The room and bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was also fine. The only thing that was off putting is that the room had a smell as if it had once been a smoking room. I don’t know if this is the case or if something else was causing the smell. Either way the room didn’t have a great smell.

This is the second visit. 1st one I forgot I was a member of loyalty club so didn't get any discount. This time even though I had confirmation the hotel didn't have it on their system so missed out again. The hotel is perfectly placed mid way on our journey but shame restaurant not open. Breakfast is fine but coffee could be better. We will use again as clean, friendly staff and rooms are fine.
