My room was dusty and not to the level of cleanliness that I expect when I stay at a hotel. Check in also took far too long, there looked to be enough staff on but none of them were very prompt at the process of checking people through the process took 30 min

While we had adequate staffing on duty, we clearly did not provide the efficient and prompt service our guests deserve. Poor maintenance, poor room service, I paid $17 for bottle of water that never came to my room. Bathroom had sticking bad odour.

The usual friendly welcome and my gold membership was recognised. Room was adequate, bed comfortable, but there was a couple of stains on one of the towels.( I'm sure they were washed, mabe old stains needing replacement.) Easy stroll to Accor stadium. Excellent breakfast including barista coffee. , but I may have been accidentially charged twice for the one breakfast.
