Check-in was seamless. Great location and friendly helpful staff. Lovely comfy bed too and a very good shower - perfect after a day of sightseeing. Only negative - having some milk in the room for tea/coffee. Asked for some at the bar and was given some in a jug - the fridge came in very handy. Plan on another visit.

Had a pleasant stay in a privilege room. Was nice and quiet and spacious with a huge bathroom . Nice selection for breakfast and lounge area comfortable for a drink in the evening. Easy parking at the opera car park.
