Pretty good. I had a pretty quiet room. It is nothing glamorous but I wasn't expecting it to be either. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast is good stuff - mostly cold meats, cheese, bread, fruit, cereal, boil your own eggs (it's kinda fun), coffee, etc. Defo worth the price.

We have stayed twice at your hotel. It has been good both times. The only thing I would like to see would be a kettle in the room with some tea/coffee sachets. Everything else was great and we would stay again.

On August 20th, the lady at the reception desk was very helpful 👍 but there was a water leak from the toilet in the bathroom of my room and the floor was wet, again, the same person immediately changed my room 👍

Check in was great and easy even though we arrived late at night. Beds very comfortable and aircon was good. Shower cubicle was a little small but not a problem for us. Breakfast was great - good selection of food and drinks. Very happy with our stay for the price.

Hotel staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok once you realised where everything was and how it worked. Ned was very comfortable. That was all good. However, the room was small and very shabby with a dirty carpet and not much room.

The hotel is close to the pedestrianised centre of Lille old town, and fairly close to the Eurostar station (10-15) minutes away . The rooms are fairly small but adequate. The staff are very friendly when approached, always acknowledge you in English.
