The service from Kassime on arrival and departure was exceptional. The hotel facilities and location were ideal, so much so that we booked an extra night. The only disappointment was the service in the restaurant and the food.

Easy to find, close to centre of town, easy parking on site (extra charge). Very good buffet breakfast and dining restaurant.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good & plentiful with lots of choice, the hotel was linked with the Mercure. Unfortunately the room did not live up to previous Ibis hotels we have visited. The colours used to paint the walls was depressing leaving us feeling we did not want to be in the room for long. The towels were very thin and ripped. The paint on the walls was knocked about, hence the score of 3. The room was clean and quiet.
