The experience before arriving wasn't great when I sent an email enquiry to HB… about my booking and car rental with driver on 15 Feb evening. There was no reply and I had to send an email to Accor Customer service if they could assist and a follow-up email to HB… again on 19 Feb morning. Only then I received a reply on 19 Feb afternoon by a reservation agent. The reply was not so informative especially on the car rental with driver and on subsequent reply on 22 Feb, the agent sent an email via her own Accor email address without copying others like before and provide a contact for me to liaise directly on the type of car and pricing. Thankfully, Hussni the Chief Concierge, replied on 23 Feb professionally providing the available options including return airport transfers and pricing like other hotels do. Firstly, the delay in response is unacceptable as typically I would receive a reply from other hotel chains that I've enquired before at least within 48 hours. Secondly, for the reservation agent to be sharing a contact for me to liaise directly to discuss on the type of car and pricing is unprofessional. I did not communicate with her thereafter and appreciative of Hussni's recommendations, reply to my queries and assistance with the return airport transfers. The stay was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean.

This is my 2nd experience staying at Mercure Living Putrajaya. The room is spacious, clean and the amenities in the room are big plus for me. Reception staff are very helpful. Good experience overall and definitely will come back again.

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax during my visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth overall. One suggestion for improvement would be to ensure that current hotel promotions are accurately reflected in the Accor ALL app. In my case, the Iftar promotion was not reflected in the booking, and it took some back-and-forth conversations before the complimentary Iftar package was clarified. The staff were helpful in resolving the issue, but it would make the experience smoother for guests if such promotions were automatically reflected in the app during booking. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay and I appreciate the hospitality from the team. I would be happy to stay again in the future.

Location wise very strategic and can go to Alamanda mall. Room is big where it got living room, dining table and also washing machine. I pick Staycation Iftar Package. And for iftar it was excellent . So many food choices and all delicious. For sahur got limited choice but good enough.
