Very good location and nice staff, but there were dirty sheets, dirty towels and the room was very noisy (from the hotel hallway and outside). The room looked old, not was you would expect from a 3 stars... I will not stay there again.

The location of the hotel is very good. We had a triple room, which was very inconvenient: the room was long and narrow. Bathroom on one side, toilet (with no tap to wash your hands) on the other side. In between the beds, with only space between the bed and the wall to squeeze through. If you open the window, these is no space to go around the window and you have to walk on the bed.

Staff were OK. Customer focus. The place is well located but... does not smell good. The ventilation system should need some fixing. Hope this will be solved to improve everyone's comfort.

Everything was smooth except that the different IBIS hotels in the City of Lille are not connected and it is difficult to solve a problem.

Everything with the staff was perfect. Bravo! I am more concerned with the global management practices. :-( I did not receive any news about the refund I am due from IBIS Lesquin aéroport Lille (67,20 Euros) from Sept 16th. The woman at the Reception in IBIS Grand Place was very helpful and called IBIS Lesquin for me. They said the refund was coming in a few days that was October 2nd...... I am waiting since September 16th. I know you are IBIS Grand Palais but for clients IBIS is IBIS. All went well but PLEASE make sure that the other IBIS hotels (Lesquin management) also have honesty standards. Thank you GRAND PALAIS and GRAND PLACE for your service.
