The bed was comfy, but the floors were not clean, and the window wouldn't shut, which made the road noise hard. No staff at reception most of the time, and no welcome drink was offered (I know a budget hotel, but the app told me it was included and to see reception staff, who were nowhere to be found). Overall, if you are just sleeping overnight and intend to spend no time in the room, it is suitable.

1) The room was adequate for the three nights stay, however, I will express some suggestions. 2) Perhaps have a laminated information card in each rooms that provides a quick overview of: * The front door access timings (eg 10am - 12pm locked require room key access), * The kitchen info and timings, * WIFI access PW, * Laundry facility info and costs, * Any AH contact number (Motel), and emergency organisations numbers for that local area. (There could be an unfortunate reason that a customer is alone and unable to get out of the room to go down stairs in an emergency possibly from a fall). * Any other quick overview of other helpful info. 3) I had to go down stairs to ask if there is WIFI access for customers [Refer above at 2)* WIFI]. Then on return to my room I discovered that the WIFI signal is only accessible to the rooms that are near the reception office anyway. 4) Each room should have a 'do not disturb' door hook sign in the room. 5) Have a courtesy soap in the room for the basin. I had to dig up a soap that I had packed somewhere in my luggage. 6) It is unrealistic that there is a cost to park in the carpark when the motel has adequate parking spaces on the premises for your customers to park. That does not make sense when normally the customers mod of transport to arrive to the motel is in their car and the motel is facilitated with parking spaces for all your customers. On arrival, I was told $10 per night parking or alternatively I could choose to park out on the street at no cost. That also does not make sense? That is bad business practice forcing customers to park on the street when yo have customer parking. What that tells the customer is that you do not value their clientele by stinging the customer with more costs without notice after arrival. As a customer, when I made the online booking I expected that was the expected cost for the three nights booking. I did not expect that when I arrive at the motel I would be fronted with additional costs just to park my car. Although I was given a parking slip for my dashboard that proves my car is owned by a customer on the premises, it is still unrealistic that your customers have to pay to park on the premises. It is not common that a Hotel/Motel charges the customer to park on the premises. 7) Everything I have discussed are standard Hotel/Motel practices it would be beneficial to all parties (The customer and the Motels business reputation) that these be addressed in this Casula Liverpool location, or even at all the locations.

Check in Closes 10pm. After hours required to telephone. At least 7 attempts made to contact reception prior to check in - all going to answerphone - with message "well contact when ..." just raises stress levels. Eventually on 8th attempt, over about an hour a person answered the phone. Not good enough from my viewpoint, I won't be back

Very unhappy with my overall stay and unlike other Ibis hotels i have stayed at. Although a budget hotel, amenities should still be available for guests. Cleanliness in windows and bathroom extraction fan was very poor. We ended up having dust allergy reactions during our stay.

I had just experienced a sudden loss of residence, and so the quiet room, quck access to stocked vending , and a very helpful staff named Angel getting me some extra cutlery when I needed it, my stay was bang for buck. Would stay again if I needed a quick and safe stay.

Beautiful beds and pillows, clean bathroom , microwave and tea and coffee and breakfast (including hot pancakes), and being very close to the motorway made this hotel a great stopping place on our journey from Melbourne to the Gold Coast. Very affordable- best value in Sydney's outskirts.

Whenever we asked for something from anyone besides Raj or the older cleaning lady, (she was lovely btw) the large young woman was especially rude & couldn't be bothered. The skinny girl that often works weekends is & was always professional & helpful. The rest, are unhelpful and rude. Happy to point out them in photos. The one about 40 ish that had her kids sitting in the dining room eating is exceptionally rude. 23July 1st call to Accor bookings, she couldn't find the booking & so she rang the hotel and told Angel about our complaints, extremely unprofessional! Angel then went into our room without notifying us first! Which she should have had the decency to do .

My stay at Ibis Budget Casula was fairly disappointing. The room was very small, and the carpets and furniture felt old and worn, making the overall experience feel dated. Looking back, I would have preferred to spend a little more for a more comfortable hotel. That said, it was adequate for a single night's stay. I managed to get through the night without any major issues, but it wasn't somewhere I'd be keen to stay again unless budget was my only priority.
