Change room 3413 to 2203 to 3007. The hotel staff help to better the situation. But the room toilet just smell and have many insects. I killed at least 10 flies in 3007. The bad sewage smell is in 3413 and 3007. The shower mixer tap are all not functioning well. The water is either too hot or too cold. The hotel staff keeps not lengthening our card key and we have to keep visiting the hotel staff to revalidate the card key.

The room is just nice for a family. Only steps away from Alamanda is a big plus - easy to find food or anything we need during the stay.

The hotel's location within a mall is good. Near a food shop like McDonald's and Starbucks. Across the road is another mall.

We had an early flight and came before check-in time. Reception staff Rena was helpful in arranging for our luggage to be stored while we went for lunch before checking in. Check-in was smooth. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location was great, just a short drive to Tasik Putrajaya. Alameda shopping mall is just across the road. Love the breakfast spread. Food tasted great. Downside was that the room was not sound proofed. We could hear people dragging furnitures upstairs. Not sure if they were guests or cleaners from room service team. The last straw was when children from next door screaming and shouting outside our door. We just got back from our Tasik Putrajaya tour and looking forward for some rest. The shenanigan got too boistrous that I had to open my door and tell them to quiet down. They were just little kids ... I stopped myself from cursing at them. I think our room was one of those adjoined with another room; the family with the kids. These two units have a big main door seperating us from the main corridor. So the kids were playing at the space/recess area between us and the main corridor. That was the only sore point of our stay. Perhaps elderly guests like us should not be given adjoining room with family with young children. Our days of raising kids are over. We just want to enjoy our quiet moment 🤣 Apart from this unpleasant experience, everything else was great. Clean, comfortable room and service with a smile.
