We did note your frustration regarding the mention of our “restaurant.” To clarify, we do offer a service of meals prepared by a caterer and delivered every two days, ensuring freshness and quality. We understand that this information may have come as a surprise and caused some… frustration, especially when expecting a traditional restaurant. Dear Madam, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our hotel, its location, and our staff. We were, however, very surprised by your comments regarding insect bites in room 209. This room had been rented prior to your arrival and several times after your departure, and we have not received any similar reports from other guests. Nonetheless, we take such matters seriously, and we will conduct a thorough inspection and treatment of the bedding as a precautionary measure.
