I’ve stayed here over the span of 15 years, it’s getting worse. I only book for close proximity to M5 and convenience but will no longer stay here. Reception no matter who has been there in my 15 years of patronage is well below par. It’s disgusting along with the smell, poor air con as I was sweating bullets with air con on. No body wash that seems to pump and again the reception and owners just don’t gaf!

The room had a noticeable mouldy odor, and the bathroom fan could not be turned off. The hallway was extremely unclean, with used towels from other guests scattered on the floor. Breakfast amenities were lacking, as yoghurt was listed but not available, and the pancake machine was out of order.
