In a peaceful, green setting, the hotel is ideally located on the junction of the A35 highway to Colmar, Strasbourg and Switzerland, and the A36 highway to Lyon. The hotel is 3.7 miles, 6 km from the exhibition center and 15.5 miles 25 km from Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg airport. There are 77 fully refurbished, air-conditioned rooms, restaurant, bar, inviting terrace and a free private car park. The Christmas markets are a must-see.

Mulhouse has many technology museums: Learn about Schlumpf cars, trains, electricity and printed fabrics, all within 10 minutes of the hotel. Visit the region's tourist areas: the Alsace Wine Route, the Château du Haut-KOENIGSBOURG. For family or sporting breaks, enjoy a number of walking and hiking routes through the Vosges mountains, either on foot or by bike. Enjoy the outdoors with a trip up Ridge Route (Route des Crêtes) or to the zoo and botanical gardens.

By car: just 15 minutes from the automotive and railway museums and 20 minutes from the Alsace Ecomuseum and Bioscope.

This hotel has a good location close to the Swiss border for those making a long journey. As a result, there are a lot of people transiting though and I experienced an issue in the car park where my car was damaged by a car reversing into a small space. The driver was still present and denied causing the damaged despite a similar mark on her car - nothing to do and the Gendarmes refused to attend. The hotel is air conditioned by naturally struggled to deal with the 35C+ conditions. The restaurant is limited, but the Novatel next door has a slightly better offering. Overall, a good price and nice staff, but some frustrations.

Dear Customer Care Team, I would like to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. On 20 June at approximately 10:30 PM,I checked in with my wife and my 9-year-old son. I believe the name of the night receptionist who welcomed us was **Nadine**, although I am not completely certain. Unfortunately, from the very first moment, her attitude was cold, unfriendly, and far from the level of hospitality I have always associated with the Accor brand. We did not feel welcomed or valued as guests. The following morning, I informed the receptionist that I wished to purchase breakfast and use my **ALL Heartist** discount. I presented my Heartist card; however, she firmly stated that no such discount existed. I politely showed her the information on the official Accor website explaining the Heartist benefits, but she still refused to apply the discount. Later, I purchased a bottle of water from the reception, and once again the eligible discount was not applied. In addition, when I requested a folio, I was simply charged for the purchase, but no folio was provided. As my concern remained unresolved, I asked to speak with the relevant department or the Manager on DutyHowever, I was informed that no one was available to assist me. I was very disappointed that no effort was made to resolve the issue during my stay. I explained that I have been working for Accor for nearly 10 years, that I am currently the General Manager of Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Bosphorus, that I regularly stay at Accor hotels around the world, and that I am very familiar with the ALL Heartist programme and its employee benefits. Despite this, my comments were disregarded. The following morning, I spoke with other reception staff, but I received exactly the same response. They insisted that they do not provide any Food & Beverage discount. Since I was staying for only **one night** and had an early departure the following morning, I did not wish to spend the limited time with my family arguing at the reception. Therefore, I decided not to pursue the matter further at that time. As Accor is a French hospitality brand, I was genuinely saddened to experience such disappointment at one of Accor's own hotels in France. In my opinion, this reflects insufficient training and a lack of proper supervision regarding the ALL Heartist programme and Accor service standards. For me, this is not about the money or the discount itself. What disappointed me most was the attitude, the lack of professionalism, and a service approach that, in my opinion, does not reflect the hospitality values of either Ibis or Accor. Throughout my stay, I simply could not feel the Accor spirit that I have proudly represented for many years. Unfortunately, there were also serious housekeeping issues. I found hair on the bed sheet, visible stains in the toilet, and a red blood stain on one of the towels. I chose not to complain about these issues during my stay because I did not want to spend my holiday looking for problems or creating unnecessary conflict. However, considering my overall experience, I believe it is important to mention them. Should it be required, I would be pleased to provide all invoices, receipts, and payment slips related to my stay. First of all, I kindly request that my entitlement to the **30% ALL Heartist Food & Beverage discount** be reviewed and, if applicable, that the amount be refunded. More importantly, I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve staff training and ensure that other Heartist employees and loyal Accor guests do not experience a similar situation in the future. As a General Manager within the Accor family, I am writing this email not to seek special treatment, but to provide honest and constructive feedback in the hope of protecting the service standards, values, and hospitality culture that define our brand.
