My husband and I stayed in Bern for one night and very much enjoyed the hotel. The rooms are small, true, but well laid out, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the free water on each floor as well as the citrus water available at the front desk. The breakfast was excellent!

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. However, the heating system was insufficient, and we felt cold during our stay. Improving the heating would make the experience much more comfortable.

We stayed there for seven nights. Beginning from early check in on day one till our check out we have nice time. One small suggestion- please provide more storage space and milkoffee throughout the day. Thanks for making our stay comfortable.
