Waiter was sitting over our table and was looking what we were putting in our plates.Our children (3) they havent eaten pretty much anything and when we took their sandwiches the waiter was rude and told us that we cannot take them.We went to the reception and reported the incident and they were smiling.I have been using ACCOR hotels for more than 20 years now, and it was the first time that I have been treaten like that. In a family trip, the only reason to pay an expensive breakfast is to be able to get something for the children for later on.When I booked and paid the breakfast there wasn't any term/condition mentioned that take away is not allowed.

Great assistance for my arrival 24 hours early. Shame rooms aorcon was locked at 22 degrees and was not unlocked, nor were the windows of my colleagues. Breakfast was good and staff are amazingly helpful.

Please allow us to clarify that our air conditioning system is centrally regulated depending on the season, which may limit individual adjustments. Nevertheless, your comfort is very important to us, and we are sorry that we were not able to provide a satisfactory solution during your stay. Regarding the absence of a fridge, please note that this feature is available in our Executive rooms and Suites. toilet was not clean, Side to the train is still loud

Everything went well as expected. Had this time a room on the Centre Equestre side, a lot better than my last stay on the tram side (noise until late at that time of my trip, Dec. 2025)

The hotel's location is good. The S-Bahn gets you into the city in about 15 minutes. The rooms have a good size. The only downside is that it can sometimes get warm in the room, but luckily the windows can be opened. What makes this hotel particularly special is the great staff at the reception. They were very friendly and really went out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
