We stay one night on the way from Pariz (4.11-5.11) with kids in Novotel Mulhouse. Hotel is well located and has good price with solid clean breakfast. Breakfast has someting for everyone even vege milk , agava , fruit .. They olso have werry nice dinerr to. All interier is interesting decorated (like atelier) but in rooms furniture and beds need renovation .But room was verry clean dispite of that.. In hall they have free wather machine so You can take water for trip. Receptionist in evenening (blond girl) was very nice and polite .We feel wellcome with her. Finaly : Hotel was clean, good breakfast ,pleasent staff Hotel is good we hope that in future rooms will be modern renovated ..

Disappointing. Although the weather forecast clearly indicated a fall of the temperatures, we were told that the heating system had not yet been activated, thus cold in the room, cold in the restaurant for dinner, freezing cold in the morning for breakfast. The staff was very helpful, but obviously there was not much that they could do … We had an apéritive, no chips, no nuts available. We had to use the Qr code to read the menu … not a very welcome stay .

Concernant le chauffage, nous fonctionnons avec une pompe à chaleur et durant le week-end de votre venue, cette dernière était en transition du mode "été" à "hiver". Cependant, veuillez nous excuser que vous ayez eu froid. Pour le restaurant, nous fonctionnons avec des QR code car cela nous permet de réduire nos déchets papier. The receptionist foundationen blankets and called ambulance when my wife fell off her wheelchair. The HC-room was good, but the bed could have been higher. Dinner not worth price, breakfast acceptable, but not espesially rich

Good location, but needs some TLC

Convenient location for where I needed to get to, but for a Novotel, it is a L. dowdy, and is in need of renovating. It also has the somewhat annoying trend of having no dedicated check-in desk, just a roving member of staff with a laptop, that can never be found when needed.

No air conditioner, no frigobar, breakfast wasnt at Novotel standard at all

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your stay with us. Unfortunately, it was far from meeting your expectations. Our hotel is not air-conditioned, but we do have an air-cooling system to limit the heat, but when it's very hot, the system unfortunately shows its limitations. I apologize for the inconvenience. It's true that in recent years we've experienced high temperatures that weren't so high 40 years ago when the hotel was built, which is why we chose not to air-condition. We do have minibars in our superior and executive rooms, but I suggest that you book this type of room in the suite, which seems to suit your needs better. Since the beginning of the year, the accor group has changed the breakfast service, which is different but fully compliant with the brand's standards. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't appreciate these changes. I sincerely apologize. Matthieu Dennebouy Director
