Everything is nice, hotel is new and clean.

I’ve stayed at another branch of this hotel previously for 4 days, where the food served at the restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately, the food at this branch did not live up to that standard, although the room was clean and comfortable it even wrongly labeled.

Staff were incredible and attentive our whole stay, everyone was incredibly nice and the hotel was so lovely and welcoming. The hotel rooms were spacious and the design was impeccable the attention to detail was great, the breakfast was 5* quality and amazing, everyone was very accommodating to my families allergies and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate for us.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mercure while attending a workshop there, and it was an amazing experience! 🌟 The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of choices to enjoy. Plus, there was free flow coffee throughout the day — perfect for keeping energized during the sessions! ☕️ The highlight for me was definitely the incredible view. It was so calming and refreshing to just look outside. Overall, my stay at Mercure was truly a 5-star experience. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good location, hotel still new, many parking with a charge of RM10 per night. Down side, shower system temperature not stable, aircon temperature not stable.
