We encountered few issues but was solve quite easily. Very nice hotel and comfortable. Just the staff at the bar have very bad quality service with no manners. Very disrespectful towards customer. That the reason I gave a rating 7 if it wasn't for her I would give 10. The spider web still traumatised my kids and I would expect the room would be functioning well before handing the key to customer. My window wasn't working so had to change room and prior to the window not opening there was a very long and noticeable spider web hanging on top of our bed. The rest was ok until we came to have a drink at the bar. The service was a disgrace I never heard anyone working with customer to talk in this manner. We were shocked. Even we arrived after check-in time quite late our room was not ready 1 out of our 3 rooms.

Very basic services, no room service, rooms need maintenance. Bar fridge not working. Window stuck, good bar service.

Hotel and Staff - Superb Should have been a perfect stay if we were not woken up by loud banging (floor or wall) in the early morning.
