We look for several things in any hotel, this Mercure hotel has most of them, BUT not one. There are 2 Mercure hotels in Rouen, the other is in the very heart of the city and is much more expensive, but this still has a good location (around 600 m from the centre). Room was fine, nice view, decent air conditioning, reasonable size, staff friendly/helpful, with great English spoken. Normandy is the producer of some excellent fruit, cheeses, meats etc - sadly the breakfast at the hotel is very poor, which is a serious issue given the quality of breakfast we've had at numerous other similar European hotels. One item missing out of several - just a shame as it could be "100% excellent"

The receptionist was nice and welcoming. The room and the bathroom were clean The room wasn’t quiet (#102) I could hear the occupants next to my room. The Tv doesn’t have a Bluetooth connection or a streaming app so i didn’t watch Tv
