Everything went well apart from one of your bar staff Katie who was unaccommodating, rude and should not work in that area. Katie really left us with a sour taste in our mouth, sad really that one person can spoil your stay.

Housekeeping threw my belongings around the room

I stayed with two friends in another room. I had issues in that anything left on the bed in the morning would be thrown on the floor. They had issues in that housekeeping walked in on them in the morning whilst getting dressed without knocking. They also had issues in that cups were being washed in the bathroom sink by housekeeping, which is unsanitary- we only knew as they left them in the sink. I will never stay in an ibis again. The bar staff weren't able to make the same drink twice in the same way- it either was a completely different drink or had a different garnish or was in a different glass.

The hotel is in a great location, lovely staff, the facilities, the lobby, resturant etc and bars were great but very Average room for the price we paid unfortunately & the bathroom was horrible.
