The staff were friendly HOWEVER I don't expect Cockroaches (3) Spiders (1) Other Insects (2). There was no pillow for the bunk bed I was told they had no extra pillows one was found. There was no soap I was told the container which said Shampoo was actually wrong it was a 3 in one Shampoo Conditioner and Soap. To be honest extremely difficult to believe.

Informed staff the morning after check in that the AC was leaking into the room, by the end of the stay (5 days) was still leaking and the puddle has made its way across 1/2 the room

Everything was ok as expected, however the one thing that would have made the stay better was if the bed was not broken - the support wheels underneath were broken or missing - making sleeping a little uncomfortable... Good place otherwise...
