Stayed here for 5 weeks and service was good

Arrived and was greeted warmly.My room was very clean and had everything i would need for my stay.Had room service a couple of times,and the food waa well priced and delicious

The room was fine. Disappointed that housekeeping was not able to find and return the prescription medication I had reported lost immediately after checking out. I wouldn't mind if it was just any medicine but this is a controlled substance so I find it suspicious and concerning that there's no update on finding it. It was definitely on the bed or bedside table. I regret leaving in a rush that morning.

We take lost property very seriously, especially prescription medication. We have escalated this to Housekeeping to investigate further. The room was incredibly dated, there were hairs in the bathroom and in the shower, stains on the chair, the desk was incredibly uncomfortable to work at, marks on doors and walls, the glaze on the sink needs to be redone as it made the sink look like it was about to shatter into a million pieces. Sheets were clean though.
