The receptionist who checked us in and looked after us during our stay was so lovely (unfortunately didn’t get her name but she was brunette -could have been names sarah). She took amazing care of us and gave us great recommendations around the city for christmas. We also loved that we got provided with a transport pass. Unfortunately the amenities in the room were not up to standard - the TV chrome cast did not work. We asked multiple times about this problem and were told the tech guy would come in a couple of days (although no one ever came and looked at the tv). We were not provided with any drinking glasses, cutlery or plates, and when we asked for some we were not provided with enough for all the guests in the room.

Not happy because when I booked with the Accor website the price was £585, but the hotel charged me £622 when we checked in. The cleaners didn’t clean the room and on my complaint the staff said we out source the cleaning company so we can’t say why they didn’t clean the room.

We where accommodated at short notice and very well looked after. The staff spoke English well and nothing was a problem. Thanks for letting me borrow the bottle opener.

We stayed in Bern for 2 nights by the end of the year and we absolutely loved the hotel. People were very nice, they had a space for the kids and the breakfast was excellent. The location is not in the city center but there is a tram stop right in front of it that takes you to the city in 10 minutes.
