Silent AC, comfy bed and pillow, full minibar. You'd be surprised how many 4-star hotels don't have this. Good room service, too.

The checkin and checkout was smooth. Staff friendly and very professional. Tram stop right in front of the hotel which is very convenient. Breakfast not impressive. First day breakfast was chaotic - appeared understaffed.

I stayed two nights in a superior room, one of which together with my wife. We were there to support and attend a Rotary event, including the celebration of 100 years of Rotary Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The hotel is located directly where the event took its place. It was easy to reach with ample parking. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern with most all amenities. The restaurant and bar were very good and offered a generous breakfast. A great stay!
