no cleaning product in the shower, bottle was empty, strains on the wall in shower and bedroom, humidity strains on ceiling….

We stayed here during a journey from northern Italy back to the UK. Hotel centrally located. Rooms are clean and modern. Typical contemporary city style decor. Nice shower room. Big TV, fridge and tea/coffee. Hotel was fairly quiet on a Thursday night. We ate at the on site Au Bureau pub - Food was fine and service was good. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice, good quality breads, hot selection, crepes, cheese, cold meats, cereals, sweet things etc. Would stay again if in the area.

Great location! Convenient parking, excellent breakfast and kind staff. It’s nice to have the option for room service from Au Bureau. Also appreciated the little details such as slippers in the room and stocked mini fridge.
