Overall, my stay was satisfactory, and the experience was pleasant. However, I believe there are areas for improvement. It would be more convenient if the charges were directly deducted at the time of booking to streamline the process and avoid any payment-related concerns during check-in or check-out. Additionally, the front office reception staff did not remind me that my room booking included breakfast. This oversight falls short of the hospitality standards typically associated with Accor hotels. A simple reminder at check-in would have enhanced my experience and ensured I took full advantage of the benefits included in my stay. I trust these points will be addressed to ensure a more seamless and guest-focused experience for future visitors.

parking entrance need to improve

-The room is nice and cozy -Water pressure is the best -The complimentary breakfast just nice but pity your staff, they have to handle the sudden crowd for the breakfast and no person at the check counter

Did not give receipt for online booking. Need to deal wth the online

I did stated i have go to others hotel i dont have this issue. I book online and take receipt during check. During my checkout the receptionist said they will email. Then one day after i called, the one who answer my call cik arimi said i need to obtain those receipt by my online booking agent like agoda etc. But before this other hotel no need.
