The hotel ticks all the boxes - perfect location, big well cleaned room, excellent breakfast. The view over the city is amazing! The hotel goes above and beyond the expectations offering nice additions like pillow menu, free mini bar restocked on a daily basis, dressing gowns and slippers in the room, free transport card for all the duration of your stay, and more. It was a very enjoyable experience!

Rooms without proper windows; passive aggressive staff

A Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

There are several rooms that do not have proper windows - the windows in these rooms face an indoor area so you’re not getting any fresh air or natural light from outside. The ventilation system in the rooms doesn’t have great air flow either so that, coupled with the room not having a proper window, makes it super easy to overheat. Staff was also pretty passive aggressive in my interactions with them.

This hotel has been built such that every footstep from neighbors up and down the hall is loudly audible. I slept for 2 nights after the last person on my floor went to bed, and woke up when the first person on the floor got out of bed. Add to that the very soft pillows, weird room layout with an internal facing window and a bed without any space beside it to get in on the right side, and this stay was dreadful.
