Place is close to mall and quiet far from city. But need to resolve smell in toilets and pls have more lights at basement carpark. Improve lobby at b1 with good smell.

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming, and the room was spacious with good facilities. However, I would suggest some improvements, such as upgrading the television to a smart TV that can connect to Netflix or YouTube for better entertainment options. The hot water shower was also a bit difficult to adjust. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciate the hospitality.

Located a little far from Ioi shopping so needed to take a grab to get there. Hotel itself is clean and spacious. It took a while to check in but other than that, everything was good.

Assigne a room at 22nd floor and it smells bad from the corridor. When i entered the unit it has a strong smell of disintegrated plastic or what seems like outgassing from plastic. Requested for a room change and waited more than 10min before the next room is assigned. 2nd room assigned on same floor is the same. After smelling the whole night i has a bad migraine n my eyes feels burning. Checked out after 1st night even though 2 nights have been paid...
