Very well located, near the train station and city-center. The room was clean, the breakfast can be enriched, but it's Ok. If you are with friend, you may stay in the lobby in the evening or at the bar next hotel-Ibis Style, which is connected inside. The room is very small, you almost don't have place to move between bed and wall There isn't hair dryer in the room and I asked for two evenings in the reception, but they didn't have one, it was to others tourists. Also the space for breakfast is too small, you have to wait for a table.

We have bed bugs in our bed (room 257). At 4.30 a.m. we noticed a lot of bed bugs on the mattress and even the bed sheet has blood stain. We went downstairs to the reception to complain and he offered us compensation and change our room (No. 252) immediately. The next morning, we spoke to the manageress, Md. Audrey. To our disappointment and disbelief, she told us that the night shift receptionist has no right for the compensation and disagreed with it. We were very unhappy and told her that it is not correct. Then she reluctantly and without a word of apology went inside leaving the receptionist to attend us, not even offer us a free breakfast or cleaning our clothings. We have to clean and wash all our clothings ourselves. Even now my wife has rashes on her face, legs and hands. Our new room 252 is also a disaster. The drainage from the shower was blocked. We went to the receptionist to complain but no action was being done. We have to take shower and have to wait for the water to drain away then only can continue our shower. When I met you in the morning, I immediately and repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience and offered to help you find a doctor if you felt the need - you told me that it was not necessary and agreed with us that this incident was obviously beyond our control and that it did not in any way affect the quality and hygiene of our establishment. I reassured you regarding our several controls. You also praised the responsiveness of our night which immediately gave you a new room. This new room that was "perfect" and you fit it completely. Indeed, on a commercial basis we offered you to offer you breakfast or even an upgrade in the establishment next door but you only wanted a refund. You forgot to mention that this is what was done. You agreed that this was an event beyond our control, accepted our apologies for the inconvenience, commended our team for their responsiveness and took note of the measures we were putting in place. Your health was good and you refused the help we offered to give you. The dialogue was closed since you only wanted the refund of your night that you obtained elsewhere. Me and my team have done everything we can to satisfy you and give you our help, I am sorry, although with all the efforts put at your service we have not succeeded. Sincerely,

I’ve previously stayed at Ibis Budget hotels elsewhere in France, and all are fine hotels. Nice sized rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfasts were excellent, I especially loved the “chunky” applesauce! The only thing I would change would be to have reading lamps by the beds, or another light switch. It’s a short walk to the center of the city, or a shorter tram ride, âne very near the Gare.

Clean, budget priced hotel. No frills but was a good place to sleep and take a shower. Breakfast was a reasonable value for the €7 additional cost.
