Such a mid hotel. I mean it's ibis budget. I've never stayed in one before and decided to try it out. Look, everything feels clean but it's so cramped. The sink is outside the bathroom. The bathroom is like a bomb shelter. I think what irks me the most is the amenities. Why is there only one bottle of soap. Surely shampoo conditioner and body wash would be provided. And why is the floor half concrete half carpet? Very weird. The free breakfast was okay, but it was just pancakes, bread and yoghurt. Need more choices. Maybe it's too pretentious, but it's meant to be a hotel...

I enjoyed my stay in a comfortable room and the hotel is in a good location with good friendly staff. My only problem was that I was looking forward to watching some of the World Cup Football matches but unfortunately the TV in Room 127 does not have any of the SBS TV Channels available along with some other channels and this is something that I’ve mentioned before. It would be great if the TV’s were retuned. Thanks!

I was very happy with the customer service, particularly the way the staff handled the parcels that were delivered to the hotel for me. They were incredibly helpful in storing all of my boxes and were understanding of my business needs, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet the same standard. Both the hallway and the room had a noticeable musty, mouldy smell, and noise from the hallway could be heard every morning. While the bed appeared clean and was comfortable to sleep on, I somehow woke up with back pain each day. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. It looked very dated and poorly maintained, with damaged tiles and deteriorated seals. The sink mixer was loose, the sink drain filter was heavily rusted, and I even found a bug crawling near my toothbrush. The bathroom door also had significant peeling paint. Overall, the bathroom felt cold, uninviting, and neglected—to the point where it almost gave off the atmosphere of a scene from a horror movie. The condition and maintenance of the room unfortunately let the overall experience down.
