Very satisfied in general. Very clean and lovely staff. Shortage of towels on the initial day and the cooked breakfasts could have been a bit warmer. But happy overall. Location was perfect and very central.

Business stay. Chosen for location and Mercure name. No restuarant and breakfast was very limited and gave to cook your own eggs. Unacceptable for a 4star hotel

The hotel is a short walk from the train station and very close to the old town with lots of restaurants and places to visit. On arrival I was given plenty of information to help my stay pass smoothly.

A really good value hotel in the centre of Lille. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Small extras like a kettle, free filtered water and a fridge made the stay extra comfortable
