After a disaster 1 night experience in Trion@KL, moving over to Mercure Trion KL was the right move. Room was nice, cosy with clean linen. Friendly staff at the front desk and helpful too. Thanks Mercure.

Reception don't know how to using ikad to check-in, and not follow the policy to give palntimun member brakefast.
