As a Silver member, I have always received the corresponding Welcome Drink during all my stays, and I have had the freedom to use it at any time during my stay. I usually order a coffee the following morning, and I have never had any issues at any of the Accor chains. In the morning a gentleman at the reception informed me that if I didn’t use the drink on my arrival, I wouldn’t be able to use it the next day, which I found absolutely ridiculous. Later, I approached the reception again, and this gentleman was talking on his cell phone for a long time, and even though he saw me waiting at the reception, he never approached to assist me. After more than 10 minutes, a young lady kindly came over and told me that, of course, I could use the Welcome Drink for a coffee, and she attended to me very graciously. It’s a shame that certain individuals have such a limited perspective and create completely unnecessary inconveniences for guests.

The hotel is clean and efficiently run. Only comments would be that the rooms are on the small side as are the bathrooms. Breakfast was OK but we had better options at the other two IBIS hotels we stayed at on this break

We don’t expect much from a cheap hotel. Good: Location is convenient for motorway. Rooms were simple, but clean. Restaurant was open (which is great). Menu was limited, but what we had was very nice. Breakfast was simple but enough. Not so good: Reception staff meme et was like a moody teenager. More interested in chatting to her friend. No smiles, no warm welcome. We don’t speak French, but we DO try. The girl made no effort to communicate with us effectively (we certainly tried). We had two double rooms. Both rooms had one towel, one paper cup and one spare pillow. I know this is a budget hotel, but if there are two people booked in a room, I would expect it to cater for that.
