Having got back to the room late following a concert I realised that the pillows provided would not allow me or my daughter to sleep. There were two very very large pillows that it was impossible to sleep with and then two small pillows that were very firm. I called reception and asked for other pillows, to which they indicated that they would provide two feather pillows. 20 mins later (after midnight) two pillows arrived, one was feather the other was a rubber type pillow that had a very unpleasant smell. My daughter was kind enough to let me use the feather pillow and she used one of the smaller pillows that was in the room to start with, but neither of us slept very well. That same week I stayed at the Mercure Brisbane king George Square a lesser Accor property but the pillows were significantly better. Good pillows are a game changer and I would recommend that Pullman Olympic Park looks at this, I am sure I am not the only one with this complaint.

Best bed in a motel chain I’ve ever slept in. Food in restaurant was beautiful. Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating even after we had checked out. Brilliant overall and will choose Pullman again next time.
