I'm going to be breaking this down. So let me start: ・1, the rooms are amazing. They are well clean and have the essentials and beyond, it offers 4 sockets with 2 extra in the bathroom. PLEASE BE AWARE YOU MUST BUY EURO CHARGERS! The rooms are good yet basic, i don't doubt it's cleanliness and it's overall but just a lil more I'm not sure colour would be nice as it is basic. But definitely nice and elegant perfect for a stay! Although one thing I could say would make me slightly a lil bit annoyed is that the ac barely worked and staff would have to come n do it for us but when on it is powerful for the hot weather, this never bothered me as I like the heat and it is cold in the hotel so i don't mind. ・2, service is alright. The staff are very nice, a girl called Anna greeted us with so much enthusiasm and kindness. She spoke clear english and gave us a map and circle and drew lines tourist attractions, places to eat, malls and outlets. She explained all the facilities in depth allowing us to enter this hotel for my stay with FULL clarity. The room service is something I can not comment on as I didn't buy food although if you don't want to drink from the tap in your bathroom they won't help yah! We called them asking for a jar of ice cold water, we was told they don't serve such things as the water is purified which is hard to believe but did taste purified if that makes sense really. The cleaning service is VERY nice, they was super super super kind. They found lost change, so honest and genuine they left it on the table instead of taking it for themselves. They also left clothes hidden that they found in a design for when we come back, we got refreshed towels, refreshed bathroom and overall refreshed room! It's like we just walked in it for the first time, this one is pretty ironic as before visiting this hotel we was met with a review saying "Please be aware cleaning stole my Hermes shoes" I did take this into consideration and I did use the safe! Forgot to mention your given a safe with your own code, anyway we used the safe for an extra security measure as we had Louis Vuitton perfume and items that were expensive although I doubt they would've stolen it as they have literally given my lost change?! Didn't even know it bloody existed. The breakfast bar, the breakfastbar overall isn't bad, it has good pastries and VERY VERY MUCHO(learnt this from my holiday hehe) good fruit. It's ripe juicy and just perfect, they offer pineapple!!!!! The pastries were what you would expect, they offer roughly bacon, eggs(you can ask for an omelette! To be warned it will be half cooked one as i think it's the traditional way to eat one in Spain, I didn't like it but you know we live and we learn!). Anyway: they offer donuts, chocolate covered donuts, toast, bread, different type of topping for your to spread upon your toast, a coffee machine which I found a bit bitter hah, the drinks were awesome to! They offer, apple juice(fav), orange and I'm not sure what else because I focussed on them (also they have ice!). I struggle with new foods(AFRID) so I did not eat the eggs n stuff which left me only with pastries and fruit which I didn't mind as it was filling. The pool service was good! It was clean and perfect, loads of sunbeds theres always one available and the guy working put up the umbrellas which was nice of him(': The pool is big but gets busy sometimes leaving you slightly enclosed for swimming especially with social anxiety lol. ・Location is meh! it is near the airport which is amazing we have a McDonald's, a small mall, metro near. But in the long run it's a little far from the centre and overall places making car rides expensive slightly. ・Extra note: They have a gym! The hotel has an outdoor pool and indoor, it's actually became one with another hotel so please don't get confused with the names look for FERNIA! You’re given a hair dryer in your room! Shower is a raindrop, given conditioning, shampoo and body wash. Sink is given with hand wash and lotion! The door is transparent with distorting glass. Shower has no door. Menu is very expensive. Overall had an amazing day.
