Staff at reception were great Floor in room had used tissues on floor, photos were taken. Disgusting crusty dried liquid on headboard. Toilet leaked the entire time there, no sleep at all. We did not enjoy our weekend stay at all.

As an Accor member, I booked three rooms. I received an email asking for guest details for each room, rink I provided. Upon check in, all of the rooms had been changed to be in the name of one guest, not myself. This created problems with credit card holding,, my son checking in etc. it really didn't eed to be this complicated!
