A very pleasant stay started with a warm welcome from the receptionist. Our room was quite spacious, very clean and well fitted out having been recently modernised.

For my purposes the hotel was good value for me and my employees (4) rooms. Adequate facilities , but why oh why in the freezing weather and snow was the air conditioner / heater restricted to 21degrees? My was was so cold we put our overcoats on the bed. My employees were just cold . I have an Accor member for many years and I have stayed both for pleasure and business in all of your brands but I know it’s just a 3 star hotel but this was ridiculous. I await your explanation

Overall, it is a great hotel with central location. But the beds are moving around all the time because they are too light weight and they are not comfortable. Also the noise coming from outside and coming from the heater pipes in the room is making it hard to sleep. I would look for another alternative next time.
