The room was okay but too hot and AC didnt cool it down fast. I has a large number of bags and had to travel through 5 different sets of doors to get to the room. Leaving I had to carry them all out, it was too far away from the porter. The shuttle should leave every 30 min and be smaller. Had trouble getting to the hotel. Online was no clear explanation to get there. Later learned its every hr. Positives were that they were able to hold and deliver my bag that was dropped off for me.

I loved the spacious lobby, beautiful greenery, evening lighting, and colorful aircraft displays. I kept stopping to take photographs because there was so much to admire. The complimentary airport pickup and drop-off made everything easy. The hotel staff handled our luggage too, so we didn’t have to struggle with the bags. That made a big difference and took the stress out of traveling. The public areas were lovely, with plenty of seating and a relaxed atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the illuminated plants and the travel-themed decorations. This hotel became a memorable part of our trip, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The food/buffet is brilliant….definitely worth a meal here. The staff are super friendly and we had a great experience. The downside - the shuttle doesn’t run very frequently from the airport to the hotel - I wish I had known and just got a taxi there. Also there isn’t any signage or indication of how to find the shuttle. The shuttle to the airport was great. Also, the room was comfortable, but there were a significant number of dead ants in the bathroom. Not a deal breaker…but perhaps having the room checked over before check in would be good.
