I had booked a room for the evening to celebrate an anniversary with my partner. On my booking, I had it noted there were 2 guests. There was only 1 bathrobe when we arrived. The 1 bathrobe we had, had toothpaste stains on it! The TV remove only worked to turn on / off and volume - no other functions. The glasses on the desk were stained / not cleaned - same as the ones in the bathroom. There was no toothpaste - understand the sign saying we had to ring up for toiletries - that was just disappointing given what I was paying for 1 night. Those small complimentary things make a difference.

We enjoyed our three night stay. It was a very comfortable base from which to visit the Sydney Royal Easter Show, and other activities. The tariff was rather expensive, but to be expected given the time and place of our stay.

Didn’t receive Gold status amenity when every other Accor hotel I have including the Novotel Olympic Park and Novotel Parramatta. I accidentally left my Do Not Disturb light on so room wasn’t cleaned but surely reception can see I’m not in the room or called me to check. When I returned to the hotel I asked for it to be cleaned whilst I was out for 2 hours at dinner time and it wasn’t. I then returned to my room and out the Do Not Disturb light on so I could sleep only to be woken at 10pm by someone knocking and only handed me towels so room wasn’t cleaned never cleaned. At 1130pm I was again woken by very loud hotel guests who had just checked in yelling down the hallways. If guests check in late then reception should advise them to be quiet due to the time. Out of all the Accor hotels in the area the Pullman is the worst yet meant to be the luxury option.
