Lovely room - very clean and comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Super convenient for the airport and free shuttle bus was a real bonus.

We top and tailed our holiday here - generally very good -great breakfast with friendly staff - service for drinks and food on our last stay was really poor - v slow - and indifferent.

I had a afternoon flight followed by morning flight and I decided to spend the stop over at ibis. Getting through customs at KL was very easy but finding the way to the hotel took some time - they have a free shuttle but I ended up taking a taxi. The hotel was close, had spacious and clean rooms next to a pool. The dinner by the pool was good. I took the 6 am shuttle to airport so I missed the breakfast, which was probably a small mistake as the journey through the airport was again fast as I did not have luggage and I already had the boarding pass.
