Perfect Rest Stop on Our Journey from Luxembourg to Italy

We recently stayed here during the first leg of our driving trip from Luxembourg to Italy for a wedding. My wife, our 10-month-old baby, and I had been on the road all day, so by the time we arrived in the evening, we were exhausted. To our delight, the room was not only comfortable but also spacious, making it a great spot to unwind after a long drive. The bed was cozy, and all three of us—baby included—slept very well. After a restful night, we woke up feeling refreshed and ready to continue our journey. Although we hadn’t booked breakfast in advance, my wife decided to try it in the morning, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The food was fresh, reasonable varied, and definitely worth it. Overall, this hotel was the perfect stopover for our trip, offering both comfort and convenience. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

No aircondition, confusing restaurant (They weren’t attentive) good parking

Our hotel does not have air-conditioning but a cooling system which has been out of order for a month. We found ourselves without a solution and with very long replacement times. The room had no air conditioning for a room for 4 people it was quickly very warm and stuffy. Plus it was impossible to open the window as a party/event was going on at the restaurant just below with a live dj and all. Clearly not what I expect from a hotel stay. Especially with 2 small kids who were very tired... Luckily the staff was extremely kind.

Poor facilities, low or no roof and walls isolation, extremely hot. Worst staying experience ever. I’ll never go there again, and advise everyone to avoid it. Staff rudely responded that’s why the hotel is cheap!!!

Good food, nice people. However, not having any form of airco or system to cool is for a Novotel below standard. Slept terrible. Also had to remove the plastic cover from the bed.
