We recently stayed at Mercure Living Putrajaya from 25 to 28 September 2026, and overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I would especially like to commend Mr. Mohamad Amirul Hamdan, Duty Manager, who received us upon check-in. He was professional, courteous and clearly very experienced in his role. He handled our arrival efficiently and made us feel genuinely welcomed. We were very pleased with his service and would like to thank him for taking good care of us. The hotel itself was comfortable and our overall experience was good. There is, however, one area that I feel could be improved. Some of the bath towels appeared rather old and no longer had the fresh white appearance one would expect from a hotel. On the first day, one of my towels also had an unpleasant smell. I hope the hotel can review the condition of its towel inventory and replace those that have been in use for too long. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay and were satisfied with the overall service. In particular, the professionalism and hospitality shown by Mr. Mohamad Amirul Hamdan left us with a very positive impression of Mercure Living Putrajaya. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Putrajaya.

Overall a comfortable stay. Room cleanliness was not the best especially in the bathroom where there was grime and mould at the windows by the shower. The rainshower head was also very chalky and dirty. The fridge interior was slightly slimy for some reason and could have been accorded a wipe down during housekeeping before each new guest. The water dispenser in the room while welcome, had some mould inside as well which was disturbing. (The brown dots) And the change filter light was on which wasn't pleasant to see. Breakfast was fine in quality but the cordial orange juice was rather disappointing. The coffee machines were also rather odd dispensing quite diluted coffee even when espresso was chosen.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Good location and many close-by facilities. There were some unsatisfactory parts of the apartment but was discussed with hotel manager and was assured they will be dealt with. Suggest the Housekeeping Supervisors to really be strict when inspecting the apartment especially the bathrooms to ensure meeting the high standards of Mercure Hotels.

The room we were given was extremely disappointing. It was not very well cleaned, there was visible mold, a very strong smell of mold in the front room and the bathrooms, the AC unit was filthy, there was black stains on it, the fan on the ceiling was covered in a black dust layer, the walls were covered in stains, the wallpaper was peeling off and looked like it needed to come off the wall instead. the table and counters were all sticky and unclean, there was a used soap in the bathroom, the ledges in the bathroom were all dusty as not cleaned in a long time. I don't know what was right with the room. We did get moved to a different room, but to be honest the whole experience was ruined at that point, the new room was better but not great either.

The location is excellent, with easy access to Alamanda Putrajaya and other nearby attractions. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering facilities on par with many 4 to 5-star hotel apartments. One small suggestion would be to provide a children's playroom and a slide at the children's pool to make the experience even more enjoyable for families with young children. Everything was hassle-free from check-in to check-out, including parking and the overall stay experience. 5 stars for the outstanding service.
