Our rooms are designed according to the ibis concept, prioritizing functionality and comfort, but we understand that some guests may miss additional amenities such as a kettle, a fridge or more storage space. Your comments regarding the electrical outlets and room layout have been noted and will be shared with our teams as part of our ongoing improvement process. Regarding our outdoor area, we are sorry that it was not fully set up during your weekend stay. As the weather can be unpredictable in Lille, our teams sometimes adapt the terrace installation accordingly, but we understand your disappointment.
