Dirty and Tired Hotel

Very very tired and dirty hotel! Our room number 204 did not have towels when we checked in. Dirty, worn and stained carpet in the room. My wife refused to walk on it and put the towels on the floor, fortunately the room was so small it was possible to do this. No plug in the sink, No toilet brush supplied. Also the breakfast was very very poor - no scrambled egg or sausage on offer as there was on the two others i stayed at on this holiday, and the fruit was not fresh. The bread was also hard. By far the worst Ibis Styles i have ever had the misfortune to stay in! Accor you should be ashamed to include this in your Ibis styles category and indeed i have stayed at better Ibis budget hotels. Badly in need of a refurbishment.

Being a return guest we were a little disappointed with a much smaller room than our last visit. There was a shower but no bath this time and some of the fixtures were coming loose and need repairing. Very clean though, staff very pleasant, breakfast very nice. Although we booked in online we had to queue at reception to get our key, this took the same time as everyone else who had not booked in on line.
