Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived . Booking in was a breeze, Room very comfortable and as per the website description. Great choices for breakfast. All staff were really attentive and friendly whilst not sacrificing efficiency. Would be happy to recommend the Hotel to anyone.

The hotel was very clean reception staff were always helpful and polite. Hotel is near the centre and Christmas market. A 10 minute walk from the station. We really enjoyed our stay and will return at some point.
