Great location. Easy to reach via shuttle bus (one an hour). Smooth check in by attentive staff. Clean room. Basic but all our needs for a night in transit. Great breakfast, again super staff, very friendly. They even have water stations for bottle refills that we liked.

- excellent front desk staff, very kind and helpful - Shuttle bus is great and runs on time - Comfortable room - Big pool with towels available - Good location for the airport - expensive - paying purely for location to the airport - The restaurant is far too expensive for the bland food offered. 48 ringgit for a pizza is far too much considering it wasn’t good. Most dishes are 45-48 ringgit. - Sadly nothing else around the hotel itself - For the price point, water bottles should be in the rooms. The water filter offered is confusing, doesn’t actually boil water (goes to 90 degrees) and it’s risky as you need to fill it from the tap water and other guests before you could have contaminated it - just isn’t the best for the price paid for the room as you want to ensure you are drinking safe water when travelling.
