I enjoyed another stay at Ibis Enfield. However the TV in Room 204 was missing some channels such as all the SBS channels, ABC HD (20), 7Mate & 7Bravo. Please retune the TV thanks.

Tiniest room I’ve ever seen, mould on the pillow, yellow stained doona, non-adjusting air conditioner that hasn’t been cleaned its whole life, had to argue that I had booked & paid for a late check out then got locked out of my room. Will never be back.

The hallway floors were filthy. The room smelt like dog and the walls were filthy. Very outdated rooms and unhygenic rooms that triggered my allergies not to mention the cockroach that was crawling on my husband. We had a 2 day reservation and checked out after the first night because it was that bad. Previous reviews suggested they were going to improve on hygiene which clearly they havent. Very dissapointing for an accor associated hotel.

Shower had no curtains, mould in shower, AC was broken wouldn't change temperature so room was hot all night, also AC is extremely loud when running, so left early in morning as I got no sleep!
