GOOD EXPERIENCE: Well located - attending the football grand final. Multiple lifts and easy to catch (not many queues). Valet parking was very convenient. Quiet. Great having a mini bar fridge and the magnified mirror in the bathroom. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE: Hard to park out the front to book in. The lighting was not great, only very dim lighting over the beds. Shower water pressure was weak. The single beds were very uncomfortable. Very thin and soft, felt like we were going to fall out. The beds were on wheels and moved every time you sat down on them. We went to the restaurant for dinner on the first night and were very disappointed with the meals, especially as we paid $200.

This is my favourite hotel in the SOP vicinity but I have found service to have dropped. I took a lull away from it and since returned, and have to say that there is much room for improvement.

Had our wedding in near in bicenteinal park and stayed at Pullmans the night before and after. Good: - location great - breakfast food was tasty - staff were kind and helpful - Car vallet was smooth and easy Bad: - the day after the wedding we got a random call from the hotel at 6am in the morning that woke us up. No one was talking. Went down to the staff and asked and didn't know who it was. Wasn't pleasant after my own wedding. - We had the Executive Suite but twice where we got stopped and told we didnt have the ability to use the Bacar Restaurant and Executive Lounge. - Our key stopped working twice which we had to go back to get it fixed. - Aircon on the last day had a foul smell to it. Overall it wasn't a smooth as we wanted it to be.

We recently stayed here when visiting Accor Stadium for Monster Jam. The location was so convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, the kids loved the bath, and the service from the staff was fab. Loved that we could fill up our water bottles in the bar area too! The only issue was with the elevator - it had trouble recognising level 2 when pressed on 1 side of the button console so I went for a lift ride up to the higher levels a couple of times.

Shower grout was mostly uncleaned showing mould. Shower could only be extremely hot or cold no in between. Bed was tilted towards the outer edges extremely uncomfortable slipping both into the middle Noise travelled from the hallways badly making it very hard to relax in room. For the money I paid this was dissapointing Service and staff were lovely can’t fault them. But a far way from the standards that I would expect from a Pullman - we won’t be back.
