Our experience was definitely good with the facility, cleanliness and user friendly systems used. If I can add...We checked in at 6am Saturday and were out by 8.45am Saturday. We were attending a religious festival near by. The price we paid , we felt was too much. Eventhough Ibis has standardised things, special cases such as ours should be considered when there is availability and should be charged accordingly.

It was OK and suited our needs but I wouldn't choose to stay there again, sorry. Having said that, the gentleman who took my booking agreed to split a KS bed for my mate and I.

We have had prior good experience, however on this occasion we were disappointed with how the facility has deteriorated and the front desk attitude on arrival was poor. It is obvious that the facility is under new management and there appears to be Cost cutting involved in which site maintenance is a low priority and the customer cash grab is top of the list. The cleanliness of the room was poor and the lock on the bathroom broken which would not allow the user privacy unless we stacked one of bags against it, we also noticed several handles to entry doors on several rooms damaged, our air conditioner would not turn on manually and when we enquired we were then given a remote to operate it, this appeared to be a negative task for the reception person, we have photos to support these observations. We mostly book into your facility when we visit Sydney but from this point on we will no longer be staying here.

A much needed rest. Easy to find on the main road.

Nice motel, nice staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Only the breakfast was substandard. 2 reasons. It was advertised as 'barista coffee'. It wasn't. It was just an automatic espresso machine. Secondly, the apple juice had turned. I noticed a slight fizz when drinking it, though dismissed concern as I thought it must have been a sparking. 30 minutes later I had diarrhoea, which passed after 24 hours. Quite inconvenient as I was driving 3 hours to attend a job interview in Canberra. A very uncomfortable day indeed.

Easy check in and out ,room was clean only problem when I opened the window the frame was broken and fell out , should be fixed before someone gets injured.

Entrance door was broken, needed to ensure it closed properly. No pillows or towels were in the room, no remote for tv or air conditioner, no window covering and I was on the ground floor! The bathroom also had no shower curtain and overall cleanliness as somewhat questionable

I know it’s a budget hotel, but I didn’t realise it would be SO budget. The reception area looked terrible, the building is dark, my ground floor room had a window onto the car park - and there was no sheer blind so people could see straight into my room so I had to have the blind down the whole time. And I arrived an hour early to check in expecting to sit and wait in a nice reception area - but reception is closed from 10am to 12noon! I’ve never heard of that before. So I had to walk down the street and wait in McDonalds. Look, I know all I paid for was a budget experience, but I will definitely never stay there again. I’d prefer to pay an extra $20-30 dollars to actually stay somewhere half decent.
