The sheets had stains on them, two out of the four towels smelled absolutely foul. There was dust covered on the small table in the room. The water bottles on the table were so old that it looked like people had been using them to crack open their beers or to try to open things with them as the kids were all dinted. The back of the curtains had stains on them and they really needed a wash. The bath wasn’t cleaned properly as there was a pubic hair in it. The pillows were awful and none of the ones you could choose from were to my liking. I was just deeply saddened as I expected a lot more from an establishment such as this.

I treated my daughter to stay at your hotel for her birthday and it was the most perfect birthday. The customer service was excellent, I especially want to thank Romina, who went absolutely above and beyond to make sure my daughter's birthday was perfect. She organised complimentary champagne and a beautiful cake for our room, which was such a thoughtful and generous surprise. We had a gorgeous room where we could sit, drink champagne and watch the sunset. Being able to simply wander over to the concert was also amazing. No stress about parking or struggling to get home after the concert. And to top off, Romina also organised a late checkout for us. What more could we ask for. Thank you to Romina and the Pullman for making my daughter's birthday so special and memorable.

I’m sure this is an exception to their usual standard but we did not have a good experience, and it was our first time with Pullman. I was disappointed as my daughter had finished her trial HSC exams so this concert and night at a hotel was meant to be a treat. We ordered room service for dinner after our concert which never arrived; ordered a pillow which never arrived; The phone in our room wasn’t working properly so couldn’t call to ask for these items again and had to use my mobile to ring the front desk, but they still never turned up. We also could not adjust the air conditioning so it was too hot all night. Informed reception on departure and ask them to collect our car (paid for valet) - they were apologetic but could not explain any reasons for these problems. Not likely to book again for these reasons. I am an Accor member and this was not satisfactory for the price of the stay.
