Clean room and comfortable bed! It was quiet (minus some drunk people in hallway around 4am). I stayed one night prior to international flight and it was a quick 10-15 min taxi to airport. Would stay again!

During the Fruit Expo in Madrid, my stay was utterly expensive for an IBIS Budget. I had better experiences with IBIS, being a recurring customer for about 25 years... Yet it's hard to see any positive signs for having being a Member for a long time.

I highly encourage people to not to book this hotel. They have own rules which are even not mentioned on websites and they did scam also.

I stayed at the 2nd floor next to the lift. I was able to hear everytime the lift moves until midnight. Also, cleaners start cleaning very early and, as the walls are thin, I woke up with the noise everymorning.

People at the hotel were very friendly and polite, everything was good, maybe the only thing you can manage is to extend that place for breakfast. Because this days the weather was little cold and all people waited to eat inside, also they need some more plates, glasses and cutlery.
