Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great location. Very rich breakfast buffet and good ala carte restaurant food. Some of the breakfast waiting staff not very friendly or helpful.

I stayed at Novotel Madrid Center from 20 December 2025 to 5 January 2026, and overall it was a very pleasant experience, especially for a long holiday stay. The location is excellent: the hotel is in a quiet, safe area but still very well connected. It’s a short walk to public transport, with easy access to the city center and main tourist attractions, and there are plenty of cafés, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable throughout the stay. The bed and pillows were of good quality, and the soundproofing was sufficient for a good night’s sleep even on New Year’s Eve. Housekeeping was consistent and discreet, keeping the room tidy without being intrusive. Breakfast offered a generous variety of options, both hot and cold, with fresh products that were regularly replenished even during busy days around Christmas and New Year. The common areas, including the lobby and bar, were spacious and pleasant, making it easy to relax or work. The staff were professional and generally friendly, handling check-in and check-out efficiently despite the high season. When I had questions about transport and local recommendations, reception staff were helpful and provided clear information. A few minor aspects could be improved: at peak times, the breakfast area felt a bit crowded, and occasionally there was a short wait for a table. Additionally, for a longer stay, more storage space in the room would have been useful. Overall, I would definitely recommend Novotel Madrid Center for both business and leisure trips, especially if you are staying several days in Madrid. The combination of location, comfort, cleanliness, and service made my holiday stay very enjoyable.
