Great location for Concerts, friendly staff and lovely rooms. The only downside was we were advised that our car would be ready at checkout time and it wasn’t.. hard with all our gear and 3 little kids to wait outside with no seating ect out the front waiting fo the car to be brought back

We recently stayed at the Pullman Olympic Park for the Ed Sheeran concert. The hotel is about 200m from the Accor Stadium. Its always very clean & the staff are amazing. My favourite hotel to stay at while in Sydney

Our wifi didn’t work. Kept kicking us out on the Pullman wifi. Receptionist said it was because “ They were busy” not the best answers

To be honest it was a little disappointing. When I booked the room back in July I asked for a rollaway bed and was told that could be accommodated. I got the reminder email and it made no mention of three people staying so I called Thursday night (12/02/2026) to confirm this would be able to happen and they said they made a note and yea it could happen. We arrived after driving five hours looking to have a rest before attending concert only to check I. And get up to our room to only TWO single beds and then having to wait for third bed to arrive… it would not have bothered me except I had already made two calls to confirm this previously and was told both times that it would be done. And the room smelt very dusty and musty which was not good for my allergies.
