Overall friendly and easy but there were a couple of instances which were frustrating Asking your bartender what time breakfast was and him saying doesn’t know maybe 8-9 Then same bartender being asked if you had tequila and him saying no and only cocktails were the 4-5 specials you had And our room service food was average hit and miss But front desk staff were terrific, our upgrade was appreciated, the amenities were good and people were friendly

From the moment we entered, the staff were so amazing, we were there for a primary school sporting event and they made the kids feel so special. The room was great, very clean, bathroom was amazing. The only thing I could fault was that there were no powerpoints within the vacinity of the bed so you couldn't plug in a phone close by. I found a power point behind the curtain but this didn't work.
