The Pullman is conveniently located if needing to visit this particular area for an event or business. The breakfast is always pleasant and the staff lovely and helpful. The rooms are clean and adequate but nothing special. During this particular stay, the air conditioning wasn't working efficiently which possibly contributed to an uncomfortable night.

Tennis experience was better knowing that we could stay at Pullman Hotel Olympic Park. Special thanks to Joe, who greet us outside the hotel and help us to locate the hotel parking. He was so attentive to our needs, even after we come back to check in and room was not ready, he kept us updated with the status of our rooms. Definitely we will comeback for any other outing to Olympic Park and stay at Pullman.

Large clean rooms. Comfortable bed. More "real" Nepresso pods would be great. No mini bar - not sure why.

Overnight first time stay at this Hotel - Some Good some so-so

Check-in was slow even though we were attended to by what appeared to be an experienced staff member. No recognition of Membership Status. I don't believe the Hotel was overly busy so we were disappointed that we were only upgraded to a higher Floor. The highlight was the Executive Lounge and the service provided by the gentleman on duty (unfortunately I have forgotten his name - he had an American / Asian Accent). He was very attentive and we were happy with the food and beverage offerings. No complaints about the room - it was modern and clean and provided a nice view to the newly named Accor Stadium. We did have dinner at the restaurant and for the most part we were the only diners there but service certainly was no where near as good as provided in the Executive Lounge and were a little disappointed with our meals. I had the Lamb and specifically requested no Jus. It came with Jus and our waiter subsequently appologised - so all good we all make mistakes. I was offered a replacement without Jus however it was overcooked and I later observed in the kitchen that a "rump" of lamb was pre-cooked. I'm eating at a 5 star Hotel (not a club bistro) so my expectation is that it would be cooked to order. My dining companion had the Duck (large serve as a main) but it was served cold. Nothing wrong with the quality but again expectation for a main is that it is served hot and if not at least indicate on the menu that it is a cold dish! Breakfast was fine the next morning with the staff fairly friendly and the buffet offering being what you would expect. We stayed Boxing Day overnight.

Pleasant experience but I had to reluctantly move to another hotel for just one reason , excessive dust was coming through AC duct. Despite the room was cleaned on request daily but the dust will reappear within few hours and the dust was making us uncomfortable. There is something seriously wrong with your air condition system.

I am a bit biased as I am an Accor ALL member, but we love staying at the Pullman. The Olympic Park Hotel is in a great location for Cricket, Footy and Concerts. The concierge are fantastic and always friendly and helpful. One area of improvement, I would love to see the double beds replaced with Queen beds. We usually travel with kids and the extra bed space would be appreciated.

Another nice stay at the SOP Pullman, even with the restrictions due to covid you are given a genuine welcome on arrival. The rooms are clean and comfily beds, thank you for the room upgrade and welcome cheese plater. The food and service at the Bacar Restaurant is excellent, a choice of set or full menu.

For the first night, they gave us very bad room, dust on every where, no view at all, hair drier not working, sink of toilet had been broken. After speaking to manager, they changed it to another room with better quality for the rest of nights.

Pullman at the Olympic Park was a great convenience to us, as it was opposite to the entry for the Royal Easter Show. With 2 little ones loving the show and walking the whole day for kilometres and kilometres it was great to relax in the bath tub. Loved it
