F&B must improve more on customer service and always treat customers nicely as they paid for it. Rearrange or luaskan lagi lunch area bagi mengelak ketidakcukupan ruangan makan utama.

i have second experience stay at movenpick. but this time had a bad service from your Temasya staff when entertain our group at lunch time. me as ex hotel staff and also have a lot of experience and have to always smile with client. don't give a bad face expression to your client BECAUSE it rude.. u have to to send your staff to any interpersonal skill course to make sure how to please everybody. bad service will lead to bad sales n marketing.. all the best. improve more

I had a pleasant stay at Mövenpick, and this marks my fourth visit to the property. The quality of the mattress and pillows is exceptional and contributed greatly to a comfortable stay. Regarding the restaurant, I would suggest introducing some variety to the breakfast menu, as having the same dish, such as rendang ayam, every day can become monotonous. Additionally, as all the floors are carpeted, it may be worthwhile to inspect the carpet conditions more frequently. There was a slight musty smell in some areas, which could be improved with regular use of fresheners to maintain a refreshing ambiance throughout the hotel. Lastly, I appreciate the use of glass bottles as an eco-friendly initiative. However, I recommend ensuring the bottle caps are cleaned thoroughly, as I noticed some with dirt.
