They give you breakfast which is tasty, you can make toast, pancakes or tea and coffee or you can just stick to cereal. The room is very spacious but it is kind of easy to hit your head on the top bunk, overall the trip was worth it I don't mind coming again.

Not good. The allotted room had broken bed and we had to switch room. Though booked for three adults, a third blanket couldn't be provided during our stay. No extra pillow was a available. Not all the staff are well responsive and considerate. All other hotels sent a welcome email and confirmation prior to arriving, but Ibis neither sent any email nor the reception picked up the phone when we tried to contact from Brisbane for 10-15 times.

having paid for breakfast first morning no yoghurt the bread was soggy on one side having been taken from the freezer and placed in the receptacle not good second morning bread is still soggy there is no pancakes ?? machine broken but the yoghurt is back morning 3 the bread is not only soggy but feels like it has been there some days.. the hotel is located only a klm or so from a major supermarket surely fresh bread should not be an issue ? on check-in the air conditioner did not work and no one could find a remote to operate it that issue was resolved after 3 attempts with 3 different remotes

Reading reviews from past guests we didn’t know what to expect but when we had got settled in, everything was good. AC did end up turning off but a simple interaction with the front desk, we were able to get relocated to another room. I disagree with all negative reviews on this place
