Having booked last October, your manager wanted us to change rooms ,and then had the audacity to try and charge us more. When I tried to show him my email confirmation he waved me away , a very ignorant man , obviously in the wrong job However the gentleman at the desk Sunday (15th) was brilliant and managed the situation far better than the (clerk) on Saturday, saying this, we were very happy with our stay and would return Regards Robin W.
