We stayed at the Hotel in Rouen after getting off the Navette in Le Havre. We had a booking at the Mercure Hotel in Honfleur. Unfortunately we missed our way in the dense fog and ended up on the A13. Pressed on to the Mercure in Rouen unannounced and received a good reception. The hotel and staff was delightful. We will go there again.

This is an ideal hotel for visiting Rouen and surrounds. The location is perfect, easy parking and the rooms are clean and nice large beds. The breakfast menu is extremely good and varied. An ideal stay.

It was a nice stay. I had a good diner at the restaurant and watched football at the bar. Only thing what I was missing is a minibar in the bedroom.

Disappointing. Although the hotel was far from full, nu upgrade was proposed to Platinum members. In various Accor hotels you also receive a small git/chocolates as a Platinum member, but none of this in Rouen. Instead, I got a very small room which was ice-cold and very noisy... Very dissapointing and do not see the need to stay loyal to Accor if treated as a basic tourist who only uses hotel once...

It was OK, nothing to signalize expet the fatc that the restaurant is a bit slow and not a lot of dishes are proposed; and on the room we do not have yet the samples of body lotion available. More and more cutting costs... Another important thing: why you contacted me on the morning asking if I was supposing to come or not? I had left already my credit card as warranty and you are not sensed to give away my room to somebody else...

We stop at your hotel twice a year for many years in june and in september my wife is handicapped ,can only walks short distance with rollator and needs a handicapped room last month for the first time none was available, all of them were occupied by a group your staff did their best to give rooms on the fifth floor but the shower was inadequate ( step and no handles }hope one will be available`ble next time

We experienced several mishaps during our brief stay such as towed rental cars and lost luggage. Each of the desk people we dealt with was caring, super helpful and good humored....a pleasure in our difficult situations. They all deserve raises!!

Hotel conveniently situated near main access roads to Rouen, but very close to the city centre. The hotel had convenient underground parking and comfortable but slightly dated rooms. The Bar Food was excellent.

Hotel fine. Advertised parking but could barley fit a mini into spots after French registration cars double parked.

Need better signage on slip road. Our GPS did not pick up the slip road. Could see Ibis but not Mercure which led to 20 minutes of not-fun driving in circles around small streets. Dinner was excellent and it was a nice walk to the centre of the city.

Better signage (Turn here for Mercure!) would have helped eliminate an awful round of back roads. Could see the Ibis sign easily but not the Mercure. Dinner was excellent and bed was most comfortable.

The hotel has a lovely park with a fountain and shady trees. The room was cool with a/c as it was so hot when we visited Rouen. Staff were friendly on checking in. The food was great value and a good standard in the restaurant. Again good service. Would definitely return. A short walk into the city was great to help see more of the beautiful buildings.
