Chère Cliente, Merci pour votre retour, que nous lisons avec attention. Concernant l’eau, des carafes sont bien disponibles à tout moment sur simple demande à la réception. Pour le jus d’orange, nous proposons effectivement un jus en carafe sur le buffet, et l’option du presse-agrumes plaît à de nombreux clients qui apprécient de pouvoir se préparer un jus frais à leur goût. En ce qui concerne le stationnement, nous comprenons que cela puisse représenter une contrainte. Malheureusement, le parking public à proximité ne souhaite pas mettre en place de partenariat à ce jour, malgré nos démarches en ce sens. Nous regrettons que votre expérience n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et espérons avoir l’opportunité de mieux vous satisfaire lors d’un prochain séjour.
