Though very brief, we're happy with our 1 night stay - Excellent location for those on transit, beautiful hotel, lovely breakfast buffet, airport shuttle service etc. However, just want to highlight two things which could be improved: 1. Minor issue: Bathroom lighting is quite dim, perhaps could add more lights/brightness. 2. Concierge staff on duty was unfriendly and appeared annoyed when we asked about two parcels delivered to the hotel for us. After checking briefly in the room, he told us that the parcels were not there and asked us to check and go to the security post at the road entrance ourselves. There was no effort to assist further or to help to follow up. For a 5-star hotel, this level of service was unexpected and quite disappointing.
