Regarding the room allocation, we would like to clarify that the room category booked is located in our annex building and is not accessible by lift. Our hotel does not have air conditioning in the bedrooms, but fans are available free of charge from reception upon request, subject to availability. There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom, and the pillows also smelled unpleasant. There wasn’t even complimentary instant coffee or a bottle of water.

We could not check in at 1400 as advertised but staff lovely. I did book a room for family asking to use lift rather than stairs. We were allocated annexe though and had to climb three flights of stairs. The room itself was fine if a little dated. I noted that beds had mattress and pillow encasements on so maybe been issues previously Bed was double in one room Double and bunk (bunk no encasements ) on other Was ridiculously hot so no air con unlike most other IBIS. Felt a bit run down but ideal area. 3 brasseurs nearby excellent Lille Flanders across road Decent enough but did not feel like an aacor hotel.

Room fine but small and very little room for luggage. Curtains were too short - about 30-50 cm above windowsill which meant light came in early in morning and woke us. Also did not give privacy from window directly opposite. Bathroom door did not slide well.

We were satisfied with our stay. Our room choice was only suitable for a short layover. We booked 2 nights in the basic room choice which was suitable but for longer stays would look at other room options

Overall the reception staff were friendly and gave us a fan as the room was very hot..we were in the annex which is a long way from reception with tricky winding stairs The staff at breakfast were very inattentive ..he spent most of the time on his phone whilst not topping up breakfast items!!

We picked this hotel because we were arriving very late at the TGV station of Lille Flanders and this hotel was walking distance. The only problem is their entrance is so small and theit hotel sign nearly invisible, we ended p walking past the entrance several tiles. Once inside everything was fine.

the bedroom feature a "king size bed"whch is actually two single person mattressed put together, which makes it very uncomfortable. The bathroom was "renovated"yet the sink was leaking on the second day on, and rust could be seen on the pipes

An enjoyable 3 night stay. Good breakfast and lovely bar. Chose the hotel because of wheelchair adapted bathroom. Room too small to manoeuvre the wheelchair. Better if one of th e 3 beds removed. Very friendly staff
