Hello, The good: 1. Check in was smooth and courteous 2. Well kept public spaces such as lobby etc. 3. Room sound proofing is better than expected Could be improved: 1. The shower in the room I stayed had a leakage underneath the sink that were not cleaned thoroughly (I did not mentioned this to the hotel at all, photos and vids available though) 2. The bathroom smelled 3. Not consistent housekeeping standard 4. Was given a dangerously faulty iron All in all, I hope the room department could be trained properly and more supervisory is given to them to reflects a good brand standards and meet the service standards. Keep improving and this property could be the premier choice in the Economy category within the area. Thank you.
