The cleaning could be better. Lots of dust and crumbles in the edges and under the bench, lots of dust in the wardrobe. The lamination was not done very well, large spaces between the elements where dust and dirt remains. The positive thing was the nice clean bed. We slept well. But the curtain had a few holes and was therefore not too dark…

We arrived very late and the staff member who checked us in was very helpful. The room was adequate however there were multiple holes in the curtains either from rips are just worn through, as a result the street light outside was shining directly onto my pillow. The same issue the next the morning as sunlight shone brightly through the multiple holes. I appreciate this is a budget hotel, but perhaps they could stretch to some new curtains!

I don’t like the fact that no response is given to emails. During a previous visit in January at time of check in their computer system was offline. As result of that they could not register my visit in the system and I did not receive my All member credits. Five weeks ago I sent a first email asking to get the points at yet. I had to send a reminder one week later before I got a reply that they would handle the request. Nothing happened. Then one week I sent the second reminder and again two weeks later I sent the third reminder. No response at all! I discussed the issue at check in during my recent visit and the receptionist would discuss it the next working day with the manager. Again nothing happened. I am extremely annoyed about this.

Concernant votre enregistrement lors de votre visite précédente, sachez que des problèmes techniques peuvent parfois survenir, mais il est important pour nous de nous assurer que nos membres reçoivent les crédits qui leur sont dus. Je suis navré que la communication n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes et je vais m'assurer que cela soit pris en compte pour améliorer notre service à l'avenir. A one night stay en route Brussels to Switzerland. Simple but clean room and bathroom, lovely young girl on reception and managing the bar who sadly was not relieved the next day, so had worked at least 14 hrs when I left but she still managed to be helpful and smiled .
