We, my family explored entire Switzerland staying at this hotel. It was one of most pleasant long stay we had ever. The hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast was fabulous. The Bern main train station is just 11 minutes away while using tram and the rides were through the beautiful streets of Bern, which are unforgettable. Truly appreciate the location, very calm and quiet. Do recommend to colleagues and friends.

Well located hotel for travel stop. Room on street side and construction location, quite noisy.

Well located with excellent helpful staff. Only real downside was the expensive car park.

Friendly smile on arrival and very helpful. The room was good, although we are not fans of open wardrobes. Tea & coffee making facilities available, thank you, which is not always the case even in other Novotel. Restaurant food was good with an ample breakfast buffet, although the room itself was a little cramped when busy for breakfast.

The hotels has just 2 elevators and only one can be used to get to -1 to the parking
