Found easily, nice and convenient, maybe more amenities in the room and or just a bottle of water would have been appreciated but overall just goo enough. Want to signal the fast charging station on the parking which is really useful and the extremely helpful receptionist who has all answers and happy to help.

Unfortunately, our experience at Hotel Bisi 3 Lac was very disappointing. The hotel felt completely disconnected and lacked basic comfort. It was extremely noisy, making it impossible to rest or work. Due to the poor conditions, we had no choice but to cancel our reservation and move to another hotel. Despite explaining the situation, the hotel refused to refund the remaining 3 nights, which we find very unfair given the circumstances. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful or professional stay.

However, I would like to point out that we are doing everything possible to ensure our clients a peaceful and relaxing environment. Our establishment, located away from the city center, is also recognized for its calm, especially at the end of the week. During your visit to the reception, no comfort problems were reported; you only mentioned the constraints related to public transport, which led you to shorten your stay. We fully understand this difficulty, given the lack of infrastructure. Regarding your request for a refund of the two canceled nights, I would like to remind you that your reservation was for three nights, at a preferential rate that cannot be cancelled or changed. The reception team only applied the current sales conditions, as explained to you and accepted on site. We remain of course attentive to the comments of our clients and would sincerely appreciate being able to discuss with you directly during your stay, in order to search together for a suitable solution as much as possible.
