Room very very basic - bathroom clean . Window in this tiny double room was too high - I had to stand on a chair to open it . Breakfast adequate - will stay again as it’s right in the centre

The hotel is located in the Old Center of Lille, a magnificent site full of beauty, history and a rich heritage. There are all kinds of amenities around the hotel. Very good restaurants, fast food and public transport. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the client. Friendly and kind, always ready to suggest an activity or offer you a coffee if you have lost the breakfast. a 10/10. Well done! The rooms are clean and, the main positive point: here no heating cut at night. So we sleep warm. On the other hand, as it is an old construction, the smell of mold is very present. The same goes for the smell of cigarettes. I had to ask to change for another room because I had a very bad night (I have asthma) and I was sick when I woke up. The other room it was okay and I was rewarded with a late check out! Thank you so much!

Try it. Truly excellent location in the heart of the old town and very near shops/restaurants. Very good & helpful staff (ie really nice people). Clean and well appointed rooms. Some rooms can be a bit noisy due to passing revelers on the street below (local beers pitch in at 8%!!). B/fast is the usual French Ibis fare and, to be honest, a tad lackluster plus it never changes; the French Ibis chain needs to take a leaf out of their German counterparts who have a far more varied selection - including cooked b/fast. Main real downside - no bar - shock horror!
