We do not have landline facility in the room but you can always contact our reception landline on call or WhatsApp for assistance. I stayed in a downstairs room, which turned out to be an accessible room. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.The bed light and power points were in a great position. The bathroom was very large but dilapidated. Unfortunately the shower sprayed all over the floor despite the shower curtain and was slow to drain which meant I had to use the towels on the floor to avoid slipping. There was a sign saying to keep the bathroom door closed as the steam sets off the smoke alarm. Apart from that I had a good stay.

Comfortable stay, the room was clean. However, there were no tissues or the option to call the staff. There should be lifts for accessibility. The smell of the towels was weird. Nevertheless, overall it was a good experience for two nights.

I telephoned to reserve the room on behalf of the occupant. The room rate was confirmed as per booking.com but done over the phone directly with the hotel. I rang the hotel to request they action a refund and spoke to the person that made the booking but this far emails and calls have not been responded. Extremely poor customer service.

Hotel receptionist is really angry.. I don’t know the exact reason , but he seems angry and his behaviour is too rude. Rest room is nice.

Our check-out time is 10:00 AM, but we understood your situation and allowed you to stay until 12:00 PM. However, the extension was not confirmed at the time, and after several requests from our staff, you later returned to reception and completed the booking. especially on busy weekends when room availability is limited. we had limited availability and needed the booking to be confirmed on time so we could properly manage rooms and assist other guests.
