Well located, staff are friendly and helpful. breakfast area wasn’t clean though, the soonest we approached the area a bad smell all around. Shower handler was broken. But will remain our first stop in Lille.

We arrived just before midday, expecting to drop our bags at reception, to check in later, but a room was available and we were checked straight in, which was really helpful. The bar was good to have in the evening, and breakfast was excellent (and well replenished). The room was small but quiet, well lit and the bed was comfortable.

Clean, and nice staff. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and good. But the hotel is sadly in need of a makeover. Chipped paint, unfinished repairs, no shelves or counter space or hooks in the bathrooms.

Terrible - dirty toilet, uninterested staff; construction site, teared bed linnen, lights without a light switch, broken shower, all at over €250 per night

Not really situated in a nice environment but strategic (public transport, parking, city center at 10min walking distance). Functional, comfortable and clean room, but very noisy (airco and street noise). Good breakfast, large choice and tasty.

A little bit far away from the centre of Lille, but we slept well as the hotel is in business district and quiet at night. There was no safe deposit in rooms, so I asked the receptionist to keep my valuable in the safe at the reception. But it turned out they put my valuable on the open shelf behind the reception, which was a shock to me as it wasn't safe at all to leave my valuable there. It would be so much better if they had a safe in each room, if not, a proper safe at the reception. Double bed mattress and mattress topper were good and comfortable, but single bed didn't have mattress topper and the mattress was so easy to move. There were only bath towels and no hand towels. USB port wasn't working in the room. The room was basic but nice size (one double and a single bed room) and very clean. As many hotels tend to have double bed and a sofa bed, which my son doesnt like, I was glad to find this hotel which has proper beds for 3 of us. Breakfast was basically continental breakfast apart from 1 type of sausage and (not nice) scramble egg. I was happy with the breakfast. Would I stay there again? Probably not, until they have a proper safe at reception.

Breakfast is good and over all infrastructure as well, but I don’t like your bathroom design, hairdryer and the blanket is bad. It is not breathable and I always get too hot during the night and don’t sleep well. Any unit of yours that I stay the same problems happens.
