We were very dissatisfied with our stay. The only positive point was the friendly reception staff. The room was extremely small and overcrowded with three beds, even though the space was only suitable for a single or at most a queen bed. We later moved to a disability room, which had a more reasonable size, but everything felt old and poorly maintained. The room was cold, and the air conditioner did not work properly to provide heating. The bathroom was also in poor condition. The sink looked unhygienic to the point that my wife preferred not to use it. There was no tissue paper provided, and the lighting in the room was inadequate. Two lights were connected to a single switch, making it difficult to adjust lighting at night—either the room was too dark or uncomfortably bright, especially with a light directly above the bed. Additionally, leaving the bathroom door open for extra light sometimes caused an unpleasant sewage smell to enter the room. Overall, the property needs several improvements to meet basic comfort standards. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Room was small but very clean and functional. Check in was a tad slow because of the person in front of me who was arguing with the receptionist. Price was excellent.

The carpark was covered in garbage, the foyer/reception area was tiny, dark and dirty. The room itself was putrid - the sheets and pillowcases were stained with what looked like freshly dried gross (didnt look like theyd been washed despite fold lines), the bedhead has never been cleaned, the in room sink was smashed, the floor was gross. The bathroom was equally bad - they tell you to keep the bathroom door shut when you have a shower as the steam can set off the fire alarm but the door "latch" is just a roller that clicks slightly into spot and opens if you breathe that way. The shower curtain had either blood or poop on it. Also, no toilet brush 🤷🏼‍♀️ Yuck yuck yuck. If i wanted to stay in a hostel, i would have booked one and saved $100.

I made a late booking and room was confirmed instantly. Asked for a early check-in but room was not ready but assured to have it ready a priority. Reception was very attentive and well mannered even remember to offer a complementry drink without asking . I was fussy to ask about a particular room and reception made sure I was given a room I wanted. Overall had a great stay .
