Hotel was clean easy to circulate to and from and personnel was outstanding. Bathroom was well kept (could do with a better type of shampoo than the generic bodywash mounted on the wall). Main issue was the mattresses being absolute rubbish and myself sleeping terribly. Fix this guys. Costs nothing…….

All wentbto plan. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and discrete. For me, it was ideal as a bolthole for a solo traveller on a short visit to Lille.

Very good. The hotel was conveniently situated (hear the railway station and close to the centre of Lille). The room was fine and the receptionist was helpful with our bicycles. There was a handy bar with some good local beers and the breakfast (for which you pay a supplement) was very good. The only suggestion (in common with nearly all hotel rooms) was that the room would be better if bedrooms had a very low level light to help see the way to the loo in the night without switching on the main lights.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days. We chose this IBIS for location and price. It was easy to walk to the city center and other interesting locations. The friendly staff assisted us with parking, a welcome drink, and late check out.
