Satisfied with my stay. The hotel is well located with walking distances to many places such as the Lille train/metro station, various restaurants around. The room was very clean with comfortable bed and quiet environment.

We booked a family room. The hotel is not far from Lille Flandres train station, which was convenient for us as we had to take another train the next morning. The room was clean, although the mattress was a bit soft in the middle. The bathroom was also clean. The air conditioning was not working. Although we booked a family room, the hotel does not have standard family rooms, such as interconnecting rooms. They were only able to offer us two standard rooms, meaning one adult and one child had to stay in each room.

The location was good just a short 12 minutes walk to the Eurostar station. Plenty of restaurants outside. I tried to replenish toilet roll on one morning as they will nobody by the trolley but a big man shouted down in french and made a nod his head and didn't allow with no apologies or smile. In the end I managed to get 2 toilet rolls.

cleanliness wasn't a strong point (I think nobody had vacuumed before my arrival), but luckily staff was customer-driven and changed my room. Rooms were a bit humid, but maybe it was because of the warmth. In the overall, my experience was ok, but could have been better. Breakfast was truly amazing!!

The hotel itself was perfect, but the homeless people in front of it were frightening. Most likely I will not stay there again.

Our hotel is located in Lille's railway station district, one of the city's main transportation hubs, ideally situated between Lille Flandres and Lille Europe stations and within walking distance of the city centre, Euralille, and the historic Old Town. As in many major city centres and transport districts, the public environment can occasionally present situations that may be perceived as uncomfortable. However, we would like to reassure you that the safety of our guests is a priority. Our hotel is staffed 24 hours a day, benefits from secure access controls, and welcomes thousands of travellers every year who enjoy Lille safely and comfortably.
