Cannot thank 1 lady at reception enough 🙏 I had a medical episode with my heart, I'd forgotten to bring my medication 😢 I felt off n started getting severe chest pains so I went n sat in my car as I was too embarrassed to call ambulance, I'd let my mother know wat was happening she hung up called reception told them wer I was sitting n wat was happening, this beautiful young lady come out, called ambulance n stayed until they arrived. I was extremely embarrassed n in extreme pain 😞 I can't thank her enough I'll mk it my mission to come back soon with a small gift 4 her to shoe my appreciation as I didn't get the chance todo so whist there 🙏😊 will highly recommend ibis casula to friends and family for this reason 🙏😊 beautiful staff clean friendly place we will return soon 😊🙏
