The room wasn't serviced correctly, the coffee wasnt replaced both days, and the rubbish wasn't removed

Should have more PowerPoints in the room and also no breakfast provided, that was disappointing.

The vent above the shower in room 505 needs cleaning.

跟前台说了三次, 让客房服务不用整理被子 ,只需要把厕所和垃圾打扫干净就可以啦,前台也在电脑里记录下来,但是没有一次做到,回到房间自己的被子还是重新铺了,因为我自己带的被套床单用的,就不想让他们在整理了。第四次我出门晚我就等到了客房服务,我问她有没有人跟她说我的房间不需要整理被子,她说完全不知道,没有任何人跟她说,但是我当时去前台说的时候 一个男的说自己是duty manager 他说他会很好的处理这事,我就不知道这酒店是怎么处理的了,一次我可以接受,但是三次都没人处理好,这个酒店管理太有问题了。而且打扫卫生也没有打扫干净,很失望住这里。I told the front desk three times that housekeeping didn’t need to make the bed—just clean the bathroom and take out the trash. The front desk also noted it in their system, but not once was it done. Every time I returned to my room, my own bedding had been redone. I use my own sheets and duvet cover, so I didn’t want them to remake the bed. On the fourth time, I left late and happened to run into housekeeping. I asked if anyone had told her that my room didn’t need bed-making. She said she had no idea—no one had told her anything. But when I spoke to the front desk earlier, a man who said he was the duty manager assured me he would handle it properly. I don’t know how this hotel handles things. Once I could accept, but three times with no one addressing it properly? The hotel management is a real problem. And the cleaning wasn’t even done thoroughly. Very disappointed with my stay.
