We currently stayed here for a weekend away with the whole family with three rooms booked unfortunately our room the air-conditioner failed to work and cool the room down. I had mentioned this to Front Desk 👩🏼‍💼👩🏼‍💼👩🏼‍💼 however I don’t think there was any fixable solution. Would happily stay here again great room size affordability, comfortable beds.

On arrival found that I had made an error in my booking and booed for the night prior to what we wanted. Manager went out of her way to assist me and was able to move the dates to accommodate us with no additional expenses.

Stayed with the family NYE and some tours. Good for travellers. A little far from the city proper but with access to train station.
