Hotel is like a dormitory. Lots of bugs. Bed uncomfortable. Very disappointed with Ibis. Will never stay here again.

Need to improve hotel room cleanliness

Choose to stay here due to next day flight. A bit smell when step in the room. Drainage system failed and we needed to open the cover. Surprisingly dirty under the bed when we accidentally pushed the bed. Lots of garbage. My wife felt itchy skin a day after sleep. And my self got serious pimples on my both left and right forehead . Suspect dirty bedsheets snd pillow or pillow case.
