I chose the twin room with mini bar included only to find out the mini bar included only still water, a packet of crisps, a non alcoholic beer a regular bill and coke. I found it to be very limited. At this category of hotel, being it an Accor hotel, I would have expected to see small bottles of wine and spirits at the very least. Less face it, at a regular shop small bottles of wine or spirits are priced Euro3 each.. Can't hence Novotel accord not afford any of that? Am I not a platinum guest and also Am I not paying already sufficient money for a room at Novotel to find such limited minibar? In my opinion I would have expected a bit more from Novotel. Please do not redound t me the same lame preset response. If you will apologise offer some points in return or a voucher instead. Words on paper won't do it.
