This is one of the best of the Ibis Budget brand. The hotel is new and has lovely rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is also pretty good. I'd stay again.

We had en good night en great breakfast. The parking was super under the hotel en the hotel is near de center of Mulhouse. Is good hotel to overnigth when you are on your way to or from to Italy. See you later

Good location, good breakfast. Reception did not see our reservation at first, we had to show our confirmation email and also payment proof to convince them, they should see that in system.

The hotel is very clean and close to the city center, the underground parking is very practical, in was a perfect overnight stop on our way to holidays. The city center of Mulhouse is charming, don’t miss a crepe there! :-)

Nice and helpful staff. Small but clean rooms. Microwawe oven in the lounge fro low budet travellers. Good location - next to the railway station. 10 minutes from the city centre. The wifi was a little bit weak.

The staff was kind and really helpful. They helped us in everything, they were professional. We appreciated the microwave in the lounge and the reamining croissants that they served us after breakfast. The hotel was clean, only the wall of the room was a littla bit dirty, it has been not painted for a few years.

Approx 3 minute walk from Mulhouse Central Station, it is cheap with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is good value too.

We felt the noise from the railway line and the lift was unacceptable and the bed and facilities were poorly thought out. There was no electrical socket on one side of the bed but two on the wall across the room which we couldn't use because they were too far away. There were no flat surfaces in the bathroom to put anything on and the bed was extremely basic with two thin pillows.

Not the first time I stay at this specific location. Staff are just amazing, good location. However, this time I was very let down by the quality of the mattress and pillows. Nothing I did allowed me a good night rest. I thought it was just fatigue and position, but the 2nd night was worse. Budget on the name has nothing to do with the quality I came to expect from your group. The room was 366, please do have a look.

Dissapointing experience. Air conditioned was too noisy and not working as expected. Issue was mentioned at the reception, when we checked out. One of children's bed had a real dirty spring mattress. Bed sheets were ok though, but still .... Won't book a family room again. Or at last not in an - Ibis budget.

It was Almost impossible to find the hotel car park, after 80 minutes of driving around I gave up and got a taxi to show me the way. My sat nav could not find it, no signs anywhere to be seen. I would not recommend or stay here again.
