Rooms - very comfortable, clean and furnished to a high standard. Staff - friendly, courteous and helpful. Food & Drink - a fantastic breakfast spread with something for everyone, Asian , Western and International fare. The Fix Lounge was a nice spot to chill out with a couple of drinks and the outdoor dining area by the pool was a perfect place for dinner. A big THANK YOU to Farid ( reception) , Bahrain and Iskandar (F&B) and all the other lovely staff who made our stay special.

Hotel and hospitality was great, just the room air-conditioning was very weak, we couldn't sleep well at night.

I chose Ibis Style near the Airport to relieve me of the stress especially when time is too hectic. Yet, reception was slow with long lines. Guests needed to wait for bellboys to show them to their rooms when there were only two (2) bell boys on shift past midnight. Expecting Water to be at least complimentary. Room had a water machine which was too complicated to figure out. Does not speak of hospitality rather makes it more difficult for tired guests to just relax. Reception especially needs training on being in the customers' shoes. That's what hospitality is all about.
