This has been one of the worst hospitality experiences I have encountered. I provided a valid medical certificate confirming I was medically unfit to travel before the check-in date. Despite clear documentation and reasonable notice, the hotel refused to cancel, refund, or even reschedule the booking. There was absolutely no flexibility, no empathy, and no effort to find a fair solution. For a recognised brand under Accor, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Policies should not override basic human decency. The handling of this situation shows a complete lack of compassion and professionalism. I strongly advise others to think carefully before booking here, especially if there is any risk of unforeseen circumstances. Once payment is made, support appears to disappear.

I’ve stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions before and never had any problems! This time I tried to call 5times as I wanted to let reception know that I was arriving late and to see if they would be still there but no answer every time! I’m a platinum member and I didn’t get an upgrade to my room which I previously have at this hotel and when I got to the room the air conditioning didn’t work and the room was extremely hot ! Very disappointing as a all accor member

No TV remote. No shampoo in the bathroom dispenser. Bathroom sink clogged up with cigarette butts, hair and hair care products. Air conditioner stuck on 26 degrees and room key malfunction

After making the booking online, I immediately tried to contact the hotel directly on the phone (No one ever answered) and via email (Had no reply) , as I had to check if a Credit Card Authority form was needed. Now 2 days after the stay I still have not heard back from them, even though I also contacted accor and had them send the hotel a message to get back to me on the day of booking.
