Mr B., Thank you for your feedback following your stay in our establishment. Please note that reception is open 24 hours a day, so if you arrive late, our night receptionist will quickly open the door to allow you access to your room. For an early departure, don\'t hesitate to ask our receptionist to serve you a coffee as well and a homemade pastry. In line with our eco-responsible approach, we don\'t offer these services in the room to avoid the use of individually packaged products and thus reduce our environmental impact. However, you have access to a self-service water fountain at the hotel bar. Best regards, Laetitia
