From Monday, February 17, 2025, local traffic routes will change due to the closure of the Kornhausbrücke. The route via the Bern-Wankdorf highway exit (2 km away) remains unchanged. From Bern train station, substitute bus 9 A (direction Schönburg/Viktoriaplatz) will take you to Viktoriaplatz in 5-10 minutes. The entrance of the Swissôtel Kursaal Bern is only 260 meters away. You will benefit from free use of public transport in Bern.

everything was perfect, except that the body soap container in the shower was empty ... and we were not told that the things in the room refrigerator were free of charge (we complained about not having free water available in the room ...)
