Every staff member I met was friendly and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean. I was pleased to accidentially meet the housekeeper who did my room as I was leaving, and thank her personally. The bathroom was roomy, with plenty of spaces to put clothes while showering. The shower was simple to use. The breajfast was great with excellent service. My only complanit was that I could not find ABC Sydney on the TV in the room.
