From the very first moment, the experience was incredible. We were welcomed in a very warm and respectful manner by everyone. We loved all the facilities, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring Bern. There are quality supermarkets nearby, along with shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. All the staff members speak multiple languages naturally and are highly professional in handling a large number of guests.
