I book two rooms for one night in September. One room had the phone beeping loudly at 1:00, 3 separate times, until my husband had to get dressed and go to the front desk to find out what was happening. He was told there was an internet problem and go back to the room and unplug the phone. In the other room, the air conditioner was not functioning properly. In addition, in the lobby casual bar, we asked for our check three different times and it took the wait staff 30 minutes before we received the bill. I'm sure this hotel could do better!

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Madrid Feria and Airport, particularly because of its excellent location for a business trip. The hotel is especially convenient if you are attending a conference or exhibition. The Feria de Madrid metro station is well-connected and is reachable only by a couple of minutes' walk, which makes getting around the city straightforward. The airport connection was another major advantage. Barajas Airport is only 1 metro stop away, so the hotel works particularly well both for an early or very late flight and for a conference trip where you need efficient travel set-up. The location feels much more practical than staying in central Madrid when the main purpose of the visit is a conference or business meetings even in the city center. I particularly appreciated how quiet the room was. Despite being in such a well-connected business area and close to major transport links, the room was peaceful and comfortable, which made a real difference after a busy conference day. The soundproofing is a genuine plus. The room is spacious and contemporary, with useful touches, my room had a nespresso machine. I felt very welcome and well looked after throughout my stay. Overall, what stood out to me was the combination of a very easy airport access and city center access, hotel in general and a genuinely quiet room with necessary amenities for a trip.

Dear Julija D., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Novotel Madrid Feria and Airport. We are delighted to hear that you had a comfortable stay and found our location to be advantageous for your business trip. It is gratifying to know that our proximity to Feria de Madrid metro station and Barajas Airport contributed positively to your travel experience. We are particularly pleased that you enjoyed the tranquility of your room, which is designed to provide a peaceful environment for our guests even in a bustling area. Our team strives to ensure that each room is equipped with modern amenities to enhance your stay, and we are glad that you found these to be useful. Your kind words about the service you received are much appreciated, and we will be sure to share them with our team. Thank you once again for your feedback. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit to Madrid. Best regards, Novotel Madrid Feria and Airport
