The customer service was very bad they are not willing to helped the customer I was booked in for my dad and when he turned up two hours earlier from his long flight they didn't even want to offer him any early check-in fee her answer just no i can't so my dad when back to the airport waiting for his next flight ,so we have been trying to rebook in as we have been told there's no refund the lady was on the phone just keep saying no when I trying to rebook and then she hang up on me when I asked if I can speak to the manager and her answer is simply NO. So end up when to check in at 8pm just to trying to use our money but the room was smells the air conditioning wasn't working at all So very bad experience

Total crap. No way to check in after hours. Rang emergency number and it rings out. Total crap company. Everyone else has after hours check in. No refund. Paid twice. Middle finger to Accor
