Room a little small with no storage space to speak of. However everything else about this hotel was close to perfect - the welcome, the breakfast, the location. The scrambled egg was odd - probably reconstituted.

Special mention for the staff, who gave such a warm welcome … acknowledged our request for a quiet room and were very patient with us whilst we waited for our train to leave … we will definitely return !! Thanks to all the team !

Our stay at the ibis gare hotel was not alright, and in our opinion not up to the ibis standard we are used to seing. Our experience stared with a checking experience, in which we did not feel welcome. There were 2 busy employees at the checking and no customers. But yet we had to stand up in front of them for a min before someone greeted us. We have signaled a big spider web at the window by email and to reception the next day. The spider web was not removed in the afternoon after the room was cleaned. We had to reach out to reception again for actions to be taken. We were transferred to another room. In addition to that, there was only big towels available and not small ones for our face . Something we would expect out of a 3 star hotel. Overall we are disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the service we received.

Nous sommes également désolés du désagrément rencontré concernant la propreté de votre chambre, et plus particulièrement du traitement tardif de votre signalement malgré vos relances. Ce type de situation ne reflète pas nos exigences en matière de qualité et de réactivité, et nous vous présentons nos excuses pour cette expérience insatisfaisante. Le changement de chambre visait à vous apporter une solution immédiate, mais nous comprenons que cela n’ait pas pleinement compensé la gêne occasionnée. Nous espérons néanmoins avoir l’opportunité de vous accueillir à nouveau afin de vous faire vivre une expérience plus conforme à vos attentes et à nos engagements.
