Our 2-year-old son suffered a long cut on his foot at the hotel kid’s pool. The hotel provided immediate first aid, but we still had to seek further medical treatment due to continued bleeding, and our medical bill was rejected for compensation. It was painful enough seeing our child injured, and disappointing to have to bear the additional medical expenses. The doctor also advised us to monitor for possible inflammation or fever, yet the hotel has not offered any meaningful compensation beyond breakfast and late checkout. Since this unexpected incident happened and we emailed the hotel on the same day, we have received no follow-up call or email response. We are disappointed with the lack of communication and concern The pool maintenance and guest care definitely need improvement.

The stay was good overall. The suite was clean, comfortable and well equipped. However, I was genuinely surprised that the two-bedroom suite only has one bathroom. I understand this may be a structural limitation, but it is incredibly inconvenient, especially for a family or group sharing the suite. Having everyone wait to use one bathroom can be quite challenging, and this would make me hesitate to book the two-bedroom suite again.

Overall, the experience met my expectations. However, as a 4-star establishment, there are still areas for improvement to ensure the property consistently meets the expected standards. The Front Office staff could be a little warmer and friendlier in their interactions. The room furnishings also felt somewhat dated and could benefit from a refresh. The bedding, in particular, requires the most attention. The mattress was rather firm with no topper provided, while the pillows felt relatively low in quality, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. The gym also requires an urgent upgrade. The equipment and facilities felt dated, with some equipment appearing to be broken or not in proper working condition. This is an area that would benefit from immediate attention to ensure both functionality and safety. That said, credit to the hotel for the thoughtful welcome note and complimentary tidbits extended to me as a Platinum member. These personal touches were much appreciated.

Apartment was not cleaned well. Drainage in the bathroom was clogged causing the towels placed in it to smell bad. Towel also might not be cleaned properly because I got itchy after using it. The rug was cleaned using dirty broom (saw this after we complained to the receptionist). PLEASE INVEST IN A VACUUM CLEANER (For shorter cleaning time). The washing machine pipe connected to the drain also broken causing the laundry place tiles to get wet after using the machine. also the chicken curry and vadei could be better

The room was bigger than expected and spacious gila! 😂 Honestly, not enough for just a one-night stay. Came here to celebrate Merdeka, but got my room key 1 hour late. Luckily, they allowed late check-out, so it made up for it. Overall, best stay! 🇲🇾❤️
