toilet was not clean, Side to the train is still loud

This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we will address this matter with our housekeeping team to ensure improvements. Everything went well as expected. Had this time a room on the Centre Equestre side, a lot better than my last stay on the tram side (noise until late at that time of my trip, Dec. 2025)

The hotel's location is good. The S-Bahn gets you into the city in about 15 minutes. The rooms have a good size. The only downside is that it can sometimes get warm in the room, but luckily the windows can be opened. What makes this hotel particularly special is the great staff at the reception. They were very friendly and really went out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

Food in the restaurant (evening) was very good. The service in the restaurant in the evening was not great. The breakfast buffet & service in the morning was great.
