I enjoyed my stay here when I was going to a concert at the Qudos! Amazing service at the front desk and the beds are so amazing after a long night singing your heart out!

Had a very nice stay thank you. I didn't use the air conditioner the vent in room 325 looked like it had black mould growing in it. The shower vent could do with a dust as well. The toilet cistern probably needs it's seals replaced. It leaks constantly and refills itself as if it is being flushed through the night. Other than that, I had a great stay and would stay again. The bed was super comfy and good to see a TV that actually has channels on it you can just turn on and use.

Everything went smoothly and the hotel was very conveniently positioned for our needs as we were attending an event at the exhibition halls. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Staying here made things less stressful and more enjoyable for our trip.

Pretty poor. The state of the amenities, curtains, toilet flush and walls were dirty, broken or torn and just below average. There was some loud banging coming from the boom above me at midnight, I called reception and was told “we’ll get to it when we can”. Ten minutes later the noise was still continuing, i called again and only then was the manager going to investigate. It was a very unpleasant stay.
