Recommend perhaps reception next time to communicate about any functions that might be going on at the same time if we were to use hotel facilities like the pool, just as a courtesy. We found out there was a wedding in the function room happening next to the outdoor pool but only realised when we rocked up to the hotel pool and noticed floor to ceiling glass windows so it was a bit funny and awkward to see guests could see us in the background and we could see them! We used the phone on the wall and ordered 2 drinks (wine and beer) upon arrival however service was incredibly slow, it was more than half an hour- by the time we got out and tried calling again to cancel the order as we were about to leave, the waiter brought out the drinks. In the room housekeeping might have forgotten to give us bathroom shower towels. When we checked in we took the blue and white swimming towels to the pool but when we came back we realized we had no white shower towels so we had to call for them to give to us. The hotel was not at capacity so the above improvements could have made the stay more seamless.

Need to put address online for railway parade so waze and maps can find it easier to drive in.. not enough clear and large signage to direct guests to level one parking is good although more signage needs again to find you way to correct lifts after check-in very basic things need to be changed and more separation needed from RSL check-in to level one check-in your check-in team needs to be on ground floor level and move the RSL checking far away to avoided confusion
