We did not get keys to our room at all (the clerk had to come and open our room door every time we had left the room) Parking says it is for cars up to 1,90. Our car i 1,85 but we could not park the car in the carage: there was something on the floor at the entrance that the heigh was less than 1,90 (we got a scratch on the car ceiling outside) But something good: the shower was ok and we slept ok.

The room was good enough. First night when we arrived Spannish lady was very helpful and kind. Hotel location is good also. Two problems: major problem is rude personnel. The sink was clogged, so the water didnt flow in thr sink in our room. In our third night, at around 11 pm we arrived in our room. Then I went back to reception to report the problem to get it fixed next day. However the gentleman at the reception (19th of september night) was very rude. He said let's go to room and immediately started walking fast. I was suprised because it was late (11pm) and my baby was already sleeping in the room. I said where are we going whrn he was in front of the elevator. He said to the room. I said no, I have my family there and it's late. He just turned back to the reception and said you know. I said what will we do with the sink problem? He said you dont allow me to go to room, so nothing to do. I said or was going to say why dont we fix tomorrow? I said I am here just to report no need an immediate fix. But he even didnt listen was just rude saying the same things: wht can I do? You dont alow me to go to room. I cant understand the problem without seeing. Next day morning I told the same problem another lady at the reception. She said ok we will fix and the evening when we were back it was already fixed. So it was very simple problem actually.

The stay was not unpleasant but there were a bit too many things that left to desire: the room was on a busy road and the aitr conditioning was barely working. so we needed to keep the window open but the noise was really disturbing. besides, we found bath materials only for one person at our arrival. The coffee in the morning was way overpriced, especially for that quality...

Booking mess up for outdated hotel in questionable area

We booked two connecting rooms, one with two single beds and and with a double bed for our family with young children. Upon arrival, this was not available. We ended up with two rooms and had to split up. The advertised guarded parking couldn’t fit our car. The rooms were noisy, tight and felt outdated. Downstairs area was nice though, and the breakfast was ok.
