The room decor is a little dated and the carpets stained in places. It would be useful to have a safe in the room and there was some noise at night at the front of the hotel. although the staff warned us about this beforehand so we were not surprised by it. Location is very close to the centre of Lille and the Eurostar station which is very useful. Overall, the staff made the stay enjoyable and the breakfast selection, although limited, was all very tasty and there was plenty to eat.

people at the front office were nice. my room was comfortable. in 2 min I was or in the train or in the beautiful streets of Lille

The room were cold and they were not taking action after saying couple of times. Considering the room rate the service is not up-to-the-mark.

Dear Mohamad, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am truly sorry that your room was cold and that your experience did not meet your expectations. Your comfort is extremely important to us. Unfortunately, our main heating system went into default due to a broken ventilation component. The replacement part has already been ordered, with a delivery time of four days. While waiting for the repair, we have purchased additional portable heaters, which are available at reception for any guest who may need one. I sincerely apologize if this solution was not offered to you promptly. We will reinforce our communication to ensure every request is handled efficiently.
