Very crowded combination of Ibis budget and Ibis standard

Regarding the busy atmosphere you encountered, we understand that it can sometimes lead to a less peaceful experience, and we are always looking for ways to manage peak times more effectively. perfect stay, last impression: i don't got my invoice via mail...

again, and again and again: ALL is not able to provide me the invoice via mail. Requested it on check in, requested it on checkout, still no invoice in my mail like everytime. This is pleasant stay, very nice hotel, but my personel impression still the same: I hate it to request the invoice again!

The property is far from the city center, but there is tram stop in front of the hotel where you can reach the center by 15-20 minutes. Staff were nice and courteous. But funny thing is their pillow, just check my photo. Breakfast is basic, bread, cereals, meat and cheese, egg, waffle machine available, coffee and tea, juice.

Nice stay away from the city center!

Though it is not ideally located, it is very convenient by Tram #10 which has a station in front of the hotel. Breakfast is basic as in all Ibis properties. Rooms are small with a not so good pillow but the bed is good.

I had booked the room for just a nightfor my wife and myself.We just needed the room for sleeping.We reached the hotel at 11 pm.We were given keys for room 717.We reached the room and tried opening the door but it was not opening.I tried for 4-5 times and then somebody opened the door from inside.He started abusing us.He was asleep and was annoyed but I don't think abusing us was the right thing to do.I tried explaining him that the reception told us that our room was 717 and some misunderstanding might have been there on the hotels end and we were sorry. But he just didnt listen and continously abused us.We went back to the reception and the receptionist told us due to some miscommunication gap he gave me the wrong room.He then told us our room was 217.I raised a complaint against the person in room 717 for abusing us but nothing happened.The mistake was from the hotels end but neither they apologized nor did they take any action against the abuser.I definitely apologized to my wife because of what she had to face after a long day.I guess that's what happens when you stay at a cheap hotels.Definitely not recommended to anyone.
