The hotel is perfectly located and offers an exceptional breakfast of outstanding quality. I also really appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided in the room. On the downside, I found the mattress and pillows a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, I missed having a bidet; even a built-in toilet spray (as seen in other modern hotels) would have been a great addition. Despite these points, I had a good stay and will certainly return the next time I am in Bern

The hotel makes a very positive impression from the moment you enter. It's beautifully designed, with a glass elevator. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment overlooking Bern is beautiful and interestingly decorated, especially the bathroom with its exposed bathtub, which was a pleasure to soak in after a long day. The apartment also has a discreetly hidden small gym, perfect for a morning workout. The breakfast was delicious and varied, though it's a shame there wasn't sparkling wine available to make a mimosa:). Overall, my stay was 10/10.

All people at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great, close enough to all attractions, shops etc. Our room was very nice, clean and great size.
