Shout out to Jessy from the Front Office, Dani and team for coordinating and managing my Hi-Tea event on 1 January 2026, and to the lady from the Lounge for her excellent service in taking care of 15 of us during coffee and desserts. Areas for improvement: Acknowledge and respond promptly to all email requests. Enhance knowledge of all Accor Membership Programs

My 3rd stay at the hotel - with experience in different rooms. All is well EXCEPT the smell coming from the toilet. Smells really bad and the smell even seeps into the bedroom. Even after feedback to front desk, matter is looked into but the sewage smell continues. Especially bad after using it. Something is really wrong for a 2 year old hotel.
