I loved how the Ibis Lille Centre Grand-Place is right in the heart of all the amazing restaurants and tourists attractions. The staff that we interacted with were also very friendly and helpful in providing tips for places to go too. The area I think could improve for my experience is cleanliness of the room. When we arrived there was a bush of hair attached to the bath towel (which was placed above toilet - and I don't think that was the most sanitising place for the towels) and another bush of hair attached to the mat in the shower floor. Also the room was full of cigarette smell that was not ideal for us either.

Very satisfied. A minor problem was to understand how the heating worked. There was no explanation just a lot of buttons to press! No separate hot and cold taps for the wash basin. Hot water can only be obtained by obtaining the highest flow of water from the one tap. A waste of water. The temperatue of the hot water was not particularly high. No heating in the bathroom.

Nice friendly staff and small , but clean room. The location is in the center and parking place is 5 minutes walk, but good. I had some issues with my neighbor , because the television sound could be heard in my room. The score is low, because 200 euro for a night is not the right value for money ( I payed also 80 euro for a night) Also being a member does not have really benefits
