Hotel room AC not working, and bitten twice in bed!!

Dear DAVID R., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Lille Centre Grand Palais. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. But... we go immediatly in the room with speczail technician and dressed dog... who didn't find any punaise... Hotel was clean easy to circulate to and from and personnel was outstanding. Bathroom was well kept (could do with a better type of shampoo than the generic bodywash mounted on the wall). Main issue was the mattresses being absolute rubbish and myself sleeping terribly. Fix this guys. Costs nothing…….

Nous sommes désolés que le service et la prestation n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, et nous vous prions d’accepter nos plus sincères excuses. Nous sommes là 24/24, n'hésitez pas une prochaine fois à demander de changer de chambre... mais je reste surpris car nos matelas sont appréciés en général ! All wentbto plan. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and discrete. For me, it was ideal as a bolthole for a solo traveller on a short visit to Lille.
