The lift was not working and our rooms were on 3rd floor. We couldn’t even use my daughter’s stroller. We had to pull luggage through 3 floors with an infant.

I was driving home from Italy & Mulhouse seemed a good place to stay. The staff were helpful & welcoming and the room was clean, no frills but everything you need. I also had something to eat there too as it was so hot outside. The breakfast was varied & well presented & I was grateful for a space in the car park as I had a lot of things in the car, so it felt more secure.

Room was clean and well prepared. The bed linen was not properly put in place and the gaskets of the shower doors were missing which lead to water leaking when showering.

We stayed for 2 nights on 4th floor. The corridor has strong smell, bad. Minimum facility at hotel rooms; no coffee either. Breakfast was just OK, not good.

I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this was the worst. I arrived at 19 00 There was no staff at all in the dark lobby, I was told the receptionist was cooking in the kitchen, she seemed to be the only member of staff? She eventually checked me in and was pleasant, but obviously harassed. I paid to park in the hotel underground car park. The car park was flooded, more like a swimming pool!!! The room was clean and basic like other Ibis hotels I have used although the bathroom had a smell The breakfast was a pleasant buffet Again, only one staff member covering breakfast and reception The two staff members were very young and trying their best I would never use or recommend this hotel, sadly

Juste déçu à mon arrivé la chambre n'était pas faites le lit pas fait les serviettes sale par terre

Je tiens à m’excuser sincèrement pour l’erreur d’attribution de chambre à votre arrivée, qui vous a malheureusement conduit à une chambre qui n’était pas encore prête, avec un lit non fait et des serviettes au sol. Ce n’est absolument pas le niveau de service que nous souhaitons offrir. Nous avons immédiatement pris des mesures afin de renforcer nos procédures de contrôle pour que cela ne se reproduise plus à l’avenir. Votre retour est très important pour nous, et nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau afin de vous offrir une expérience pleinement satisfaisante. Un problème au petit déjeuner, il n'y avait pas de sucrette pour les diabétiques, café trop fort .

Concernant le petit déjeuner, je regrette sincèrement l’absence de sucrette. Il est important pour nous de prendre en compte les besoins spécifiques de nos clients, notamment en matière de santé, et nous allons veiller à ce que ce produit soit désormais systématiquement disponible. En ce qui concerne le café, nous utilisons un mélange 80 % arabica / 20 % robusta certifié Rainforest Alliance, avec une machine Melitta adaptée aux standards hôteliers. Cela dit, je prends bonne note de votre remarque sur son intensité. Nous allons voir comment ajuster l’extraction pour offrir une alternative plus douce aux clients qui le souhaitent.
