All interaction with staff was great. From checking in, questions at breakfast, buying a beer at night, etc. all the way to receiving the luggage we left behind for walk in the city before heading for the airport. My room was a little quirky with 2 floors - one for the bed room and one for the bathroom - but everything worked and was clean.

We were given the disabled room on the ground floor which was very nice and had a huge bathroom! However the bathroom was like a sauna! The room was very quiet which was great. The only disadvantage was no window only a skylight. But very comfortable overall. The lounge could do with more padded seating and English tea!

We had a great stay. The rooms are great, very clean and well set up. The hotel is quiet. You can make tea or coffee any time and they have filtered water available. The guy on reception was super helpful and made good suggestions and the map in reception was also useful.
