Good location in the city with parking under hotel. Reception very friendly and welcoming. Practically rooms. Only minus this visit some kitchen odours were coming into the corridor but not into the room. Decent offer for breakfast with nice views over the park in front of the hotel.

Lovely staff on reception . Although I did get the boring “I would prefer French” when I spoke to Jacques for a e mail bill having not received it on departure . Only issue was your air con was hopeless and I baked . I moved to a holiday inn express in Basel after day one so I was fine and your staff were very accommodating in not charging me for the first night (I didn’t ask and I didn’t mention the air con, but I think they knew).

The Mercure Gare is well located next to the station and walking distance from cité center. The team is nice even the 1st room provided was next to the elevator.! Avoid rooms that give on the main avenue since this is noisy when opening windows!

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Mercure Mulhouse. The location is extremely central, which made it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the in-room tea and coffee facilities, as well as the thoughtful complimentary items. It was also a great plus to have slippers provided in the room, along with amenities such as a vanity kit and a dental kit — small details that make the stay much more comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience, and if I visit Mulhouse again, I would definitely choose this hotel.
