Short of man power at front desk, only one counter is open during check in and check out. Staff at front desk is inexperienced, do not know how to handle request professionally. I have checked my hotel room booked is included breakfast, however ipon check-in, the staff informed no breakfast included. Takes time for them to check with agents and need customer follow up with them. Very poor sound insulation in hotel room, can hear clearly next door sound. Room carpet and blanket with damp smell. The bathroom water temperature is very inconsistent. Breakfast served with limited choices, cutlery is not enough. Overall experience is poor as a 4 star hotel room.

The room wasn't cold, the cover sheet smells like damped odour, minibar is not cold at all. walking down from room to lobby, i already sweat ++, in this humid and low ventilation path.

I have problems with my room aircon even after changing room. Without hesitation on the 4 day, if i can remember correctly, the front desk manager Ms.Norlia follow me to my room to understand the problem and she make sure the next room I changed will not have the same issues. She follow up some of the feedback I have for her to ensure the housekeeping follow up on the problem.
