Reception was friendly. Room was a bit small but cleaned well. The neighbourhood is not that good, a lot of trash, bad smell & drifters. Location next to trainstation and nice part of the city is good.

I paid for a double bed and received a room with what seems like 2 single beds pushed together the 2 single mattresss kept sliding apart leaving me on hard wood between the 2 mattress

It was good value for money, friendly staff. Room was clean, smelt fresh, spacious, plenty of storage. Easy to change temp. Smell of urine on path outside. Shower was very slippery. Loud outside in the night.

When I checked in, I was charged for breakfasts, even though my reservation was for B&B. When I pointed this out to the receptionist, she said that she had refunded the sum to my credit card, but was unable to give me a receipt. No refund has appeared on my credit card account. I have emailed the hotel twice but had no response. The restaurant offered a very limited menu despite more tempting dishes being shown on the blackboards, and advertised in the lifts. All in all, a very disappointing stay. Not up to the usual standards of an Ibis hotel.
