As an ALL Platinum member, I was promised by Duty Manager Arimi Rahim prior to arrival that upgrade requests would be accommodated subject to availability. On July 12, Superior Rooms were fully available on the ALL app, yet Duty Manager Arimi refused the complimentary upgrade and explicitly demanded an extra RM 30/night. A formal complaint has already been filed to Accor Customer Care (cu…) （ #24… ）and Accor Social Team. I demand a formal apology from GM Suresh NAIR and full service recovery/points compensation for this severe breach of ALL loyalty terms.

For this present stay, we are extremely delighted to the warm hospitality & comfortable stay for those issues that have been addressed.
