Room was cheap aircon was noisy no remote, ants on the desk, cockroaches in the bathroom.

Through out my stay we didn't get a proper room service such as changing bed sheets, and vacuum the floor. The window lock has broken and can't lock the window.

I could not find the tv remote. The AC remote did not seem to work so I could not adjust any settings except either have it on on the current settings or turn it off completely. One of the PowerPoints wasn’t working so had to alternate between charging my phone or using the kettle .

Sent an email prior to arrival requesting an early check in, this was not responded to. Upon arrival was advised to come back later as “we don't do early check in at all”. Room was clean, however the bathroom did not have any soap or body wash only shampoo. Asked reception about Welcome Drinks as per accor status, was advised “we dont do that anymore” the staff member then laughed. Hotel was also advertising a nighty rate on arrival much cheaper than the prebooked member rate. Booked this hotel due location and Accor Loyalty status, suggest others doing the same look elsewhere nearby.
