There was no seating in the room except for the bed, the air-conditioner remote control did not work, you could not change the temperature from 26c on the air-conditioner, there was no waste bin in the room but was on 2nd day when I mentioned it to the staff. The breakfast, toasted ham and cheese sandwich was in-edible, I was informed that it was frozen, then microwaved then toasted. I have stayed at this motel previously without any issues, this time was different..

I stayed 2 nights and I found Ibus Casula to be excellent for my needs. The room was a little small , but very clean and close to where I had to go for work in the area. The price for the room per night was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

The stay was good the room could do with a up grade. bathroom tiles could have been cleaner, walls in bathroom could do with a coat of painting. The chair in main room need changing as it was Brocken. Other than that the stay was good.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of on-site parking. I only have 3 complaints which are 1. the remote for the A/C did not work and i had to adjust the unit manually by getting on a chair. As this and the TV remote were issued by the reception staff at check-in, it may have been I was given the wrong remote. 2. a large number of free to air channels on the tv were not working and there is no pay tv options. 3. there was no hot water in the hand basin in the bathroom. The shower was fine.

Our first room, black mould and water left in kettle, sat on the bed and the bed folded over separating the two beds, got off and found the bed had no wheels on the edge. Got given another room, the beds had no wheels and so low to the ground. With my back we could not sit on it. The Rooms smelt disgusting, could smell cigarette smell throughout the hotel the so called breakfast was disgusting.

Paid for breakfast and the facility was closed told it would be a king bed and it was two single beds pushed together and it was so noisy and other guest had no respect for noise late into the night

I have already followed up the issue with our Front office team to prevent future occurrence of any such issues.It would be highly appreciated if you can please send me your credit card details and I will refund you AUD 14 paid for the breakfast. The room was full of dust, dirty and had a bad odour I paid for two nights but didn’t come back to stay the second night I lost my money but could stay there another night

The bathroom is in need of an update. There is build up of mould on the tiles, the shelf has poorly been relocated and the vent in the bathroom was beyond filthy. Not to mention the bathroom floods when the shower is used. Our bar fridge had three feet instead of four and the airconditioner vents were filthy. the bed was a fantastic size but one side is comfy the other side was rock hard like sleeping on the floor.
