Very bad experience. The hotel claims to have air conditioning, but it is actually only a cooling system, and it does not work consistently. When we raised the issue, they told us they could not change one of our rooms because no other rooms were available. The only option they offered was to pay for an upgrade to the next room category. However, surprisingly, the upgraded room is actually smaller than the room we currently have. This is very disappointing, especially since proper air conditioning was one of the facilities advertised by the hotel.
