good service upon arrival very helpful being the last few days of the easter show they were extremely busy . Room was clean comfortable bed .

On 2 occasions, one day our room wasn’t serviced another day no hand towels. The refrigerator did not work at all

Whilst the hotel is in a good location forthe Olympic park events. The price is expensive for what you get. The rooms are average, paper thin walls and doors can hear everything air con was freezing even set at 25 no toilet brush bin or shampoo and conditioner in bathroom
