I have been a regular guest at your hotel and have always enjoyed my stays. However, my recent visit was extremely disappointing due to the new club on Level 55. The music and heavy bass played for hours late at night, causing significant vibrations that made it impossible to sleep even on level 46. This level of noise is unacceptable for any paying guest and has a serious impact on overall guest experience and satisfaction.

Noisy rooms even on the 42nd floor because of the vibrations of the club on top. Not as good an experience as during our previous visits. Currently not possible to recommend this to our clients for productions.
