Great staff - Room noisy, smelly and below par

Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Location is central and with easy access to train station and the Old Lille. Unfortunately, room 111 on the first floor was dark and dingy. Opening the window meant that you go the smell from restaurants below. The extractor fan was noisy and created a constant noise in the room. Really disappointing.
