A flat pillow and no extra one in the room. No chance of requesting a second from housekeeping as the phone didn’t work. No bedside table, shelf or anything. I would haven thought these were fairly basic items in a hotel room. The hotel generally looked tired compared to other Mercury hotels.

Great location, breakfast was excellent. Choose this hotel for the underground car park but the car park exit onto the pavement needs to be levelled properly to prevent damage to vehicles.
