All staff were very helpful, beds were very comfortable, some street noise including from carpark opposite, but great location for Lille centre

Smooth check in and out. Great breakfast times 7.30 to 11. Good choice if drinks, cereal, eggs, toast etc. Room very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for visiting the Christmas market, the old town and transport links.

I chose the hotel because of location and price but also because it has an elevator. Unfortunately our room was on the 6th floor and the lift only goes to the 5th floor. I have an injury that causes great pain when using stairs. Worst yet at breakfast there were very few chairs at normal height which I really need once my pain has begun. Otherwise the staff were great and the room was nice.
