Dear Mrs W. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are delighted to read that you found the hotel itself to be perfect and that you enjoyed your stay with us. We are sorry, however, that your perception of the surrounding area impacted your overall experience. Our hotel is located in Lille's railway station district, one of the city's main transportation hubs, ideally situated between Lille Flandres and Lille Europe stations and within walking distance of the city centre, Euralille, and the historic Old Town. As in many major city centres and transport districts, the public environment can occasionally present situations that may be perceived as uncomfortable. However, we would like to reassure you that the safety of our guests is a priority. Our hotel is staffed 24 hours a day, benefits from secure access controls, and welcomes thousands of travellers every year who enjoy Lille safely and comfortably.
