Stayed one night for work. Great rate received through ALL, particularly with subsequent free upgrade through my Gold membership. Arrived late with bed turned down. Comfortable room with nice finishing touches.

The Most Amazing Stay at the Pullman Olympic Park

We had a sensational time at the hotel. The Managers were so generous to us. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite with the added bonuses. But we were also given a bottle of wine, water and a dessert. Talk about being spoilt. We chose to have our anniversay dinner in the restaurant and the food plus atmosphere was amazing. The room itself was great and the view.....well nothing short of stunning. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Great towels too. The staff, we have never met staff who were more dedicated to making sure their customers where well looked after and attended to. We cannot thank management enough for organising what they did for our stay. Nathan & Sarah :). From the time we set foot in the foyer and met the front desk staff, restaurant staff, John in the Executive Lounge and the lovely Concierge on our departure, we were looked after so well. Everyone had a smile! See you again next time.....really soon :)

Well located,Tasty Breakfast but rooms are not clean.

Week Located,Breakfast buffet was great addition Reception was friendly and great but the only issue here for us in 2 nights the rooms are not clean. Hair Dryer was dirty,Bluetooh speakers are dirty,cupboards are dirty, even it was cleaned the next day still the same.We reported it to the manager before we checkout and he wrote it down.Even if it was missed on the first day it should not have miss the second time it was cleaned.They say its a 5 star hotel but does not look a 5 star.

Enjoyed the bar and restaurant

We do have a programme in place to replace the toilet collars and unfortunately this room was not reported prior to your stay.
