It woukd be great to enforce a house policy after 9pm. I have stayed here several times for training and anywhere from 5-8 weeks at a time! I get very minimal sleep due to the rude people coming and going from 9pm till the early hours. I also do not get my room cleaned properly while im there. Your lucky if the towels and bins get changed!

The bathroom in the room I was staying in had a permanent sewerage smell. At first I thought it might dissipate over time, but the smell remained. I had to spray the room with bodyspray just to be able to cover the smell long enough to take a shower and I even moved tables around in the bedroom so I could use a different mirror to do my makeup as the smell was so nauseating. If I was staying for longer than one night, I would have absolutely asked for an alternative room. The bedroom itself was nicely refurbished, but I would have preferred an older room and a bathroom that didn't smell so bad.

Firstly, I booked this for a birthday present for my husband, to see AC/DC at Accor. And we live 2.5hrs drive away, so wanted somewhere to park the car. We did not want to travel via train there and back. So we arrived and managed to get a car park. It was dearer than I was told. Not $40 but $49. Plus the room was much dearer, being an EVENT. Secondly, we had the intention of a quick nap before the concert, as we had driven up the 2.5hrs. We had used the bathroom and noticed a loud squealing noise from the water inlet into the cistern. And thought it would stop once it was filled. So we went to grab a T-shirt from the merchandise stall, before the crowds. On the return to our room, there was water all over the floor and the noise was so bad, I called the front desk for maintenance to check it out. The maintenance did come, and had to return with parts to repair. So we did not get our snooze in before the show. Thirdly, when we did go to have a shower, the soap dispenser on the wall was empty. We had to use our own soap, that luckily we had in our toiletry bag. Forthly, I used a cup for some water during the night, only to see in the morning, that it was dirty and still had a ring of coffee stains inside. Not very hygenic. So we did not have breakfast in the morning, and just checked out and drove back to work, 2.5hrs away. The reception desk did not ask how our stay was, as I would have brought these matters to her attention, if she did. I can say, though, that the lovely lady in Training at the front desk, was very polite. Harry was training her well on our arrival. The morning staff, not as attentive. I did have higher expectations from the Hotel, and the for price of the room, plus paying for parking, I would possibly consider other hotels next time we stay for Accor Stadium.

Booked a function room for a team building workshop and had staff stay overnight. Facilities were great, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and catering was fantastic.
