It was a good stay & facilities are well prepared. The washing machine is useful, but it would be nice to have a dryer to use. There were quite a number of drain flies in the bathroom and quite annoying. The rubbish bin is advisable to be installed with lid as it omits bad smell from food wastages.

We took the Madani Staycation during Ramadan. Good price and overall good service at the hotel. Checked in on the 27th March and checked out on the 28th March. We had our Iftar at the Volcano Restaurant however my name was not in the list. The staff at the entrance asked me to double check with another staff in-charged (in the restaurant) to confirm whether we were eligible for the Iftar afterall. Such hassle. Obviously there was a miscommunication between the hotel and the restaurant. Our booking was in the system but not in the list at the entrance. Eventually we managed to get our seats. So all was sorted out. The sahur meal was good.

Nicely located apartment hotel. Unfortunately have to give it a 4 as it has questionable stains everywhere, shampoo and conditioner were bottle pumps were not working and the room overall was too dusty and it looked like it needed a good clean.

Just that when I asked for dish soap , housekeeping mention that need to pay. As what I knew is that in the room it’s written request if you need. This is what I don’t satisfied. And I only can request for only 1 blanket not more than that.
