Like all Mama hotels it was a good experience. We would go for the breakfast alone!! Unbelievably wide selection of foods. Hot meals, breads, oats, fruits, coffees , tea’s, cakes and much more. The accommodations are good and the setting is just cool! Shower was good! This Mama Shelter in Lille is very central. Staff was friendly. You can buy cool merch as well. Go and stay there! We recommend as a couple.

Vast breakfast buffet and minimalistic room design. Good place.

I’ve been an Accor member for several years, and have been to dozens of their hotels every year. This is the only one I’ve been to that doesn’t offer a welcome drink as per the loyalty scheme terms, which surprised me. On business I like to arrive at my hotel after a long day and sit at the bar and enjoy my complimentary drink and relax. Apparently a bottle of water in the room here is the welcome drink, but every other hotel I’ve stayed in has that as well. Disappointing loyal members as they check in, who have more than earned this perk, seems like an exercise in penny pinching.
