We arrived by motorcycle in 40° heat, we were a total hot mess when we got to the hotel, we're were a bit early. I spoke to reception, who totally dismissed us, and without asking any details, just said come back at 3pm, this happened a few times over the next hour, despite me and my wife boiling in bike gear sat outside the hotel. My wife asked for a water, which they said they would bring out. It never arrived. I will say that the staff and the service improved after we checked in, and the manager found me directly to apologise and explain why it had happened. A shame because this is the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel and the 1st time I've experienced poor service. Other than that, great location, great rooms, great breakfast.
