Our experience has been positive, hotel is well located, close to train station but quite and comfortable. We enjoyed the sauna. The only negative aspect was the receptionist, not polite and professional in particular when we arrived.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Mercure Mulhouse. The location is extremely central, which made it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the in-room tea and coffee facilities, as well as the thoughtful complimentary items. It was also a great plus to have slippers provided in the room, along with amenities such as a vanity kit and a dental kit — small details that make the stay much more comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience, and if I visit Mulhouse again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel has a good location and a great team of staff! But, if you are thinking of staying more than a few nights, you will have to leave the hotel for dinner! The menu is not great, and the weekly rotation is not enough to make you want to eat there again. Such a shame when you work late and do not want to leave the hotel.
