This is an apartment hotel so my upgraded room more spacious than a hotel, not too noisy over freeway and I enjoy mall hiking, only 6 minutes from ioi biggest mall in south East Asia and hotel is over its own sizeable mall ... stayed for 3 weeks to work, hop from bed to lounge TV Netflix as I work. Breakfast is a good buffet lots of choice, its fresh ... the restaurant has a good selection of room service meals, then a hot pot and buffet specialist by day/night, love chefs salmon its cooked correctly, a few supermarkets to walk to cook if I wish and collect my aussie cheese and milk. Water filtration top up yourself type 👍 ... A couple of illogical down points (sorry) .. the vacum cleaners brought in by staff stink, leaving a seriously gross odour behind, must pay to get liquids and powders or sponge scourer for supplied cooking and washing machines? Washers dryer not working so it was the drying around room trick, disappointed as purpose of choosing the more expensive apartment option over a hotel. Diamond guest? felt like a silver, no particular perks .. upgrade had a second tiny bedroom but?. On the whole staff do everything they can within their constraints.
