Have stayed in this hotel before, it is perfectly located for exploring Lille. My poor rating is based on the delayed check-in, we arrived at 3pm and our room was not ready for around 45 minutes. Also had a bad experience with the video mapping thing, I had no idea this was happening, but there was a really loud 3 minute video loop being projected onto the cafe next door between the hours of 9pm-1am!! It was awful!!!

First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay you experienced upon arrival. On that particular day, we faced an unexpected team shortage due to illness, which required us to reorganize the cleaning schedule across our available staff. Despite everyone’s efforts to maintain our usual standards, this unfortunately impacted the readiness of some rooms, including yours. Please be assured that we always strive to deliver a smooth and timely arrival experience, even when faced with unforeseen circumstances. Regarding the video mapping, we completely understand how disturbing this must have been, especially without prior information. These events are part of the city’s cultural life and do contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood. That said, we fully recognize that staying in such a lively city-center location can occasionally come with a few inconveniences, and we are truly sorry that this affected your comfort. Prestige-room, quite expensive (around 240 Euros), but not cosy room, strange and cheap furniture.

very comfortable stay, clean room, good breakfast. Receptionists were friendly and courteous. Bartender was very attentive too. Very convenient location right at the city centre. Highly recommended hotel to stay while in Lille.
