I realise it was the middle of lockdown, but the meals were cold by the time they got to the 15th floor in the takeaway containers. Initially we could get a coffee at the restaurant then everything went over the road and we couldn't get coffee unless it was on room service.

A college has sent me your email to give you some not so good feedback on our stay at the Pullman, I do have photos to support my claims, on the 22nd August I arrived to my room to find that the toilet had what looked like faeces in the toilet when I went down to express my concerns I was told that it was sediment and just flush it, I cleaned the toilet myself with disinfectant wipes I had with me, I then went to get into the shower and the shower screen moved from the wall and made a clunk sound, my room was then moved so I packed up all my belongings and moved, the beds are lovely and big but need rotating as the left side of the bed lower and obviously been slept in more often then the other, the next week we went I went to have a shower and the shower head was blocked and water running in one stream with no pressure (like a hose), once again I went down and told them and once again my room was moved, I then ended up in a room that the light above the bed would turn on for 1 min and off again for 1 min, I was so sick of moving at this stage that I didn’t report this as packing up a weeks worth of belongings when exhausted from work is far to much effort. There is no restaurant to get meals as we were told there was, all in all the stay with Pullman is far from satisfactory and I have requested that we move for the next 2 weeks to another hotel.

Travelling to assist the team of vaccinators. The location was just perfect and the room was luxurious to ensure we were rested prior to our busy day. The staff were kind and welcomed or farewelled us each day.
