We had amazing time, the room is sooo nice and well equipped. But I would like to highlight Veronica for her hospitality and help. I was lucky enough to be checked-in and checked-out by Veronica - she is so kind and responsive. Moreover, I needed some help in Spanish, and Veronica was kind enough to spend her time with me to make sure to resolve everything as much as possible. I booked on By Hours after a long redeye flight. I was super exhausted and was so happy to have 6 beautiful hours at this hotel before my train. The attendant who checked me in was so kind and the rooms were modern, quiet, and well-appointed. It was super easy to walk, even with my luggage, from the metro station. Definitely recommend for short and long stays!

I was disappointed as an Accor All Limitless Silver Member to be sent to the Plaza Hub which is quite old and needs serious refurbishing. Furniture (desk, sofa) is old and outdated. The gym is small and poorly equipped, the pools are small and overcrowded with families. Not what I expected. The sink was clogged. No coffee machine in the room, the fridge didn't really cool the beverages. Does not deserve 4 stars.

Lamentamos sinceramente que su estancia no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas. En primer lugar, nos gustaría aclarar un aspecto relacionado con su reserva y con el programa de fidelidad ALL Accor. Su reserva fue realizada para una habitación Standard en nuestro edificio Plaza Hub. El edificio Plaza Hub y el Deluxe Hub forman parte del mismo hotel, Novotel Madrid Feria and Airport, pero son dos edificios diferentes, con diferentes categorías y tipologías de habitaciones. De acuerdo con las condiciones del programa ALL Accor, los beneficios de upgrade dependen del nivel de membresía, de la categoría reservada y de la disponibilidad. El beneficio de upgrade de categoría garantizado o solicitado a través del programa corresponde a los niveles de membresía que contemplan este beneficio, como Gold y superiores, mientras que los miembros Silver no disponen de este beneficio como ventaja garantizada y, en cualquier caso, siempre está sujeto a disponibilidad. Asimismo, cuando se concede un upgrade, este se realiza dentro de la categoría de habitaciones correspondiente al edificio en el que se ha efectuado la reserva. Es decir, una reserva realizada para una habitación del Plaza Hub podría ser mejorada a una categoría superior disponible dentro del Plaza Hub, pero no supone un cambio automático al Deluxe Hub, ya que este edificio dispone de sus propias categorías y tipologías de habitaciones. Por tanto, en el caso de su reserva, el hotel aplicó correctamente las condiciones correspondientes a su nivel Silver y a la categoría de habitación reservada. Dicho esto, lamentamos que el estado y las características del Plaza Hub no hayan respondido a sus expectativas. Somos conscientes de que se trata de un edificio con una configuración y un estilo diferentes al Deluxe Hub, y actualmente estamos trabajando en diferentes mejoras y renovaciones para continuar mejorando la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes. Lamentamos igualmente las incidencias que encontró durante su estancia, especialmente el lavabo atascado y el funcionamiento de la nevera. Estos aspectos no deberían haber afectado a su experiencia y trasladaremos sus comentarios a los departamentos correspondientes para su revisión. Agradecemos mucho que haya valorado positivamente la limpieza de la habitación (100/100), nuestro equipo (90/100), así como su llegada y salida. Stayed for one night on the way to the airport. Conveniently located just a five minute walk from the Feria de Madrid station, one stop away from the airport. Rooms were large, cool, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and an electric kettle. Absolutely no complaints, and an excellent quick night on the way to the airport!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel as a family. We would especially like to mention the reception team, who welcomed us with a smile, kindness and excellent service from the moment we arrived. They were very professional, friendly and always happy to help with any questions or requests we had. The room was very clean and comfortable for the whole family, the breakfast was excellent and the facilities were great. The children really enjoyed their stay and we were able to relax and enjoy our holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel for families. A special thank you to the reception team for making us feel so welcome from the very beginning. We will definitely come back!

This is a "newly" refurbished part of the Novotel. However we somehow feel more sentiment to the older part.

We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and that you did not feel differently treated from a regular guest. Regarding the room upgrade, as you booked a family room, the highest available upgrade we could offer was the room category you stayed in. Unfortunately, we do not have a higher room category suitable for families. We sincerely regret that we were unable to offer you another option.
