Wait for long time for check in. line up more than 30mins. Beside I need chase twice for the menu in restaurant. The foods was good but need wait for long time

very kindness reception staff, he was a trainee, but very good. there are pros/cons, but totally I feel satisfied.

My credit card was incorrectly charged for a non existent purchase. I have sent an email as I dont have international calling and have not recieved a response. I will now need to contact my bank and dispute the transaction, which will likely result in my card being cancelled, which I need for the remainder of my trip.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had booked other accommodation but it was so bad we couldn’t stay there. Stumbled onto Ibis because it was close to the airport and it was 500% better than what we had originally booked.
