We picked this hotel because we were arriving very late at the TGV station of Lille Flanders and this hotel was walking distance. The only problem is their entrance is so small and theit hotel sign nearly invisible, we ended p walking past the entrance several tiles. Once inside everything was fine.

We are however sorry to hear that you had difficulty finding the entrance. We understand how inconvenient this can be, especially after a late journey. the bedroom feature a "king size bed"whch is actually two single person mattressed put together, which makes it very uncomfortable. The bathroom was "renovated"yet the sink was leaking on the second day on, and rust could be seen on the pipes

Regarding the “king size bed”, please note that it is indeed composed of two single mattresses, which is a common setup, but we understand that it may affect comfort for some guests and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We also regret the issues encountered in the bathroom. A leaking sink and visible signs of rust are not acceptable and do not reflect our standards. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team to ensure prompt corrective action. An enjoyable 3 night stay. Good breakfast and lovely bar. Chose the hotel because of wheelchair adapted bathroom. Room too small to manoeuvre the wheelchair. Better if one of th e 3 beds removed. Very friendly staff
