I stayed many times for weekend getaway in this hotel, the stay on 21st -22nd the worst, I ended up more tired than before coz the aircond cutoff electricity many times from 10pm till next morning around 7am. Throughout the night i barely sleep well.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the technical issue and the multiple technician visits during your rest hours. Please be assured that our Engineering team has taken this matter seriously and is currently investigating the root cause at Level 44 to prevent any recurrence. I loved the rooms and the service was really good. Only thing I’d recommend is a counter that will collect GrabFood deliveries.
