A Budget room at a budget price with a budget breakfast. Small room and a very small toilet/bathroom with a huge step from the toilet to the bedroom.

I enjoy the accommodation, it had everything I needed. Unfortunately no streaming services were available, i would have been happy to pay a bit extra for streaming services. Overall, I was happy.

The rooms are fine for someone who just wants to work and sleep. My most recent stay however i had issues with the heating and cooling so had to change rooms and the new room the air con worked but I had to get a portable heater. It was a bit annoying that I couldnt just set a temperature and leave it

Unlike the other brands in Accor like Sofitel. I felt more warmth in this budget hotel. Service is personalised and acknowledge my Loyalty status. Unlike in the luxury brand I think they only know how to recognise Platinum and Diamond members. I’ll go back to those luxury brand when I reach Platinum and see if treatment will change. I’m happy to say that I am treated well in iBis Budget Einfield by the assistant manager Nirajan. I did share to him my bad experience with other Accor hotel amd he understand that those things happen. I also have a great experience in Novotel Darling Harbour. Probably my best experience with Accor hotel. I am current holding Gold status on other hotel group like Hilton, Shangrila, Radisson, Ascott and Taj so I can compare how the Accor brand performs. I’m working towards my Elite status in Marriot so I’ll hop around for the best service and stay away to those properties that have snub staffs.
