Small room but there are everything you need. One of elevator was broken during the weekend and this is the problem, caused queues.

Poor cleaning and tiny spaces

In general, the room was small and especially bathroom rooms tiny space. Poor conditions and doesn’t feel very clean. After an evening staying, we found some of red spots on our back. My husband open a bed from bed frame found it have some black bugs and dust. Very disgusting…. But breakfast was good and central location.

We were there for the Braderie, three nights. Two friends sharing a twin room, which was smaller than expected (especially the shower room) and sadly a little dreary, despite the lovely online photos of brightly coloured refurbished rooms. The beds and pillows were comfortable but overall we thought we paid a very high price for our stay. The hotel was well located and breakfast (very good) was included in the room rate. Our welcome was friendly and efficient. We were impressed by staff members on reception, at breakfast and the room service lady on the first floor. Everyone was helpful and kind. A real credit to you.

Perfect location, close to the centre, shops and restaurants. All the staff were very friendly and helpful people, great service ! There are some parking facilities also which is definitely an asset to the hotel in the city centre. Happy clients so if we go back to Lille we will return :-)
