We only needed a place to bunk for the night after two busy events in one day! The bed was super comfy, the shower pressure was a bit low but did its job and we did order breakfast in bed but one of the dishes came a little cold but the rest were yummy. Overall not a terrible stay at all would stay again 😌

I was charged twice for breakfast!

The rooms were terrible. Like really badly worn out and degraded. As an example event the door frames were used though. Tiles cracked and covered in water stains. Cracked basins. Threadbare carpets full of stains. At a low enough price it might be acceptable to some people - but this was $540 per room per night - astonishingly bad value.

Cracked tiles and basins, stained and worn carpets, water staining and general deterioration are not the experience we want our guests to have. We understand how disappointing this would have been, particularly given the rate you paid. I’m also sorry for the repeated requests for your credit card details and the time this took from you, both at check-in and again when extending your stay. Regardless of the processes involved, we recognise that the experience at reception should have been much smoother and more welcoming. Your feedback regarding the bathroom amenities has also been noted. We understand your frustration, particularly given the overall experience.
