Staff polite and helpful, rooms more or less clean.. shower edges could be better. Quiet enough except to keep cool you have to have the very noisy air con on and that is really rubbish anyway barely making a difference.. so you over heat or dont sleep. Plus nothing on website to say secure parking garage has height restriction so we had to park on the street and hope nothing happened to car. Fortunately it is a safe area and close to centre of town for food as well.

This hotel was convenient for arrival and departure from the train station. The desk staff were helpful in checking us in, even though they were overwhelmed by the Tour de France groups trying to check in also. The room was mediocre. Not very attractive, air conditioning that didn’t really cool the room, and door handles falling off the toilet and shower rooms. This room has seen better days. But it was clean and quiet.

The staff who greeted us were excellent, friendly and helpful. There was initially a problem with the beds in the room we were allocated: I had explained, when making the booking, that I would be travelling with my adult son and that we required a room with two single beds (as advertised on your website) and I had been assured that this would be provided. But, when we saw our room, it had one double bed. We explained that this was not suitable, The staff then took trouble to find us a suitable room with two single beds. I wonder if the booking and reception staff can tell, from the information they can see when they are at their desk , what the arrangements of the beds are in the rooms?

Very convenient underground parking, superfast check-in. Room was small and basic as expected in the budget line. Breakfast is ok. Nothing to complain.

Strong noise every 5-10 minutes made it impossible to have a proper sleep. Sounded like drilling into the wall, but probably some kind of machine restarting. We measured time between every time time noice cam, and it was every 5-10 minutes. The noise was all evening, through the night and in the morning. I went to th reseption twist about the noise, and tried to change rooms. I was told the hotell was full.

The hotel is well located, close to the train station but not too noisy and in a nice setting. The parking is convenient. The rooms could be a bit cleaner -- there were several areas with accumulated dust. But what I disliked the most was that the room keys (cards) malfunctioned frequently and the people at the reception desk (who were all very nice) gave out new ones without checking our identity... it made me suspicious of the whole security system.

The hotel was well located but the room was on the train tracks and road side and way too hot to sleep well. We mentioned it to reception but nothing could be done as apparently we had the only family room of the hotel. Other than this, the hotel is convenient with underground parking and breakfast available at reasonable prices.

The hotel is very close to the station and transport links through the city. Clean modern hotel to the usual Ibis standard. Unfortunately the breakfast was overwhelmed by the Belgian coach party of teenagers making it difficult to get a peaceful breakfast . Staff were friendly and helpful .
