Reserved at your hotel as you were listed as a partner hotel on the GFNY Grand Ballon site. There it was mentioned that all partner hotels: 1) provide an early breakfast 2) allow bikes in the room Point 1 was OK. But upon arrival I was told point 2 was not allowed -> no bikes in the room. This is the MAIN point for me to reserve an hotel. I ALWAYS make sure I can take by bike to the room. -> CANCELED my reservation + had extra stress to find an other hotel on short notice.

However, we would like to clarify that bikes have never been permitted in the rooms at our hotel, and this information was not communicated as a service offered by the hotel. To meet the needs of our cycling guests, we provide secure storage facilities specifically for bicycles. As for the arrangements made for the GFNY Grand Ballon, these had been put in place specifically for the event and had to be adjusted following its cancellation.
