Stayed as part of a long stop over at KLIA. Unfortunately we didn’t love our stay! The pool was great and a redeeming feature. Spent few hours enjoying poolside. Service in the bar area was below par. Gentleman serving was trying hard but had no idea. Communication was difficult, ordered 2 cocktails and the second one came about 15mins after the first with no update or apology. Meal itself was nice, we chose not to eat at the buffet but off menu in the bar area. No sparkling water available yet the cocktail I ordered had Soda water in it?! Offering for welcome drink was “carlsberg, tea or soft drink”, had to ask if they included wine - they did! Room itself was appointed fine for an overnight stay, no hand towel though. Pillows very fat and beds had a full on quilt- way too hot especially as the aircon wasn’t very powerful and couldn’t cool the room enough. I did sleep better than if I’d have chosen the red eye flight in economy but not as good as I had hoped! Took the quilt out and slept under covers only. Shuttle bus was perfect for the transfer back to the airport, we arrived when there was a 2hr gap so couldn’t avail to get to the hotel.

Very nice airport hotel, clean and beautiful garden and pool. Only complaint is that the dinner buffet was a disaster but we changed to a la cart and the food was delishious!

Great location. Easy to reach via shuttle bus (one an hour). Smooth check in by attentive staff. Clean room. Basic but all our needs for a night in transit. Great breakfast, again super staff, very friendly. They even have water stations for bottle refills that we liked.

I stayed one night here and was genuinely impressed by the facilities and overall experience. The foyer is outstanding, calm, spacious, and beautifully designed with a zen garden feel that makes it a pleasure to spend time there. The cloakroom facilities are excellent, and having a dedicated prayer room was a thoughtful and welcome touch. The hotel offers far more than you’d expect from an airport stay: a large restaurant, a gorgeous café, an impressive ballroom, and expansive outdoor areas with multiple large swimming pools that give the place a true resort feel. What really stood out was the staff. They are exceptionally well trained, warm, and attentive, they truly could not do enough to help. Service throughout was seamless and genuinely caring. An excellent choice near KLIA. Comfortable, well-designed, and run by a fantastic team. Plus they're eco conscious! Highly recommended.
