I realise it was the middle of lockdown, but the meals were cold by the time they got to the 15th floor in the takeaway containers. Initially we could get a coffee at the restaurant then everything went over the road and we couldn't get coffee unless it was on room service.

A college has sent me your email to give you some not so good feedback on our stay at the Pullman, I do have photos to support my claims, on the 22nd August I arrived to my room to find that the toilet had what looked like faeces in the toilet when I went down to express my concerns I was told that it was sediment and just flush it, I cleaned the toilet myself with disinfectant wipes I had with me, I then went to get into the shower and the shower screen moved from the wall and made a clunk sound, my room was then moved so I packed up all my belongings and moved, the beds are lovely and big but need rotating as the left side of the bed lower and obviously been slept in more often then the other, the next week we went I went to have a shower and the shower head was blocked and water running in one stream with no pressure (like a hose), once again I went down and told them and once again my room was moved, I then ended up in a room that the light above the bed would turn on for 1 min and off again for 1 min, I was so sick of moving at this stage that I didn’t report this as packing up a weeks worth of belongings when exhausted from work is far to much effort. There is no restaurant to get meals as we were told there was, all in all the stay with Pullman is far from satisfactory and I have requested that we move for the next 2 weeks to another hotel.

Travelling to assist the team of vaccinators. The location was just perfect and the room was luxurious to ensure we were rested prior to our busy day. The staff were kind and welcomed or farewelled us each day.

Extremely lovely friendly helpful staff that made you feel welcome. There is one thing I really need to get off my chest here as I stayed in the hotel for work and the company I work for has a very strict Covid contact policy. We had booked a night at the Ibis hotel( last minute(It’s only going to be a very short stay as I had an extremely small turn around for work). I was upgraded to the Pullman without being advised that it was a quarantine hotel if my company had found this out I probably would’ve lost closes to $100,000 worth of work because I would’ve had to go into isolation for two weeks. If this had happened it would have been a trip to my solicitor Some other issues with the hotel rooms are the Hotel is looking a little tired ,the furnishings had stains on them most notably some dubious stains on one of the small round poofs. I stayed on level four and after exiting my room to go downstairs I noted that someone across the hall had p very probably opened the door and had a rather large expulsion of stomach fluid out the door with the spray pattern heading away from the door into the hallway, it had looked like it had a mild clean but it was still rather noticeable. It used to be a member of the actual holiday club and have come to expect a higher level of cleanliness.

Good accomodation. In room dining menu was really small with no range of vegetarian options (For a visitor I had) Dinner menu was amazing and had great flavours. Lunch menu (S&P squid and chicken bits) was dry and felt like a cheap meal from a fish and chips store, wouldnt reccomend it to anyone. *Small issue, no signs on where the lifts are in the car park. *Needed more info on how the car park validation process worked if I wanted to drive out every day. *better options on the in room dining menu. Usually like eating in my room. *small issue, I prepurchased x4 breakfasts in advance, however only had breakfast twice, but was charged for x5. An easy option would be to use your own register at the restuarant and then compare it to the pre-paid amount...then have the correct amount ready at checkout. Not sure why I was charged an extra breakfast. This was all sorted by the friendly staff, but was a little annoying having to cross check costsings.

Room was great, that bath was perfect. Mirror opposite bed was weird. Would be great to have a fully length mirror closer to the window for more natural light. Gym facilities were ok to keep me going for the week, would be great for a few yoga style matts & more weights for the bar but overall good. Maybe suggest some bands ie for stretching & resistance. Breakfast was the standard buffet style, except it changed at the end of the week when it was busier from already toasted bread to toast yourself. Drinks at the bar were a little pricey compared to others in the area.

Pullman at the Olympic Park was a great convenience to us, as it was opposite to the entry for the Royal Easter Show. With 2 little ones loving the show and walking the whole day for kilometres and kilometres it was great to relax in the bath tub. Loved it

Have been staying at this hotel almost weekly for the past few months and honestly can not fault this place one bit, with the ever changing environment we are all currently navigating the hotel staff have remained consistent and professional on every stay. The hotel is super clean, modern and well appointed for the business and leisure traveler. I certainly have no problems in recommending this hotel.

Excellent service. Clean and tidy rooms and public areas. Staff friendly and helpful. The service of meals and seating in the dining area covering Covid restrictions was amazing. The only negative was that there was no valet service but that wasn't the fault of the hotel that was just another Covid restriction.
