Good room, attentive staff. However: Shower drain smelt like sewer for the entire stay. Room door was not locked after service, when I returned in the afternoon approx 3pm Friday. Parking is a complete rip off. I had to enter and exit a couple of times each day. Ended up paying an arm and a leg. There needs to be some sort of flat rate for a 24 hour period regardless of how many times you enter/exit.

The stay was comfortable however, on check out i declared that i had not taken anything from the mini bar. Later that day a charge appeared on my card for $15 cashews plus a credit card surcharge. After calling the cashew charge was refunded however the surcharge wasn't. The issue this causes me with rework of transactions for my business is incredibly frustrating. The process of charging someone's credit card after the event is quite honestly disrespectful. I wont stay at the Pullman again and will now avoid all Accor hotels in future globally.

Everything was above my expectations! The room was super clean, spacious, everything was thought of, room service was great, and the staff were great! The location from Quodos Bank Arena is about a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay there again!
