Where do I start.. This is not the first time I use a F1 hotel, and usually the experience is "no frills, clean, does the job. Not this time. Let's start with the gentleman at reception. Paid little attention to us, complained with me about the previous guest (that was very polite but dared asking a couple of questions) and then couldn't find my reservation. Since he didn't speak anything other than French, he seemed frustrated when he asked when I booked. When I showed him the email from Accor confirming the reservation he said "Acor is not good. Never use it. Use Booking". Which is totally bizarre. When I asked where was the cot I asked during booking he replied dismissively "there are none". And that was it. The whole of the hotel was dirty, but this the toilets and showers gave a new meaning to the word "dirty". My wife point blank refused to use the toilets at the second floor, and used the one at the ground floor instead. I tried to use the one at the second floor, and it's an experience I will never have to repeat in my entire life. I've been in public toilets in Bangkok that were cleaner. I've used facilities in pubs in England that would be an example of cleaningness in comparison. Three showers and one toilet were marked as "to be cleaned, don't use". For the life of me, I cannot imagine their conditions. The room was not so dirty but it could be cleaned better. One bed frame was broken and unusable. Obviously no one bothered to check it in advance. Overall an abysmal experience. If someone in Accor management will ever read this review - which I doubt - go and book a room and experience for yourself how crap this F1 is.

Well located, good parking and WiFi, but otherwise not good at all. My mistake for not ensuring we had an ensuite room, and we payed a low price. However, anyone could enter the hotel as the fire doors were always open. Breakfast was a disaster...chairs were on the tables so we had to remove them ourselves, we had to ask for cutlery and bowls, the toaster was broken, they had ran out of juice, the coffee machine only offered black coffee, the staff were unhelpful. I will never stay in a F1 hotel again, and it drags down the brand of Accor.

Parking full of rubbish, extremely dirty and sticky floors in corridor, a non welcoming man at the reception, an overall feeling of insecurity in the hotel! Will never come back!

Toilettes + douches sales, l’état de la chambre laisse à désirer. Situé dans un quartier où il ne faut pas traîner le soir. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce Formule 1 à éviter (il vaut mieux dormir dans sa voiture que dans ce qu’il propose). J’ai demandé à ce que les douches soient nettoyées on m’a répondu « ce sera effectué plus tard dans la soirée » au final le caleçon retrouvé lors de notre arrivée dans l’une des douches n’a pas était retiré le lendemain matin, ce qui confirme que les douches ne sont pas lavés.
