I appreciated the amenities provided to me as a platinum member, however I was given the lowest possible room with no views. I stay mostly with Mecure and I think I will stay with that brand. Ibis was a little disappointing from a room Perspective.

I’ve always stayed at the Pullman or Novotel but when last minutes plans changed booked the IBIS. The rooms were much better than I expected & well layed out.

Rooms were dirty, shower and bathroom were mouldy, it looks like no one has touched a thing since the 2000 Olypmics. And parking was over priced with no discount for Accor members.

I paid for parking that was not available and was then told that I had not been charged and to park down the street. When I received my invoice and saw that it had parking charged I made a complaint but it has so far been ignored.
