Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Sebastien (reception) and a young lady who helped us at breakfast time (sorry, didn't get her name). As first time visitors in Lille, Sebastien gave us all kinds of information which helped us tremendously with our sightseeing. The hotel was very clean. The lift was great and all day tea/coffee/filtered water station was appreciated. Free breakfast was a big bonus.

Comfortable stay in the heart of town, one minor point, the airco didn't work (for some reason it seemed to be locked). Fortunately it wasn't that warm and the window could be opened so that was fine.

The rooms are nothing special but it works. No iron for my shirts and that is bad since I was on a business trip. Free serving in the lobby , but only simple French style breakfast. But the service was excellent. Super friendly staff so you really feel at home.

I spent two nights in Lille with a friend and had a lovely stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly such as Prince (and his colleagues!) and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. The room decor is a little dated and the carpets stained in places. It would be useful to have a safe in the room and there was some noise at night at the front of the hotel. although the staff warned us about this beforehand so we were not surprised by it. Location is very close to the centre of Lille and the Eurostar station which is very useful. Overall, the staff made the stay enjoyable and the breakfast selection, although limited, was all very tasty and there was plenty to eat.
