We had an excellent time at this clean, bright and perfectly located hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The gentleman at the front desk ( whose name started with a "Y"-sorry, I forgot it) went out of his way to ensure our stay was successful. The parking garage was ideal although a bit tight. We will surely return and we definitely recommend this hotel

This has been a perfect discovery for us - comfortable and well located hotel with lovely staff. We've stayed twice now and both times was excellent. It was great access en route, secure parking (not too expensive) and lovely rooms - great menu in - and a short walk to old Rouen and the wonderful variety of restaurants and bars it has to offer. Beautiful buildings and churches. We plan to extend our stay to a few days next time.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, from when it was first built. We know that we will have a comfortable night, a good meal and a good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff.
