Location great In comparison to other Ibis budget still have stayed in in previous the room look tidy when walking in after being in the room for awhile the air conditioning wasn’t working well was blowing cold air but not as a normal air-conditioner would as you perceive I would perceive upon getting into bed the bed linen look like it hadn’t been changed in quite Awhile as well there was small tears in the linen as well the bed felt like there was grid or sand in it Upon getting to the hotel reception staff didn’t seem very pleasant customer service from the person seem to be lacking

It was good but the air conditioning in room 315 is not working properly. Room 317 fridge is frozen we put water in and came out really hard.something to look at it but anyway all good.thanks.

Our stay was adequate. We had a room for the night, and that was all we needed. The room had no overhead lights (only bedside lights and one above the desk). The shower barely dribbled water out of the showerhead, and it took ages to heat up. The room was advertised as a king bed with a bunk over the top. The bunk wasn't made - it just had linen up one end and a tiny mattress. I wasn't able to get up to make it, so my child just slept in the big bed with me instead. The breakfast, which was advertised as a continental buffet, comprised of a selection of three cereals, unrefrigerated long life milk, toast with spreads but no butter, and a pancake machine that didn't work and couldn't be fixed by the staff. There was watery coffee and hot chocolate and juice poppers. It was pretty awful. The staff member tried to fix the machine but was on the phone the entire time we were at breakfast. Based on this experience, I wouldn't stay at an Ibis again. Not when for an extra $10-20 a night, I can get a much nicer room with a proper breakfast and enough beds for everyone.

I have to say that I enjoyed staying here. The room was comfortable (had all the basic things needed) and the location was great. The staff were really helpfull when I needed to get a taxi for a birthday party nearby. I would stay here again for sure.

This is a perfectly located property with access to shops, restaurants, fast food and the M5 Motorway. I always find the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Nothing is to much trouble for them. The beds are wonderfully comfortable as well. I always enjoy staying there!

Thanks for having me, it was a good stay. Things I'd improve, I'd raise the shower heads higher up and maybe replace with different shower heads.. with those heads I struggled to get a decent shower. Also, water sprayed everywhere so bathroom was unusable for ages... maybe consider shower screens as a future upgrade. Customer service was great, the room was clean and sheets all fresh. Internet was capped at 6/7 mb/s which was fine, it was good enough for what I needed, although could raise the speed, even 10mb/s would be a good improvement. Thank you for a great stay, cheers...

Disappointed, no breakfast provided. Change of rules because of COVID? Found out later that Coffee in the lounge is 'free'. Whereas the first night, staff told me is $2.50/cup. It seems not all staff are informed properly. Clean place but could do something in the shower area so the water doesn't go everywhere. Also, air conditioner didn't work.

Wass very good. Only issue I had was the shower nozzle in the room dit not work properly. Also asked for a tax receipt and never got one
