The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great choice for transit travelers. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and good-quality pillows. The swimming pool is large and enjoyable. As the hotel is surrounded by nature near an oil palm plantation, a small lizard was spotted in the room, which is understandable. My room was also located near the exit, so there was some noise from guests and airplanes taking off. However, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs to ensure a more comfortable stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient experience.

We returned to Ibis Styles Sepang after an amazing stay 18months ago. I emailed the hotel 2 days prior to my visit (as I noticed, on the Accor plus website that the price for a delux room was a lot cheaper than the early bird booking that I made) asking to change our standard double to the delux. They did not reply. When I asked again on check in I was told it was unavailable, even though these rooms seemed to be available on line. As Accor plus gold members we are supposed to get upgrades if available.

1. At first i thought the location is good and there is feeder bus to airport, till when i checked in then was told that the bus is ONE Hour per trip. which is ridiculous for a hotel which is so close to the airport. 2. After check in, I should be provided with 2 cards, one for the entrance door and the other to my room, however I was only given one. 3. the water machine in the room is not function well and I got to reset the electricity to get it back.

Our flights were completely rerouted and we ended up in KUL with a 10-hour layover. The receptionist Serwan heed our call for an early check in and early check out with no issues at all. Service was wonderful, room was modern and clean, location, in-room service, and airport shuttle was convenient.
