The rooms are nothing special but it works. No iron for my shirts and that is bad since I was on a business trip. Free serving in the lobby , but only simple French style breakfast. But the service was excellent. Super friendly staff so you really feel at home.

I spent two nights in Lille with a friend and had a lovely stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly such as Prince (and his colleagues!) and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with great attention to detail throughout. Its central location made exploring the city easy and convenient. The food was another highlight—breakfast was fresh and delicious with the extra touch of a glass of squeezed juice. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lille.

We booked 3 rooms. They were clean and adequate for our needs. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially when it came to breakfast service with offers of freshly squeezed orange juice and waffles all served with a smile. Thank you.
