a motel in the commercial zone. rooms are old and need to be renovated. Breakfast is basic with some local products. the only added vale is the position in you want to make a stop-over not far from the motorway.

Hotel is okay, small troubles (no more Black tea...) but over all there was not enough personal in the premises... every time I needed them I had to wait at least 20min... It was halloween week-end, okay, but hotel was at least half full.... no excuses... On more point : where are the smiles ??

Staff was really nice and pleasant. Room facility is frankly below expectation like having doors quite in damaged state. I noticed in latest years Novotel standards became lower, specially comparing France to other countries, as by my experience.

I have asked for refund because the hotel don’t have 4 star standard Ask for spare blanket they refused and room can’t accomodate 4 people

We refused the refund because this problem could be resolved if they ask at our night manager. We have receptionnist 24h/24 to welcome and answer at all questions. At 16:00 a employee, knocks on the door and barges in. Between 21:00 and 23:00 the door just opend, nobody came in. In both cases the door was locked from the inside.

Outdated hotel

Because we are familiar with Novotel class we selected especially this hotel in this area. However this hotel is totally outdated and does not fit the Novotel class anymore. Despite the hotel is outdated (never seen a hotel without an elevator) rooms are clean and bed's comfortable. Breakfast is good but we had the impression that the hotel is understaffed. Tables did not have a table-mat or tablecloth. Even worse, tables were not cleared in time and certainly not cleaned after the use of previous guests. At checkout, I could not see the details of what was charged. The invoice would be send by email. After receipt of the invoice, it appears that 8 euros too much has been charged. I have reported this by email but have not received a response so far. So I believe Novotel will not correct his mistake.

Chaotic breakfast

This Novotel I would now consider as a average hotel. The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot, though climbing in and out is cumbersome. We didn’t have dinner on this visit. Breakfast was chaotic. There were no staff visible, everyone was gathered around the drinks machine, everything was running out and some guests were fraught. I felt sorry for the staff when they did appear as guests were wanting everything. The food itself was fine. Luckily the weather was fine and we were able to sit outside, otherwise we may have struggled to find somewhere to sit. Yes the hotel was busy but in August I would expect to be and should have had more staff and at least someone monitoring the situation.

The room are a bit old and not so well designed in particular the room for disabled person. The breakfast was average and the offer basic. The staff was nice. I stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and it was far better

Hotel temperature was too hot and uncomfortable. The air conditioning was apparently not working or set too warm for comfort. Few of the other guests respected the COVID-19 situation, with most not wearing masks or not covering nose. Hotel staff seemed tired of too much work. Breakfast was poorly laid out with a large crowd in a small area.

I think this is the worst Novotel I've ever stayed in. I've stayed in a few, and this one was just...odd. On arrival, it looked like a fibrolite left over from the 70's, and the inside was even more reminiscent of the 70's. The manager continued to sit in his office when we arrived at the counter, despite us being able to see each other, and the cleaning staff continued their loud argument on the mezzanine. In another review I read someone had mentioned a pervasive smell, and it certainly did smell in the public areas. Our room was large, very dated, but clean and with comfortable beds. The check-in person spoke reasonable English, but for the bar staff we needed to use French to communicate. Overall, just a tired and shabby hotel, and certainly not one that should be operating as a Novotel. There was a Mercure in the area as well, almost adjacent, which didn't look any prettier. Avoid!

We spent one night on our way to Switzerland. Conveniently located close to the highway. Rooms a little bit outdated but clean. Double bed with 2 extra single beds, ideal for a family with 2 children. We requested and received a bathroom with bath. Breakfast offerings were OK. Good orange juice. We will be back...

I had chosen this hotel because it was convenient and I thought I could relax before an important meeting the day after. But this was a day of a heat wave in France and this hotel has no air conditioning. My mistake, otherwise the hotel is well located, the staff is super friendly and was very helpful despite the hot situation ( fan if requested ). breakfast was good

Difficult to access the territory at night - the speaker phone at entry does not work, had to check with neighbor Ibis to call then and let us in. When finally entered – outdoor parking available with enough space. Hotel staff is not cordial (every staff person). Room is old. Beds for kids are not comfy. Slept well. In front of the room in the morning found a bunch of laundry carts difficult to pass. Breakfast was not bad, but the worst among any other 4-star Novotels visited so far. First hotel among any Accor hotels in some years that did not offer the welcome drinks for the family (4 people) but for me only. On my remark that any other Accor hotel was always offering 4 drinks without any demand from my side replied “1 drink is in the contract”. I refused to take any then, do not appreciate cheapskates. Will not come again.
