Next to the train station & just a wall away from Lille city center, this is the perfect spot to start discovering Lille. There are also many pubs & restaurant less than 5 mins away. Rooms are clean and cozy (separate toilets is definitely a plus) and everyone was kind, smiling and helpful. Thank you for your kind welcome

A warm welcome, although there was some discrepancy on the final cost (local taxes), and good size rooms. Breakfast being available for a long time on the weekend was also excellent.

The experience gets a pass, but not much more than that. They were mistakes made on my billing, even though I explained the situation multiple times to your staff. Additionally there were other factors than could have been better, such as filling up the lotion container, it was empty both nights I stayed there, this time around.

Good location, close to train station and town square 😀 Service varies, some staff are great others not so much. The sofa bed is too thin it was not a good rest. I didnt complain as it was just a 1 night stay, but thought to provide feedback for possible improvement 😀
