noisy in the mornings hearing doors slam. very friendly staff. no clue why music has to start at 6am outside level 1 windows

room was not clean

on check in room was not clean and i had to ask multiple times for this to be completed. there was no compensation offered. the room was in poor repair, the sink was clogged, the shower spraying in random directions and no bin in the bathroom. we had a second stay and noticed a significant improvement in the second room- but my question remains why was the first room so poor.

Broken tiles couldn't fit into the shower floor were dirty

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at cracked tiles room wasn't clean shower was barely big enough to turn around in. Bed was very very bad sheets had black objects all over it. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone
