We stayed four nights after having arrived by train into Lille Europe. We found the hotel conveniently located a short walk through the Westfield Shopping Centre and then using the footbridge over the railway tracks at Lille Flandres. Check in was swift and our room was comfortable and clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was well stocked and always pleasant and never too busy. We used the bar and restaurant on several occasions and always found it welcoming and well staffed. The food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The staff overall throughout the hotel were always attentive, efficient and very friendly. We hired a car and used the station car park close by at 29.90 euro for overnight parking. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.

This was just a one night stay for work, and I'd booked Novotel as a "budget" option, but was pleasantly surprised - nice lobby, clean & spacious room, decent breakfast and very helpful staff.

Wonderful stay, hotel room very comfortable, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to store our luggage on the day or arrival and on the day of departure which was great. Nothing to fault at all. Close to the station and to the centre of Lille. We would highly recommend.

The hotel is very well located, just 7 mins away from the station. However, rooms need renovation at some point. Everything was clean. The main reason we weren’t 100% happy with our stay was because our door was dodgy and when we returned in the evening to our room we found it open, so anyone could have access. Obviously, it wasn’t a human error, however it’s something that needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

Great location close to old town and Westfield there is a supermarket few mins away for necessities. Hotel staff kind and courteous who had a room available before usual check in time.Reception area was always staffed,had a cosy atmosphere and well lit.The room however was a very big letdown for a 4 star property it was cramped,dated and lacked basic amenities like room slippers,iron etc. The plus side was it was very quiet and AC was brilliant in the 36º heat. The sofa bed for kids is ok but needs updating it was so cramped stuck next to the double bed no room to move around.

We received a very warm welcome at reception on arrival. The check in process was simple, the lady that checked us in was lovely, offered us advise and was very friendly.
