Good stay but room was very tired looking

Ok. Didn't think reception was the best. Room very tired for what was over 400 dollars a night. Parking was cheeky as there was none left and we were obliged to pay for valet service in lieu of normal parking rates. Not our fault that parking garage was full. Dissapointed

Wouldn’t stay again

Room still being cleaned at check in time, cards didn’t work for the lift once give our room. The no lights worked in the room in the morning, the radio/alarm next to the bed didn’t work. We parked in the carpark and asked if we had to register our car at check in, was told no and then when we went to leave after checking out we had to go back up to find out that we needed to have registered or paid at check in. We stayed with Pullman over the other hotels due to reviews and for the $280 for the night I can honestly say it wasn’t worth it and I wouldn’t stay again
