I don’t like the fact that no response is given to emails. During a previous visit in January at time of check in their computer system was offline. As result of that they could not register my visit in the system and I did not receive my All member credits. Five weeks ago I sent a first email asking to get the points at yet. I had to send a reminder one week later before I got a reply that they would handle the request. Nothing happened. Then one week I sent the second reminder and again two weeks later I sent the third reminder. No response at all! I discussed the issue at check in during my recent visit and the receptionist would discuss it the next working day with the manager. Again nothing happened. I am extremely annoyed about this.

A one night stay en route Brussels to Switzerland. Simple but clean room and bathroom, lovely young girl on reception and managing the bar who sadly was not relieved the next day, so had worked at least 14 hrs when I left but she still managed to be helpful and smiled .
