i was overcharged, there was no breakfast available despite me paying for it on the website, the room floor was dirty and sticky, the sheet had holes in it, the metal door frame was covered in rust etc etc

Our breakfast time starts from 0700-09:30 everyday we noticed you have missed it, you can always request for grab and go option. We will definitely follow up with the comments below. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of alternatively we recommend you to book Mercure, Novotel for your next stay. Horrible service and management ever seen in life. Reservation cancelled by receptionist before our arrival at 9 pm, though on previous day other receptionist confirmed as we can come by 10 pm. ACs not working in rooms and asked to shift rooms multiple time, very arrogant behaviour by receptionist. Linens not changed even after asking for the same. Breads are not refilled in buffet breakfast and many more. Just in one word, not at all a hotel to ever book in life and pass the same message in Google review for others not to suffer like us.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, Our staff rang multiple time to arrange after hour check-in for you however all the calls were not answered, the booking you made is a flexible booking to be paid after 18:00 however booking kept declining and hotel had rights to cancel if the booking if the booking is a no show. However our staff went beyond to check you in even though the reception was closed and noted he was getting a bad attitude even though he stayed back to check you in. All our rooms AC are working its the remote you have to pair up into right mode but also staff went beyond to change the room for you. Regarding the breakfast our staff delivered exceptional service beyond the limit to be on top of it but each day our staff has reported that you guys didn't had any sorts of patience to wait for him to top up while as he was assisting other guest and topping up the items. We felt we should have denied to check-in the first night as hotel had perform corrective procedure and we receive this feedback itself because of your abruptive behavior at the time of check-in and it is not accepted in any ACCOR hotels. We recommend you to book Mercure, Novotel for your next stay. Happy New YEAR kind regards Sincerely,
