Easy to reach, not far from the highway exit. Staff is great. Breakfast was OK. Avoid the rooms on the tram side (same side as the Bern Expo), as late in the night many many tram came back from midnight till 1am, and even at the 7th floor, it was very noisy.

I have stayed as this location several times now and always enjoyed my stay. This time I even got a much bigger room, much appreciated. The service is awesome and the breakfast is great.

An excellent hotel with convenient train connections to the city. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the service is of the highest quality. The only drawback is the parking garage, which can be challenging for larger vehicles. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and pleasantly quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and the small minibar was a nice touch
