Good hotel with parking in the underground.

The hotel is close to the highway, but also very close to the centre. Very friendly and helpfull staff at the reception. Good (Paid parking) with two free to use 22kwh chargers for electric cars. Everything within walking distance. Only downpoint: the rooms are too warm to our taste. Hotels can easily safe money by turning the heater down a few degrees.

Efficient friendly helpful staff. Restaurant disappointing for me in that menu heavily based around cheese. Limited choice to avoid this. Also disappointed no tea/coffee making facilities in room . Not aware of this when booking.

We stop at this hotel every year on our way to and from southern Spain, with our dog. The access on and off the A28 is easy, and the hotel is comfortable and the restaurant, excellent. Staff are helpful and attentive.
