Another stay at this well located hotel close to the A26 and a good choice of restaurants. Again the air conditioning was not working and the reception staff appeared to accept this. This meant a warm night as the window could not be kept open due to traffic noise.

Not the best Ibis Styles we’ve stayed in

Compared to the other Ibis Styles hotels we have stayed in, the room we had was small and rather cramped, with a very uncomfortable chair. There was no kettle in the room, and any hot drinks had to be made in the foyer. I need a kettle to fill my hot water bottle - needed for my arthritic back - but I wasn’t able to fill it, resulting in back ache which meant I slept badly. Sadly, we have already booked to stay here again on July 7th, after a very long drive on our journey home from another (much better) Ibis Styles hotel in Dijon Sud Vienne, so we will doubtless face the same problems as on June 21st.

Comfortable but with issues

Staff were attentive but struggled with English a lot. Liked the lay out of the family room 302 but sink and bath drain very very slowly and the window o er the desk opens like a door so very dangerous for children! Air con also doesn’t work. Breakfast not catered for English in anyway either. If you advertise for English you should cater for them?

No air con

We didn't have a pleasant stay because the air con wasn't working. It was hot in the room and we couldn't open the window because the nearby road was noisy and the bowling ally next door was also noisy. The breakfast was average.
