Fast check in but room water heater not working, turn to hot but water not hot enough Try to order room service (food) but get to know need to wait up to 1 hour time. Even JW have event, also wait up to 15min can deliver to room. (BAD)

Initial impression was positive. The hotel is new and well-appointed, within the Trion commercial-residential complex in a convenient location with many shopping centers nearby. Around this complex are many shops and eateries. There are coin operated laundries opposite an within the residential area beside the swimming pool, the layout, space and facilities could make it a contender fo the Grand Mercure label, when compared to The Grand Mercure located in Jalan Pudu. Staff and service were good, though a little more interaction with guests would make this great. As we were out most of the time, we only had the breakfast, which was good in offering and tastes, for this tier level. Water pressure wasn't that great, and temperature adjustment was very difficult; one has to be careful or risk scalding of freezing.

Everything is good, but perhaps i checked in too late, there's nothing much being explained. I have no idea where the restaurant is, nor where to redeem my welcome drink, nor what facilities are available.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at your hotel. We arrived at approximately 10:00 PM after a long and exhausting day. During check-in, we specifically requested a quiet room, as a large group of tourists with children were checking in at the same time. The situation at the lift lobby was extremely disorganized. Several groups appeared unfamiliar with operating the lift, causing unnecessary delays and congestion. There were at least four groups ahead of us, and the queue became increasingly long. Unfortunately, no staff were present to assist in managing the crowd or providing guidance. Upon reaching our room, we were disappointed to discover that we had been assigned a room on the same floor as the tour group, with their doors left open and children running along the corridor. More concerning was that we were placed in a connecting room directly adjacent to them, despite our earlier request for a quiet arrangement. We immediately returned to the reception counter to request a room change. The response we received was unprofessional and lacked empathy, as the receptionist questioned how he could guarantee a quiet room instead of offering assistance or alternative solutions. After a long day, we had expected a higher level of service, attentiveness, and guest care. This experience did not meet the standard we anticipated. I hope management will review this matter seriously and improve both room allocation procedures and front desk service to prevent similar situations for future guests. I look forward to your response.
