Worst nights sleep ever in an IBIS, constant noise from what sounded like fans kept us awake. Turned our heating off but made no difference to the noise.

The bath didn’t work and the room was hot, we complained and were moved to another room. The rooms on the first floor were looking tired and a bit musty. We stayed on the second floor on a previous visit
