Novotel is well situated near to La Feria de Madrid, Metro, Barajas airport, parks, and easy to get to central Madrid. Always clean and tidy, and welcoming with good facilities, and lively bar/restaurant area, which does not affect the tranquility of the rooms.

I enjoyed staying at the Novotel in Madrid. It looks fairly new, it is clean, good service. I had a problem with the temperature in the first room I got. Immediately I got a new room. Good service. It is close to the airport and easy to get to the city center from here. Price is very ok.

We spent one night at the Novotel before heading down to Marbella. The hotel was close to the airport and easy to locate. We were told when we were arrived that they'd upgraded us to enjoy the mini bar and coffee in room which was great. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! We were close to the metro and able to get to the city center easily.

hotel was lovely and not to far to travel from the airport, found the food options available when we arrived limited and expensive but that was due to flight being delayed two hours so we arrived later than expected staff were friendly we did ask to use to use points to pay for some of the booking but this did not happen and as I was chasing my toddler around the hotel I did not notice at the time

Short and comfortable stay. Room was clean and staff was very helpful. Hotel prices are higher than what I was expecting though. We also purchased breakfast which was excellent.
