Kindly do not publish this review as this is more like a personal complaint. Location, the rooms, all are good. My issue is not about the the hotel, but it is about the incident that happened at the restaurant, not sure if they are under ibis hotel management or not. When I was standing there at the cashier waiting for my turn to pay, I overheard your staffs mistakenly overcharged the other guests for their order. There were 3 people on duty at the cashier/counter at the time. I guess the person who made the mistake was a newbie, I did not get his name. The other 2 maybe was trying to help him. I overheard them discussing there behind the counter whether the caucasian couple noticed they were overcharged or not. The ?newbie said no. I made eye-contact with these 3 staffs implying I overheard them. However I did not see them trying to rectify the mistake and just let the couple go. The caucasian uncle was wearing a pink shirt. One of the staff that was on duty that time was wearing a nametag named Rajis if I'm not mistaken, I forgot what was his name exactly, just in case your team are going to do an investigation. My receipt no. was CHK 20… TBL B5/1 timed at 20:00pm 2 Dec '25. So the overcharged caucasian couple receipt might be few minutes before mine. This was unpleasant for me as I was contemplating to inform the couple but they already left when I settled my payment. And this should not happened if the restaurant team immediately rectify their mistake. I just got back from my vacation today hence the very late feedback.

This is small villa/resort concepts. We had a good stay. Buffet was nice. Location was very close to KLIA. Room amenities is complete. Downside is the bathroom does not have bidet which is a major turn off for us.

For Ibis Styles standard (economy tier in ACCOR brands), this property and its staff consistently exceed expectations. The property felt more like a resort than a mere transit stop. My membership was recognised upon check-in but unfortunately, I did not receive a room upgrade. The standard room was clean and comfortable although it was somewhat distant from the main building. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and the breakfast spread was delicious. The airport shuttle was comfortable and punctual. The local staff were very accommodating and friendly. Overall, I will definitely return to this property in the near future.
