Nice little hotel

The room was very nice, though the hygiene would be even better if the toilet and the tap were directly connected, and if the restroom had a toilet brush. The staff at the hotel restaurant was friendly and helpful, although communication was sometimes challenging due to the level of English knowledge of the staff, and of course, my lack of French knowledge. The hotel was pretty small but also very comfortable. I would recommend it for my friends.

Room was too hot and the whole family had multiple insect bites by the end of the stay, as we had to leave the window open. The air conditioning was only blowing out hot air. The safe was not working in the room, and despite reporting it, it never got fixed. Breakfast was basic and the floor of the breakfast area was sticky.

A nice hotel near everything

This is a very nice and clean hotel very near to both major train stations and Lille centre. We literally walked in after a disappointing AirBnB experience, and asked for vacancy and prices. The service at the front desk was very good and friendly, and we decided to stay for as long as there was room. I would say that the price was about average for a 4 star hotel. The hotel was going to be fully booked so we had to move out to another hotel but that’s not the hotel’s fault. The room itself was clean, maybe a bit worn here and there and the bathroom was a little dated but the nights were quiet and we slept really good. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant the last morning. The buffet breakfast was ok, some highlights and some not so much. All in all a pleasant experience thanks to the wonderful staff, would definitely stay again if needed.
