Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your loyalty as an ALL Gold member. We are sincerely sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. The issues you experienced with the empty soap dispenser and, more importantly, the repeated failure to replenish the coffee, milk and sugar despite your requests are not acceptable. We fully understand your frustration, especially as these are basic amenities that should have been provided promptly. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of responsiveness you experienced. This does not reflect the level of service we strive to deliver, and your comments have been shared with our reception and housekeeping teams so that this situation is not repeated. We also regret that the value of your stay did not match the rate paid and that this experience has affected your confidence in our hotel and in the Accor brand. Although we understand your disappointment, we hope you might one day give us another opportunity to restore your confidence and provide the level of service you were expecting. We are also pleased that our water dispensers and the updated air-conditioning settings helped make your stay more comfortable during the warm weather.
