Amazing place, with an amazing location and well mannered staff. I had only 2 points to point out; the bed was extremely noisy, and the bathroom ventilation was not working (or atleast it didn't seem to be working). Other than that, I loved the hotel. Absolutely loved it. Would definitely visit again.

The hotel is really well located, a smaller street off the beautiful grand place. Lots of cafes around and stations only 5 or 10 mins walk. Room small, bed a bit short, but comfortable and clean. A bit of noise from rooms next door and renovations but quiet during the night. Helpful friendly staff at check in. We went to the wrong hotel (ibis grand palais) at first so check which one before walking there! In all, a good stay in a stunning city.
