The dated furnishings and general condition indicate an urgent need for renovation and updating. The disparity between the quality of service and the physical state of the facilities creates an uneven experience. While the staff maintains high service standards, the aged infrastructure detracts significantly from the overall stay. For an airport hotel bearing a premium brand name, the current state of the rooms fails to meet expectations. quiet stay, great breakfast, nice gym, though pool last timing is early at 7pm, I was thinking I could still swim at 8.30pm every trip I take with Grab is RM30.90 as it's technically a bit like going to or leaving airport.

We stayed only one night, actually only 6 hours. Room was for three people, I messaged hotel asking if we need to request bed for the child one and hotel didn’t respond. Assumed there will be three beds. Only to find out that there was one king bed only and three breakfast’s. We had to pay additional for the bed and they’ve charged for breakfast as well. So it was after midnight and we awaited for bed to be made. Not even a duvet, they’ve brought a blanket. Breakfast was excellent! Amazing choice and very polite service. Hotel spacious and big room, comfortable bed, however mould in the bathroom. Unclean feeling overall.
