back. There were people sleeping in their cars outside which was scary. I’m a fan of Accor as I feel you always get a certain level of quality (I didn’t expect luxury at all for this but clean and comfortable would have been sufficient!). I was scared for my own safety the whole time. The window blind had to be secured down with an elastic band. The window didn’t properly lock. The aircon had gaps around it and was louder than a printing press. I am horrified and shocked that booking through as an Accor member meant that the standards would be so low. Truly disgusting.

Stayed here for a friend’s birthday nearby. Ok hotel, great price, clean rooms. Next door to Mcdonalds. Friendly reception. Far from train station. A couple of minutes drive to Casula mall. Rooms small but tidy. We didnt had breakfast, maybe next time will try.
