1. At first i thought the location is good and there is feeder bus to airport, till when i checked in then was told that the bus is ONE Hour per trip. which is ridiculous for a hotel which is so close to the airport. 2. After check in, I should be provided with 2 cards, one for the entrance door and the other to my room, however I was only given one. 3. the water machine in the room is not function well and I got to reset the electricity to get it back.

Our flights were completely rerouted and we ended up in KUL with a 10-hour layover. The receptionist Serwan heed our call for an early check in and early check out with no issues at all. Service was wonderful, room was modern and clean, location, in-room service, and airport shuttle was convenient.

1. The concept and building itself is not up to everyone's cup of tea. Using zinc as rooftop material, when it rains, it really gets noisy. 2. The bathroom design feels like a motel. It's not build on solid ground, so it feels hollow when you step on it. Also, a cockroach entered from I don't know where. 3. The corridor gets very noisy, as I woke up several times from people walking down the corridor at 4am, and the door itself is not soundproof. VERY NOISY when they push their luggage cart. 4. The swimming pool is nice. The entrance is nice. The tress surrounding is nice. The staff is nice. Hanif was very kind. But the overall experience is like I'm staying inside a cabin.

Unfortunately the room was not cleaned to the standard that I would expect from an Accor hotel. I informed the receptionist of our problems however, we loved the pool area and the food and drinks in the restaurant were reasonably priced.
