Have been Accor silver for years but I was disappointed when I ask for late check out at hotel. Was told 1pm, 2pm or depending on hotel policies. Silver Accor membership is entitled to late check out. So I won’t be using Accor again. Same experience I have in China Nanjing as well. Disappointed absolutely

After taking a shower, the toilet floor will be wet. When you take a glass to the toilet to fill water, you may accidentally slip and cause the glass to break, injuring the guest. I wonder which genius suggested putting the water dispenser in the toilet. 2nd, why booking thru 3rd party website price much much cheaper than all.com ?? fair to members ??

I saw this Skyline viewing access and i asked the receptionist during my check in. He told me to and wait at the reception at 750 pm, and the security will bring me up. I was there on time and told the receptionist and he asked me to sit around and wait. I approached the receptionist a few times and not sure what happened as only me was waiting there. From 7:50 pm, i waited till 8:31 pm. I was angry at that time, and I approached the receptionist the last time. Then he told me to go to the lift lobby and wait. i waited another 5 minutes to 8:36 pm. This time i approached the receptionist and asked if don't have, don't waste my time. Then, you know what, he told me he called the Security and he asked me to go to 55 Floor. The Security will bring me up. Funny, why he cannot ask me to go up and look for the Security and asked me to wait there for more than half an hour ????? This is my first time staying there. This hotel is worse than i expected. 5-star rating ?? how can it be? Did it rate incorrectly? Show water is very hot after turned on for more than 5 minutes. There is NO cold water. There is NO drinking water. The receptionist didn't even inform me. Later than i know the dispensers is beside the water basin. The water is hot too. There is no cold water at all. I have stayed for so many hotels; this is the rated WORSE ever. Receptionist is lack of knowledge, Everybody like tired, no energy. The Security is looked like happier than the receptionist. I still have a lot to complain. The breakfast - No breads, the noodles is so salty. Is it for human to eat ? I was there around 8am, almost empty, no top up. Plates never keep all over the places. I really not sure what is happening to this new hotel. Sorry, i have say this, what is the management doing? I only stayed there for 2 nights. This is a Damm bad experience. I haven't rated the Google review yet, I am still on business trip.
