Very happy on the first stay, but on the second stay, we got the room on the second building. The room has strong painting smell and shower door was leaking.

Staffs are very friendly. They had accommodated all the needs we had. Location is also ideal. Close to bus station taking 28/105 depending on where you go. Metro station is one block away but the street is quite steep. Price is amazing. It is a great deal in Madrid. However noise does bother the rooms ending with 01 as people go in and out to the satellite building through the door right outside the rooms. Also I could clearly hear everything happening upstairs at night - the vibrations from phone notifications.
