We spent 2 nights in the Executive Spa Room with the Fresh catch, dine and stay package. We found the room large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice. We ate at Bacar Restaurant which was lovely and had a few drinks in the bar and canapes before dinner. All the staff were friendly and greeted us. I needed to ask about the time the Executive lounge package was available rather than being told but otherwise found our stay to be very pleasant.

We as a family had a quick trip to Sydney after Christmas. Check in was quick & efficient . We were greeted & looked after exceptionally well. Rooms were amazing. Fruit platter in our room was a lovely touch. Restaurant was quick & staff very attentive.

This hotel is one of our favourites. The staff are so friendly. Great room, fabulous fruit plate and wine for platinum Accor. Happy hour drinks in bar nice. Breakfast is always good. Paige and Stanley always a happy inviting face at breakfast. Parking is a little rich here but was offered a discount rate which was great, it’s the one thing that turns me off staying is the expensive parking. Overall so much to do if you like walking and the bike riding in the area is fabulous.

Quick overnight trip so late check-in at around 10pm and then out again next morning. Was very pleased that even under Covid conditions I could have a couple of business acquaintances join me for coffee and a chat adjacent to the restaurant, made my trip easier to schedule

Apart from our room not being ready when we arrived at 3 pm( although we were given drink vouchers for while we waited as compensation) we had an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay

Amazing rooms with the most comfortable of beds. Well set out rooms clean and non cluttered. Great reception staff. The doorman though on in the evening of our stay was brilliant. Fun. Friendly and a fountain of knowledge. I cannot remember his name but it may have been joe. Older gentleman with multiple great grand kids. Other than parking which seems to have been a rabbit warren of afterthought it was truely exceptional. I have stayed in Fairmont lake Louise and Seattle and it was pretty close for the room but better for the staff by far

Wonderful stay once again, for a mid-week stay it was fairly busy due to state swimming being on. I think the staff in the restaurant were a bit busy at both breakfast and dinner due to the large numbers. Check in staff worked hard to accommodate us for an early check in which we were very appreciative of.

Great position and price. Staff friendly and helpful. Dinner was really tasty and the coffee in the morning was cafe quality which is often not the case in a hotel. If I had a complaint.....it was only that the parking was hard to find, as the entry was not directly under the building but under the adjoining hotel across the road. This may be on the web site but I had not looked.

I always enjoy staying at your hotel. Unfortunately, this time, we were extremely disappointed with room service. I was there last weekend with my grandson was doing the State Swimming competition When we got back to the hotel, around 8.30 hoping to get a nice meal, we were told the kitchen was closed but we could order via room service which we did. We got our meals around 9.15, both our meals were stone cold and was too late to send them back . I didn't eat any of mine but my grandson had his as he was extremely hungry after a day of swimming competition. I did use my free night as I am an Accor member, in doing so I should have saved that night as friends of mine got an exceptional deal, not sure if it was $240 or $340 which was for 2 nights including parking, daily breakfast and one dinner for 2 people They even had an upgrade on their room. So, is it worthwhile to be an Accor member????? Finally, the room as were the beds very comfortable and we have a beautiful view from our room Staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable We've stayed at your hotel in the past and have always liked it, so we came back Thankyou

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. One negative would be sub-standard “chillers” in room rather than mini-fridges. Had to run back and forth to front desk to constantly access food I needed kept in the kitchens fridge.

From the moment we walked in the door it was welcoming, Laura at checkin was fantastic and looked after us. I had a few questions and she was most helpful and friendly. The room was clean and as expected and the restaurant meal was delicious. All in all, I could not fault the experience.
