Our flight from Madrid was cancelled so we stayed longer than planned. Everyone was really friendly and arranged the same room for the extra nights. Breakfast is really good, especially smoothies and pastries.

Thank you for the suite upgrade. The room was clean and well presented. The arrival check in was super friendly. Thank you Ane. The gym though small was well equipped and clean. The breakfast was a spread! staff were so attentive! Bar for evening drinks was lovely. Thank you Wagner for taking good care of us.
