Lovely swimming pool and convenient location although the shuttle bus was never at the airport stop when we were told it would be so we ended up paying for a taxi to the hotel after a very long wait at the shuttle stop

I give this property 1 star due to a poor overall experience. My first contact with the Facebook admin was unsatisfactory and lacked customer care. Upon arrival, I noticed guests had to carry their own luggage with no staff assistance. While dining, I waited over 30 minutes for service, which reflects poor management. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and far below expected hospitality standards. I would not recommend this property.
