It was a temporary hotel stay with family due to being displaced without a permanent home coupled with grieving our furbaby's sudden passing. The mgt, front desk and bar-restaurant team were very supportive and understanding of our difficult and tense situation. A heartfelt thankyou to them for making our stay a comfortable and safe one.

I arrived at Novotel to find out I had been upgraded to the Pullman for my three night stay. All staff from Concierge, reception, Restaurant and in room dining were exceptional. They really made you feel wanted and only too willing to help. Room service late at night was quick and on time or before the time stated. My work hours at the time only allowed me to use the restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast had many options and available from 0600 hours which suited me at the time. A very good all round visit. Rooms are immaculate and well maintained.

I was upgraded from Novotel to Pullman. First good experience. The rooms are a delight and refreshing with good lighting. As I had early starts and late finishes with work I had breakfast and room service at night. Breakfast has a great range and room service met all expectations with very friendly staff. Room service meals arrived inside the time allocated for delivery. Overall a great place to stay with great staff.

Check in was great and car parked without hassle. We found that the aircon in our room was not very cold. We put it on the lowest setting and still quite warm in the room. We also rang and asked for a bottle opener twice which never came. Asked again when going out to the tennis and still was not in the room when we came back. The shower was quite noisy when water turned on and very low water pressure. Breakfast was lovely and so much choice. Good to see a dedicated toaster for gluten free bread. I have coeliac disease and this is the first hotel I’ve seen this. Staff lovely in the restaurant and couldn’t do enough for us. We checked out and asked to leave our bags in a secure room as we were going to the tennis again for the day. We returned that afternoon to find our bags still in the same spot just behind the counter which could be seen by everyone. We had some valuables in the bags so we were not happy at all. Overall I would not rate the hotel as a 5 star. We stayed at the Pullman Auckland last January and found the hotel very luxurious and many more facilities and staff working in the lobby like a doorman and porters. The two hotels do not compare. We did find the hotel very convenient for the tennis however not sure we would stay again.

Really disappointed, brought my family to Sydney to an even, staying in a nice hotel. To be greeted by Hair in the bath Only 3 pillows for two double beds Linen was dirty Breakfast no bacon for 20 mins Omlete has to be ordered twice No cutlery on table, after asking twice ended getting my own from the draw. Many items were empty and not refilled we were at breakfast before 9am

Overall this is a beautifully presented Hotel with very friendly staff, it is in a great location with easy access to shows and other events. I was unhappy with some of the service at this hotel, but to their credit once I raised my concerns they were responded to promptly by the Precinct Assistant Front Office Manager. The best experience was at breakfast in the Bacar restaurant, the staff and and food are outstanding, they place little cards with your coffee and food which has little personal notes. This is a fantastic idea and greatly appreciated.

Check in was perfect - rooms were ready. Valet parking excellent. However, had 2 rooms paid in advanced (12 months in advanced) my room was very dusty; phone was dirty I had to use wet wipes to clean it same with clock radio. Stayed 2 nights. when left for room to be cleaned, I spoked to the cleaner and asked for a 'soft pillow' to be put in my room and asked for bedside lamp to be fixed please. came back pillow was the extra hard one and light not fixed had no toilet paper in bathroom. had to call concierge to fix and to send toilet paper. Why have a 'pillow menu' if you don't know how to provide them?

We stayed to attend the BBL game at the stadium The service was fine though the lobby of the hotel was absolutely freezing and not a comfortable temperature at all The parking price continues to rise and make it a very expensive option will probably not come again due to the cost being a lot for a night

The staff where very thoughtful and helpful, I was there for the bushfires representing South Australia and the little extras such as a Bon Bon after shift on Christmas day was very much appreciated. I did have an issue with the room air-conditioning on arrival but it was dealt with swiftly.
